Broke my wrist at the airport. Reception made aware but did not offer advice of where to go for medical help - had to figure it out on my own. My shower took ages to drain and the bathroom door is rotten and mouldy. This was obviously not a new problem, but there was no warning and I inadvertently flooded the bathroom with the first shower, and after that had to shower with as little water as possible.
