The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street. Everything you need is within walking distance. Excellent clean rooms with modern facilities. The breakfast is delicious and varied. There are always places, food is replenished. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality and friendliness. Special thanks to the hotel restaurant. The chef creates incredibly delicious and beautiful dishes.

I recently stayed at your Budapest property and would like to share feedback regarding my experience. While the hotel’s location and common areas were pleasant, the room allocated to me was extremely disappointing. I was given a room without any windows, which I found unacceptable especially for an Accor branded hotel where a certain standard of guest comfort is expected. This significantly impacted my stay and overall experience. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning only the heater was operational. As a result the room became uncomfortably hot and I was unable to sleep properly. Despite having booked a suite I requested a room change due to these issues but this request was declined by the front desk. This left me with no resolution during my stay and made the experience particularly frustrating. As a loyal customer I was very unhappy with this experience and feel that it fell well below the standards associated with your brand. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and consider appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your response.
