I stayed for a few days and I had an issue that was promptly solved by the amazing staff (Albino). The hotel is well located, close to the subway and good restaurants.

After surviving terrible blackout ( no electricity, no lift, no air condition, no hot water, no internet etc.) I was only allowed to delay check- out only by 1 hour and not 2 , as I asked.

Very basic toom was clean with good linen but bathrooms walls seem never being cleaned. The tiles are dark so hard to see dirt however the grey groves are black now
