The hotel is not well maintained and require a urgent renovation. The small rooms with twin beds are too small without space to leave even the luggage.

The room is very bare; there are no drawers and no wardrobe, just a tiny amount of hanging room. The hot water and shower were excellent. But the lighting over the sink was inadequate. It was hard to see to shave and i imagine it would be impossible to put on make-up. The provided brekfast was good.

To expensive for the bad service, Ibis doesn’t have shame? I am sure not, about general price and worst price of water bottle and some more things, horrible really horrible. And I’m not speaking about people who work there, I am speaking about Ibis politic of extra exploration customers.

The air conditioning was in very poor condition and did not work on the first night. The bathroom had mold and was not clean. The air vents were dirty and clearly lacked maintenance. The floor was also in terrible condition.
