Short of staff at front desk during peak check in hours. The staff is slow and takes a long time to process each check-in. No greeting nor apology. The staff attitude showing she doesn't care.

Ibis Styles botafogo has a handy location, right beside the metro station. Easy to access, carpark in the hotel ( with a fee) but very easy to access. Staff was super friendly, the room was clean and tide plus had a fridge which is a plus to store water, etc. Would defo stay there again.
