I told about it at the reception. At first the person at the reception didn't get it serious, until i told them is something very serious that never happened before. The person who got in my room with a hotel card, could have stole my personal belongings. The manager was not there. Also at the same day, the reception confused and send me an email for a reservation i didn't do. I realised that the reservation was for the person that got in my room with the name Giannis Davrados, who lived next to me to the room 510. I was in 511 from 20/1/2026 to 25/1/2026. The incident happened on Friday 23/1 So in one day the managed to do 2 mistakes or we had 2 coincidences...

Clean room but noisy and cold ( because of the window), good breakfast, about 20 minute to walk to the city centre.
