Excellent. Although the guy on the reception was fantastic and he spoke English, the other receptionist were not soo good. Waiting for the lift could take 20 minutes. No-one brought change when I paid cash, not the bar by the pool nor the breakfast room, they kept the change.

Please be advised that your feedback has been shared with operations management for a thorough internal investigation and immediate reorientation of our teams, with the aim of ensuring the integrity of all transactions and the standardization of our hospitality. Regarding the wait for elevators and the flow during breakfast, we already have a technical improvement project underway to ensure smoother movement. Regarding the report on street vendors, we would like to clarify that, although they operate on public streets, our security team monitors the surrounding area to ensure the greatest possible comfort for guests accessing the property. Centrally located hotel, that is close to the beach, and short drive to main attractions. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfortable with some good views and a big comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Every day a new issue arose: from bed sheets with stains and holes in them to airconditioning that stopped working to a water bottle just being thrown away/disappearing while still full. The hotel in the end offered me another room for the last night (which only had 1 elevator going to that floor), which I appreciated. However, I do recommend the hotel to keep better records. I had to ask at least two to four different people each time an issue arose. The hotel staff did not seem to be aware of the problems. In addition, the hotel was overcrowded with not sufficient elevators nor equipped stairs as an alternative. On my last day even a fire broke out in the kitchen of the rooftop bar. As guests we were not properly informed of this. I asked when I saw the fire department in front of the hotel.
