Wifi cut out for like 24 hours so I complained. As a compensation, they promised me 2 free dinner vouchers. They ended up honoring only one. I should have recorded the manager promising it on video or had him write it down on a piece of paper. I only received verbal agreement and had no way to prove it when they kept falsely accusing me of lying about the extra dinner voucher. I felt upset that they treated me like a liar

We have stood for just one night there to be able to attend a big concert. Staff was really nice and friendly at the reception desk. Facilities were not what we expected for the price we paid, though, even knowing that it was a busy night at the city due to the concert. The extra foldable bed in the room was closed to be used as a balcony, but after putting my backpack on top of it it felt on us and almost got us hurt. We then realized that the mechanism that locks it closed was broken. Also it was really dirt and had nail remains behind it. They probably do not consider cleaning under it once in a while. There were no hand towels and we had to use the bath towels at the sink, that was partially clogged. We also did not have shampoo at the shower (the recipient was empty). We did talk about the extra bed at the reception desk, but as it was a single night stay, we did not mention the other stuff. I am sure they would have provided us, but I would not stop my shower and dress up to have it refilled.
