Good lunch buffet experience, they serve feijoada on Fridays and we were lucky to get catered by the waiter called Ze Carlos, an very empathic and cheerful lad!

It was very bad experience, the ladies at the reception were extremely unfriendly and rude, although we had requested early check in and it was confirmed, we were told that it’s not possible and the earliest we could check in was noon, when we went at noon, we were told not before 3 pm! The whole day was waisted given that we only stayed 2 days in Rio! The only staff that was very nice and tried his best to help us was Gustavo!Then our room was extremely bad, it was dirty, had a bad smell and was dark with no view. The curtain of the bathroom was broken, the lights didn’t work properly. We asked for a different room and were offered the same room which was cleaner and a little lighter but still no view. The cards didn’t work properly, we had to go to the reception twice to be able to use the elevator and get in the room! The breakfast was ok nothing special and very limited choices. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and don’t recommend this hotel at all. For this price, you can get better hotels.

Internet didn´t work, they just lend you the power converter just for 1 hour. They don't even have an iron and ironing board for the rooms. You have to go downstairs to iron your clothes, and only for 40 minutes. Breakfast was a disaster. The coffee machine wasn't working. The waiters didn't approach you to ask if you needed anything. The front desk staff were friendly, except upon my arrival, the receptionist didn't exchange a word with me.
