Everything was nice. Two comments. I could book it with miles. But I preferred to make a prepaid reservation. The only reason was advertisement that prepaid rate has free breakfast included. But it was free for everyone. Second thing is that website says bar is open 24 hours. But I was not able to place orders after 11 pm. That was really important because my schedule changed after long flight from the United States

The floors in particular were very dirty, they had not been vacuumed, the room needs renovation in many places

My wife and I enjoyed our four night stay. The hotel is well located, easy to find, and accessible to public transport. Staff accommodated our early arrival and allowed us to check in early so that we were able to settle in and place our luggage in our room, this meant that we could begin explore the city earlier on in the day. We plan to visit Budapest again in the future and will make a point of booking to stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel Budapest. Thank you again for a lovely and comfortable stay.
