Location is okay, close to the subway but far from the most touristic area. Restaurant is expensive while offering mostly fast food, not many offerings on the menu. I made an order and paid, only to learn 45 minutes later that the order was not complete and the restaurant was closing. Got a refund and had to leave. The cosmetics offered in the room are very cheap, extreme low quality; doap cracked in drying after one usage. Room service is limited to making the bed and changing the towels (5 minutes service max). Wifi is the worst I've used in hotels in Brazil. My room keys lost stopped working at least twice in 3 days. The safe, showing in the photos as in the room, was actually in the reception, with Limited access. Inconvenient and not as advertised. Overall, it's a low budget hotel with 4-5 stars price. Not good value at all.
