After reviewing your reservation, I can confirm that our team initially accommodated you in a Superior room, which was consistent with the booking you made. While we strive to provide welcoming and comfortable accommodations, please accept my apologies if the size of your room, including the bathroom, was smaller than anticipated. Although our rooms are designed with guest comfort in mind, we understand that personal preferences can vary. Your feedback is valuable, and we will certainly consider it for future improvements. At the same time, I am pleased that we were able to promptly arrange a room change to ensure a more comfortable stay. The new room provided was a higher-category upgrade to a Privilege room, which we hoped would better suit your needs. Regarding the air conditioning, I would like to clarify that its lack of cooling was not due to a technical issue but rather a seasonal adjustment based on weather conditions, as the cooling system remains deactivated during this period. Nonetheless, I appreciate your remarks and assure you that we will review this as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing guest comfort. As for the ironing facilities, ensuring the safety of our guests is also a top priority for us. To minimize fire hazards, we provide a dedicated ironing room rather than individual irons in guest rooms. I regret if this information was not adequately conveyed or fully noticed, potentially leading to confusion about the facilities available. This is something I will address with our team to ensure smoother communication moving forward, ensuring all guests are well-informed about the full range of facilities available to them. Delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience is always our goal, and I regret any inconvenience or disappointment you encountered.
