This hotel is located in the very tourist depart of Budapest on the Pest side. That was not a desirable location for me. Overall, the hotel there’s much older and there were several things in my room. I did not tell them about it till the end cause I didn’t want people in my room to fix it when I wasn’t there. However, there’s no excuse for things being broken like the button that you press the toilet and the cover for the shower. They were very accommodating with free water, and the breakfast was excellent.

Great location and great room, however I don't think I got a good night's sleep. I reported the USB port next to the bed was broken after night 1 and was constantly beeping, but it was not repaired. We tried to use their air con to cover the noise, however this was created a very loud screeching and dripping sound which was just as frustrating as the beeping.

We stayed two nights in a junior suite which was nearly 500 sq ft and had a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, a half bathroom, a shower room with sauna, a living room, and a king size bed. It also came with access to a small room in the lobby which had munchies and drinks, including red and white wine for free until 5pm. We arrived several hours early, so we were able to leave our luggage in a secure room and our rooms were available to us early at no additional cost. The location was terrific! Shops and restaurants all around us and metro a short walk away. We purchased the breakfast for 10 euro per person, per day and it was well worth it! They offer a buffet with lots of variety!

I’ve stayed at many Accor hotels over the years, but unfortunately this was the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The photos on the website don’t accurately reflect the rooms. They appear large and spacious online, including the bathrooms, but in reality they’re much smaller. The carpets also had noticeable stains, and although I considered requesting a room change, it appeared that all the rooms were of a similar standard. Breakfast was well below expectations. The fried eggs looked as though they had been sitting out for quite some time—they were hard and lacked any flavour. When I asked if fresh eggs could be prepared, they were simply replaced with another batch that seemed no different. The scrambled eggs were dry and had the texture of cardboard. On two mornings I had to skip breakfast altogether because the queue for the restaurant was so long that I would have missed my pre-booked excursions. On the positive side, the fresh fruit was good, the toast was fine, and the hotel’s location is excellent—it’s within easy walking distance of many of Budapest’s main attractions. Overall, I expected a much higher standard from an Accor hotel, and while the location is a real advantage, the accommodation and breakfast were disappointing.

Was very hard to find the hotel by car with the given directions

Very friendly and attentive staff made check-in quick and easy. The hotel is well located within the city, clean, and well presented throughout. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Having a fridge in the room was a great bonus, making it easy to keep drinks and snacks cool.
