My expense was totally unacceptable and unprofessional from the Mercury people. Had a massive issue and nobody managed to sort it out whether the personal reception we are very arrogant useless and untrained, the management was not able to reply or even to apologise the following days or even the Support we took 24 hours to join the conversation.

While the hotel is well located, the room was extremely small with no wardrobe or space to store ours luggage. The bed was taking all the available space. The bathroom would benefit of a shower with a tap mixer and of a refurbishment to freshen up the visual experience. The breakfast was perceived as low quality taste. The common area toilet close to reception area smelly. The staff was fine and deliver a good service. Overall not met expectation of advertised 4 stars hotel from booking.com

Hotel is nicely located however the facilities were not that amazing. The gym was too small and I had power outages two times during my 4 day stay because the sockets were not able to cope with the iron even when the label clearly stated 220V. The only window at the room looked straight into the neighboring tower apartments with only a few meters distance. At that room price, I wouldn't come back.

I had an amazing stay. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They will do everything they can to support your needs and ensure your comfort. They were one of the reasons I always had a smile on my face. The hotel is also clean and hygienic. They had plenty of food options for breakfast, so all diets are catered for. The hotel is close to all activities and you have plenty of transport options to choose from, I took the train at some point.

The breakfast was not great. If I knew the options, I would have opt for no breakfast included. Refrigerator not working. We've stayed 5 nights surely you need to keep water and drinks cold, and it was not possible. Did inform reception and the answer was this is correct. The refrigerator is not really making cool. The same items were on the breakfast menu everyday with not allot of protein. Allot of sweet options but limited on the warm options.
