Room with partial view of sea as advertised; with spacious, modern bathroom. The rest of room very small and cramped, but ideal for a short stay. Will consider staying there again.

Ideally located on Copacabana beach making it very easy to get around the city. Lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away. The hotel itself is well presented. The staff very friendly and helpful. They also serve a really nice breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They will do everything they can to support your needs and ensure your comfort. They were one of the reasons I always had a smile on my face. The hotel is also clean and hygienic. They had plenty of food options for breakfast, so all diets are catered for. The hotel is close to all activities and you have plenty of transport options to choose from, I took the train at some point.

The breakfast was not great. If I knew the options, I would have opt for no breakfast included. Refrigerator not working. We've stayed 5 nights surely you need to keep water and drinks cold, and it was not possible. Did inform reception and the answer was this is correct. The refrigerator is not really making cool. The same items were on the breakfast menu everyday with not allot of protein. Allot of sweet options but limited on the warm options.
