Hello, I would like to share my big disappointment with Novotel Leme as there have been a série of problems. We are a family of 4 with a young kid and a newborn baby. First, nobody came to help us carry our luggage from our car to the checkin despite asking. We had a lot of luggage so it would have been helpful. Then, it took the receptionist quasi 25 mins to check us in while my baby was crying at the top of his lungs at the front desk. I asked him if this could be done a little later but he refused. Then, the AC was not working in the room and was fixed after asking twice. The room was small and clearly worn out. Then, the pool is freezing cold so it's impossible to stay more than a few mins. On the bright side, employees were all very nice . Overall, this is definitely not 4 star level at all. Will definitely hesitate before booking at another Novotel. Regards Erwan F.

Good location, really nice breakfast, overall good hotel but not very modern room & sometimes loud from other rooms
