This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had to endure. On my birthday trip at that. The staff was barely helpful most days. I had to argue with a woman at the front desk just to get some of my friends checked in at the correct time. The rooms were barely cleaned everyday. The air conditioning was consistently out and was never fixed when complaints were made. When the neighborhood experienced a power outage, some guests were moved to other hotels while others were made to stay put in the hot, dark, and stuffy rooms of the hotel. Even when the power came back on in the neighborhood, the hotel lost power again several more times afterwards. An absolutely terrible experience and I’ll never stay at a Novotel property again.

The ports are not compatible for US/europe travelers, There is no body wash in the hotel. Internet speed is very slow. Overall did not feel like a 3 start hotel also

We had three rooms and most of tje days the the cleaning of the room waa not done or done very late, even after our claims. The hot water in one of the rooms did nit work.

Hard to begin on rating what was the worse! The towels were so hard that hurt our body to dryn with them plus they had holes. The pillows were absolutely disgusting dirty!!! the pillow covers come off so we could see it. Costumer service NON existent. Plus no power for more than 24 hours so we had to come down and up 13 floors every time we need to leave the hotel!! Really terrible!
