Overall our experience was very enjoyable but we were a little concerned that there was no emergency exit between our room location (307) and the stairwell on the 3rd floor - in the event of a fire it's quite a distance. However, this did not affect our stay and we would definitely stay in the hotel again. The complimentary hot drinks machine in reception was a nice bonus. Thanks to Chris & Bernard on reception for being very professional and informative and friendly. The family room was also much bigger than expected. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay in Budapest most enjoyable.

Located close to buses and trams, as well as the Danube River. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. AC was much needed and worked well. The reason why it is not a 10? Breakfast could be slightly better, but I was very satisfied with the stay.

We had a fairly good stay at this hotel. It is well located and breakfast buffet was nicely organized and filled. However, the mattress was not up to our usual experience with Accor hotels, kind of worn out/curved, not the most confortable.

Syayed3 nights. Room was very spacious and we had a huge sunny balcony (only 2 large balconies in hotel). Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quirky bike theme and lemons- beautiful.
