I was satisfied with the reception staff and breakfasts. However, I find the price too high in comparison to the conditions I got. It was my first time stay in Ibis and I don't think I will choose it in any other sity again. Reasons: 1) We asked for separate beds and yes, the bedsheets were separate, but the beds still were touching each other and the staff did not bothered themselves to move the beds apart and put the table in between as it was shown in pictures I saw when I was booking the room. So we moved the beds ourselves. 2) The room wasn't properly cleaned - when we arrived, the mirror in the main room was dirty and there were spiderweb in the bathroom. 3) There is mold in the shower which caused smell. No ventilation in the bathroom makes room quite smelly if you forget to close the bathroom door when leaving the room for a whole day. 4) There is a card in the bathroom, saying "we only change towels if they are on the floor". In reality the towels were changed even if they were hang properly, which is strange. 5) On the other hand, the floor was not vacuumed (or vacuumed properly) even if the staff was there to change the towels and bedsheets. 6) The room in uncomfortable since it has no furniture with drawers - no drawers or shelves in the bathroom and no drawers in the bedside tables - basically you have no place to put cosmetics, underwear, socks, etc. And when there are 2 people travelling for work, it is impossible to leave your underwear just like that on the wardrobe shelf. 7) I got a room number 118, and for an unknown reason separate people from the other rooms called my room at night twice during the stay. Both wanted to reach the receprtion desk with a phone number 185. No idea why they pressed 118, but these calls where quite annoying, especially the one after midnight. I recommend the hotel to simplify the reception desk phone number. 8) We only got 1 big towel each and 1 common floor towel which is unavoidable indeed since the open shower makes the bathroom wet. I would like to have one additional small towel, or a common hand towel too. 9) The windows were dirty as if someone cleaned them few month ago, but that's probably understandable since we stayed a the first floor.

A lady Staff was not very friendly, and there was no kettle. Not the IBIS as I experienced before in other places. Very few furniture in the room. Breakfast was good and room is clean.
