This is exactly what I call home away from home! First of all the location of the hotel is good. Everything is near ! But now to the hotel: The stuff are amazing, super friendly, and very helpful at all time! A big shout out to Mr. Bernaz, who checked me in at the first day and was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was super clean the bed, unbelievable comfortable, and the best was also I had a small balcony and the few was just amazing! I don’t know why people complain about the breakfast?! In my opinion, it’s a very good breakfast. You have everything what you need a lot of choices of cold and hot dishes. It’s super nicely presented and very clean so I don’t know what people expect more.?! ( if you want more, you have to go to a five stars hotel but then you also have to pay for a five star!) The only thing was that as it was spring The air condition didn’t work in the first two nights . ( as the room was facing to the sun, it was heated up very well) but again the staff was very helpful and offered me to change immediately my room to the garden side or if I would like to have a fan. but then they switched on the air-conditioning and it was everything perfect in my room! I really enjoyed my stay there and for sure I will come back! thank you very much for this pleasant stay !

Poor breakfast, low quality of food. When an item was consumed, it was replaced at all or very late. Huge queues formed at a single coffee machine. There were crumbs under the tables. Simple and clean room in the Ibis style. Good location, with access to public transport. The air conditioning could not be adjusted in the room and it was very hot.

Stay was okay, extremely annoying that the shower gel was empty- its the basic check Room didnt smell the best Air conditioning not good Breakfast standard was poor - no cups when I wanted coffee, no eggs (replenished)
