The team was so friendly and helpful! I feel the room was a bit cold due to broken air con. The gentleman from the front desk was able to get a portable heater to me which saved my life!

It was super but I think that previous guests should be informed about the Priority Lounge features now. The Priority Lounge has not only changed its location (it is now situated by the front entrance in a small glass room without chairs and one table) but the opening times are different as well. It now doesn’t open until 11.00am and closes at 5.00pm. As the Priority rooms are quite expensive I feel that this should be mentioned. The staff were great though - very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the hotel is situated in a perfect location and is very central.

Rooms are small but fine and well appointed - breakfast is merely okay. I wouldn’t bother with breakfast unless it’s included in the room rate. Staff were efficient and helpful. Overall a comfortable stay.
