It was good. The room maid was awesome! But although the bar was supposed to be open 24h it was always without the bartender. And it was boring all the time having to go downstairs to take some water or juice and get there and see nobody to attend you. Another thing is the breakfeast. As I stayed more than 2 weeks, i saw no much change in the menu, so at the end I missed other kind of fruit or juice. Something new to eat like pancakes or a jelly to have with your bread.

My credit card was blocked by your system, the key card didn't work after two uses and I frequently had to go get rekeyed, there was no instruction from the front desk on where things were in the hotel, shampoo was offered in the room, but no conditioner. There was one bottle of water for two days and no coffee available in the room.

Booked this nice hotel where I'd enjoyed an earlier stay in October 2017 for several nights incl. breakfast when purchasing my IBERIA roundtrip airline ticket from Madrid in January 2019. I was terribly disappointed to discover there was no jam available for breakfast guests - I've always enjoyed all types of jam freely available at all hotels offering breakfast, especially IBIS hotels in Valencia ES and Portugal. When I complained to the friendly Rio IBIS breakfast staff they told me no jam is now offered for guests. I still rate this stay 10/10 as your Rio personnel are friendly and helpful, and this IBIS BOTAFOGO is a clean and nice hotel where the room and amenities offer me everything I need. I love your ECO policies too!

The room was very comfortable and the structure was great. We only couldn’t use the internet and even after two complaints the problem wasn’t solved. In general, it was great! Mainly the breakfast.

The room was a bit noisy and I had regular problems with the key card when using it in the elevator. Otherwise, all was great, especially the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was also very good as well as housekeeping. I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Thank you.

The hotel services were excellent as usual. The room, the bathroom, excellent. The restaurant was horrible! The food badly made. The silverware badly stored. This is not the first bad experience with the restaurant I had. It had been bad since the hotel changed the kitchen services.
