A very pleasant hotel with warming atmosphere and helpful staff. Modern, refurbished and most importantly clean rooms. Not to mention great location and a delicious breakfast. Definitely a place I would stay one more time at if travelling to Budapest ;)

Happy with all aspects especially the availability of the Privilege Boutique. Staff in all areas were extremely good. Special mention to the Maître de at the restaurant for breakfast, and the housekeeper

While breakfast offers a large selection, the choices are very plain and common: there should be some more effort put into it. Fruit juices and coffee not up to standard. Espresso machine in the room was a lifesaver and nice touch.

The hotel is clean and central but there’s a huge room for improvement when it comes to breakfast. The quality and presentation of the hot food wasn’t a 4 star quality. As a vegetarian I couldn’t eat any of what was provided. I stayed for three nights so I requested omelette but - unlike other hotels in the same category - the staff accommodated my request only once. I expected to see more Hungarian food. I booked a room with privileges which made my stay better. The good quality of juices and snacks in the privilege room compensated for the poor breakfast quality
