The AC in the room never worked properly. It is very hard to sleep with the room hot. I called the front desk, and they said the AC will only work if the temperature outside got warmer. The room was never comfortable to sleep due to the temperature. There should be ice machines at least on one floor so guest can access ice during warm weather. It would be nice to have mini fridges in the room to keep cold beverages. The linens on bed are not soft; they are not very comfortable.

While there are few thigs what the hotels cant change like people smashing doors and are loud on the hallway after 10PM, Hotel it self can maybe better isolate rooms from noise. Other part I did not enjoy, there were repeatedly smell of smore on the 1st floor walkway. Last but not least room it self, I didnt eat nuts, but they were in the floor, so questionable how is the room cleaning done. Next was the bathroom. End of life cycle and smells like mold...room 124

Check in was frustrating because I called ahead to see if I could check in early. Was told yes. Arrived, told not ready until 3, came back at 3, room still not ready. During breakfast in the middle of eating, was asked by staff to move my seat, did. Asked again by someone else. Customer service is lacking here.

Pro: clean room, nice hotel, nice breakfast. Cons: My toilet was continuously leaking days and night. If you change the flapper you would save water. The AC seems to stop at about midnight and the room becomes a little stuffy. Opening the window helped but then I get waken up by the street noise.
