Nice Room but a little old decorations. Small and not Smart tv... The meat and lunches and dinners was not good, to much nervs and fat. I was very well received at the hotel and all employees was very nice to me.

Personnel Gentle and Cooperative two only point of discussion 1) presence of small insect all times on the windows area ...very disturbing especially during the meals time 2) the choices on the menu is very limited - will be nice to have some fish available and or a better choice of plates that are often repetitive.

I have been there many times but this time I thought the cleaning was not good. My room 272 was not clean enough (the hair dryer had lots of dust on top); the sheets had stain.

The hotel is perfect to short travels, is very comfortable and the coffee is great. Just the price could be more cheap... or put the parking inside the price for who stay in the hotel.

My experience was just not good account of meal times. They didn't deliver on time, I just don't have to complain about the taste, they were really delicious.

Room cleaning service is good but food delivery service is not so good because I am in quarantine for embark and the food could not get in time

I've lost all my writings and I had just went from Buzios to Rio to get my dog a very complicated surgery. I had 4 hours to write it all over again and deliver it. So I chose safe. Call before hand, checked about the rooms having fast internet and a table. An Ibis hotel close to the vet, not the cheapest version but hey, there it was and it was urgent. It took me 40 minutes to check in despite the sweetness of the clerk and by the time I had it done, the system went down so the 3 times that I had to use the elevator there was at least one other person with me, the manager with the master key, even when rides with 3 different people were offered and me being on a time schedule, I waited. The stairs to the ground floor were locked anyway, even knowing there was one working elevator and this is a pandemia. Well, it all took a lot of time, specially for someone looking for a place to stay because I needed time. Getting to the room and spending the night without internet was the top of it. All I had payed for was to have those "working amenities"... So basically It got me slowly routing videos from my phone 4g so I could finish the job. Really, It took me a lot of time, I was behind schedule, the work I was preparing was not even close to as good as it should be... So despite the nice staff... I'd say the priciest Ibis was not a safe choice and I and Extremely disappointed.

Everything as expected, good reception, very organized common area, beds and bathrooms very tidy and sanitized. Good, fresh food with plenty of variety. The people who work are trained to perform the service efficiently. I had no problem.

It is a pitty. It was my third stay ar this hotel. They charged my credit card on the day of the online check in and again after my check out. I am traveling and moving to another state right now and it is difficult for me this boring thing of complaining calling the hotel. Well, I called and they said that I will need send my credit card bill extract to them to proof that I did not pay twice...
