The location and staff made my staff really enjoyable. unfortunately the lift to the 12th floor became defective for the final 2 days of my stay making it difficult to visit my friend on the 12th floor and difficult to move luggage from the 12th floor at the end of our stay.

Average Service , not good assicance from some of the service team while others were very helpful . Breakfast was very basic , I tried once and then I didnt want anymore .

We were initially allocated a room (deluxe facing sea) on a low floor which was dark & not very nice. We asked to move & were offered same category room on much higher floor. This room was lovely with a fantastic view of Copacabana beach. Reception were very accomodating with our request. Had dinner in restaurant 2 nights. Food was delicious & waiters were very nice & helpful, especially Daniel. Had a lovely stay. Hotel has a good location & there are several good restaurants within walking distance.
