boring breakfast buffet, very little daily variety. Latte machine broken several days. Female front staff not friendly and ignored hotel policy. I was refused early checkin even as an All Accor member. I asked someone else at 1 pm and they said of course. Senior female staff is either very lazy or not interested in helping clients.

Good location although the rooms advertised are not necessarily what you get. The executive rooms we booked (shown as having views of the beach and sugarloaf) faced the buildings next to us so there was only a view of white walls with limited light. The rooms were also not very clean - my bed had stains on it and a ripped pillow case. The construction was also badly done - the door to the toilet was too big so it didn’t close and one of the wood panels by the window was also not slotted in because it was too large. The body wash provided was empty and never refilled for my week stay. The breakfast selection was good although there were lots of flies on the fruit. The room for breakfast was not airconned either so it was extremely hot and made me weary about what food would be okay to eat. I tried to have coffee once from the machine (cappuccino) but it didn’t work and I had milky water instead. Overall, it’s fine if you’re not spending much time there other than to sleep. If you care about cleanliness and hope to relax to good views though, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

First room was the air condition not working, even after the technician was there. And it was really smelly - not in a good way! The second room had a lot of electrical issues, but better than the other one.
