Unfortunately my experience was definitely bad. The bedroom has a bad smell, illumination and air circulation. No frigobar inside the room and no basic service, even paid what made me to have a dinner using my hands, because the hotel didn´t have any fork and knife to borrow or even to sell. I really can understand that IBIS Budget has a limited service, but the IBIS Budget Botafogo definitely is under than the minimum accepted service. I´m waiting only the receipt because it was not delivered to me yet and I need it.

there was no shampoo in the room. Breakfast was very weak, even though we were paying separeted to break-fast and not included on the hotel fee, it was not good.
