Good location, reasonable rate, basic, clean, breakfast was surprisingly nice!! Good international Ibis standard! Obrigado. One neg comment. Key cards to rooms should be functional until time of check out. In my case my card did not function 11.45. In my case on floor 10 not too fun to go all the way down to reception to fix my card and then back when you are in stress. I assume it is a mechanical failure.

As always, Accor hotels maintain the proposal of a minimum standard suitable for what is expected from accommodation. Clean environments with neutral but present decor. Bathroom of adequate size. As for a TV of the correct size and a safe. A good desktop for work.

Great location but other than that nothing to rave about. Never been to a hotel where they don’t provide drinking glasses or hand towels Bed was stained and uncomfortable. No day light as you couldn’t draw the curtain for privacy (room window 2 yards from the next building). Room was just big enough for a double bed. Breakfast was plentiful but monotonous and tasteless.

No one speaks English at Reception....they just look at you with silence....how about TRAINING them with basic hotel English? Stayed 3 nights......each morning my room key had to be Reprogrammed ! this was a big inconvenience for me going down to reception and up to the room again 3 times !.....Ridiculous. Room ok. Good breakfast. Will not be returning.
