We visited You Hotel late January , for 3 nights. Everything was brand new , and as we found out ,it was only 3 months old! The lobby/cafe/restaurant , all hotel areas were very cozy and warm (while outside was -7 C) The whole design, the vibes and the location were super. The receptionists and all the staff were very helpful and polite, we felt really welcome. Our room (junior suite) exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, stylish with modern furniture, spotless clean and at the top floor -had nice view. It had everything we needed except from the window opening which we'd have wanted it to be wider (at least half way) Breakfast variety was decent and satisfying. And finally we liked the lockers that we could use for keeping our luggage after the check out -until our time to leave for the airport after a last walk around/sightseeing. Overall we are very satisfied, it was a great choice for us and if we visit Budapest again, we will choose the same hotel!

Waited soooo long to be checked in, receptionist was awol. There were other staff at Bar, but for some reason decided to ignore us while we were wondering what was happening. Maybe the Bar staff should be trained for check-in, or to inform waiting guests of what was happening. We were probably waiting for half an hour. Had to swap rooms as the original one smelled of sewage. After the initial poor experience, the rest of the stay was better. Although there could be some small improvements, like: * Coffee/tea making in the room * Mixing up tea spoons and normal spoons at breakfast * Breakfast was really really salty on some of the days, particularly the scrambled egg

Stayed here 2 nights for work with my All account; the reason why this hotel has been chosen. Nice modern hotel with even a cinema and fitness (both not used by me), nice sized room and bathroom. In the bathroom the fixed soaps/shampoo, as you find now everywhere (for the environment). Other amenities were not in the room: no slippers, no tea or coffee, no water and no shoe polish, which I actually needed in these winter conditions. Hey city of Budapest, clean your streets and pavements! Staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok, but I missed the Nutella ;)

Location is perfect, hotel is perfect BUT the bathroom had a strong toxic sewerage stench! Had to change to another room (very inconvenient dragging my stuff to the new room with no help from the staff) and the new room's bathroom still had a minor sewerage stench (little bearable). I understand teething problems occur for new hotel but allowing rooms with toxic sewerage smell to be allocated to guests is not acceptable. Other than the bathroom toxic sewerage smell, everything else was great.

As compensation for the inconvenience, we provided a complimentary glass of wine per person at the bar, which was happily received.
