Requested repairs in the room were not fixed during 4 nights stay! Receiption/front desk extremelly slow, 45 min wait for check in. Receiption/front desk barely or Do Not speak English. When reported problem in the room, receiption replied sorry no one understand English, wait until tomorrow... Ordered soft drink in the bar in the lobby.... 35min until it was served...

I'm very happy with my stay, but I wanted to report a few maintenance issues in the room: 1. Drain Flies: There were several drain flies in the bathroom 2. Entrance Door: The entrance door was sticking and difficult to open and close, requiring extra effor. 3. Shower Leak: The shower faucet was leaking. Room 576
