I booked the hotel from accor app thinking that i will get the benefits like always advertised early check inn and other things.top no water kettle in the room so have to go down to get warm water plus our coffee machine in the room also never worked and staff got us replacement when we were about to checkout. Overall a fair stay not so great.

Location was very good, room was clean (although the smell of cleaning products was too strong). Senior staff could be slightly nicer, they were ok, but I always felt apologetic when asking questions, for "disturbing them". Overall the experience was good and I'd stay there again in a visit to Rio.

The staff is very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. However, it's a small hotel, not very convenient if you need to work from the lobby or your room. The rooms are small and quite noisy; I'm not sure if it's the plumbing. The refrigerator was also quite noisy. The view, at least from my room, wasn't very good; it overlooked the building's central courtyard. I was there on business, and my company chose the hotel, but if I had the choice, I would go to a better-located hotel.
