1300€ for 3 nights, airconditionning working so bad that the noise make impossible to sleep with it working and hot making impossible to sleep without… we asked 3 times to réception, they sent a technical specialist who told us he cant do anything. Réception told us we are full : impossible to change the room. Impossible to open Windows… well we were not happy. We are aficionados of Accord, just came back from thailand with a real 4 star hotel. But this one seems more an ibis with a price of a Mercure or higher. Don’t book !!

Arrived to find booking had been cancelled. Colleague was given my room (it had a welcome note addressed to me). In-app I requested a quiet room and b-2-b defined room with table. I was given a room next to lifts (noisey) and there was no desk/table. Allaccor membership upgrade wasn't given.
