Average Service , not good assicance from some of the service team while others were very helpful . Breakfast was very basic , I tried once and then I didnt want anymore .

We were initially allocated a room (deluxe facing sea) on a low floor which was dark & not very nice. We asked to move & were offered same category room on much higher floor. This room was lovely with a fantastic view of Copacabana beach. Reception were very accomodating with our request. Had dinner in restaurant 2 nights. Food was delicious & waiters were very nice & helpful, especially Daniel. Had a lovely stay. Hotel has a good location & there are several good restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is well placed in Rio. The room although not overly big was fine for our 3 night stay. The big plus were the staff who really went out of their way to make our stay even better.

The stay was ok, no problem at all. My problem was with the checkout. When doing my checkout, the staff told me that everything was ok and I didn't have to pay anything, but I knew I had to pay for my stay, so I insisted on that. I even called my travel agency to verify, and they told me to pay, but again this was refused. So, I left the hotel without paying, after some hours someone from the hotel sent an email saying that I had to pay. So, I paid the hotel doing a direct transfer, I requested the invoice to be sent for me, but until now I didn't receive. Next week I have booked another full week on this hotel, but I am really considering if I will stay or not. I will think about it during the weekend, waiting for my invoice.
