Great location but other than that nothing to rave about. Never been to a hotel where they don’t provide drinking glasses or hand towels Bed was stained and uncomfortable. No day light as you couldn’t draw the curtain for privacy (room window 2 yards from the next building). Room was just big enough for a double bed. Breakfast was plentiful but monotonous and tasteless.

No one speaks English at Reception....they just look at you with silence....how about TRAINING them with basic hotel English? Stayed 3 nights......each morning my room key had to be Reprogrammed ! this was a big inconvenience for me going down to reception and up to the room again 3 times !.....Ridiculous. Room ok. Good breakfast. Will not be returning.

The hotel was very basic for an Accor hotel. The room was very small, window facing other buildings and the curtain had to stay closed all the time for privacy. No face towels or drinking glasses despite asking for one. Stained mattress. On the plus point the location was great and breakfast had a lot of choices though not delectable after your 2 day. Booked it directly with ibis compared to Booking.com which was cheaper thinking one will get a better service but obviously not.

The room was very small, no closet, tiny bathroom, and it was very dirty. All the surfaces were nasty, as in, someone wiped it down in the 1990s. Sticky rings on surfaces, unpleasant odor. The lobby and corridors were worse. Dark, dingy, unattractive, old, worn…..I could go on, but you get the idea. An unfortunate choice in a location with many better options. Stay away.
