Receptionists and staff were really welcoming. The room was a bit outdated, but the cleanliness was good. Beds were comfy, so the pillows and duvets are. Location was great, just 4 mins walk to metro/train station. It takes 15 mins to go to the city center with metro. Breakfast was average, there could've been more drink and meal options. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

Stayed here for 1 night in August. Very nice modern hotel in a decent location. Very nice walk into the centre of Budapest. Staff very friendly and polite.

Great location to see family close by but big event was on halfway through our holiday making it hard to go down the lift as was 15 minutes wait as all lifts was full by the time it got to us, wish we knew so we were prepared and to leave plenty of time. Breakfast buffet was great for first two days but because of the event we were moved to a smaller area but we were understanding as the event took priority and they saw how small it was and the following day they made more room for not attending the event. But they are more accommodating when it comes to events making sure we know where we are allowed to go. But we spent most days out anyway so thank you for a great stay.

Our room was disgustingly dirty upon arrival, with what looked like blood stains in the carpet. We were given a new room but it lacked amenities such as a kettle or water. Breakfast wasn't included but we decided to eat breakfast one morning at an extra cost. It can only be considered a rip off, £18 for a stale croissant and a slice of cheese. One good thing I can say about the hotel is that it's close to public transport and it make a good hub to travel out from. During the summer when closing the window isn't an option I can imagine the sounds emanating from the train station opposite would be annoying.
