Unclean and Disappointing, best out of a bad bunch

Very disappointing stay, on the positive side the location in great and the Roof top bar is pretty cool, pool is bit tired and not very clean which follows the trend of the rest of the hotel, staff aren’t particularly welcoming or friendly but this could just be to language barriers, Room was not clean at all, on arrival there was bugs all over the room particularly in the bathroom, shower heads where covered in mould along with the rest of the shower with mould in the shower door, on the paint and in the grout lines, hairdryer was cover in god know what like it has been taped together at some point and just left, toilet didn’t flush on arrival and into the next day. Room was very dusty and not was wiped down, air conditioning was full of mould. Room was not cleaned on two of the 5 day for not reason we was out all day and DND was not on the door, Breakfast was very busy and too many people for the amount of space they have, with having to sit on bar stools facing the wall. Food itself wasn’t bad quite a lot of variety at breakfast, food at rooftop bar was good just service was very slow with barely anyone there. Overall stay was very disappointing and if being honest wouldn’t go back.

Windows are sealed, points not credited

The Hotel is well located, they did me a good upgrade which is highly appreciated. Unfortunately, windows are sealed and not possible to get fresh air. Points were not credited to my account for the stay and still I will need to make it manual which is a bit frustrating

Elevators are Awful

The stay was good, but the elevators are an issue. They should be reprogrammed so they are not called individually. It leads to everyone pressing both buttons then the elevator stops all the time and no one is there because they already got on another elevator.
