On the third day of my stay, I left the room at 8 AM and returned at 5 PM to find that housekeeping had not serviced my room. I called the reception desk, and the attendant assured me that housekeeping would attend to it. When I returned at 9 PM, I found that housekeeping still had not serviced the room, and we were left without towels. I immediately went to the reception desk, where the attendant apologized but failed to provide a solution other than giving me towels. When I arrived back at the room, I noticed that the towel provided by the reception was dirty. I returned to the reception and requested another towel, but the receptionist responded rudely.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Ibis. The staff where cordial and friendly, especially Julliana at front desk. Though I couldn't speak Portuguese, she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I will sure recommend Ibis to my friends and family.
