The housekeeping of the rooms, is really really bad. Garbage doesn't get cleared. Sheets are cleaned day on day properly. The floor was dirty throughout our 4 day stay and even at checkin.

Hotel was very new and modern, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the apartments (2 adults & 2 children)which was quite big. I expected the apartment to be better kitted out. We only had two cups - no plates or cutlery. I got the few basics at breakfast and I'm sure the staff would have helped if I asked. The only other thing is it would have been nice if our bins were emptied at least once during our 3 night stay. overall the hotel is clean and very comfortable, there is a fussball machine and board games in the lounge which children loved and location is excellent and I would recommend to a friend.

We visited You Hotel late January , for 3 nights. Everything was brand new , and as we found out ,it was only 3 months old! The lobby/cafe/restaurant , all hotel areas were very cozy and warm (while outside was -7 C) The whole design, the vibes and the location were super. The receptionists and all the staff were very helpful and polite, we felt really welcome. Our room (junior suite) exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, stylish with modern furniture, spotless clean and at the top floor -had nice view. It had everything we needed except from the window opening which we'd have wanted it to be wider (at least half way) Breakfast variety was decent and satisfying. And finally we liked the lockers that we could use for keeping our luggage after the check out -until our time to leave for the airport after a last walk around/sightseeing. Overall we are very satisfied, it was a great choice for us and if we visit Budapest again, we will choose the same hotel!
