Hotel is well located either for business or relax. Rooms was not fully cleaned and when I walked barefoot, I could feel a lot of sand in it. When I made my reservation, I asked for non smoking rooms, but during my check in, I had option to choose between low or high floor and the high floor room I chose was a smoking one, which I was unaware.

All great apart from the breakfast

Everything was perfect until we tried the breakfast! Breakfast fast team very disorganised and unprofessional. The food did not rotate quickly enough and the tables were left dirty for long time. I had to clean a table myself before I could sat down with my family

The reception lounge was very poor. Not very comfortable and plain. The rooms were ok, but with no space to put suitcases. Basic breakfast. Service was as good though.

A good budget hotel. Great location. Good eating spots nearby. Close to the beach within walking distance. Good front desk staff. Breakfast, more than adequate. Weal WiFi . Taxis available in front of the hotel. Close to domestic airport.

Although I’m a Silver member I wasn’t offered a welcome drink. The room is very small and had a weird smell. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed. The cleanness needs improvement.

The hotel has an excellent location to visit Copacabana Beach and is full of young people doing just that. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby, public restrooms, and room were very clean. However, everything was shabby and well worn. The chairs in the lobby were cracked, there were chips in the bathroom floor and the sheets were worn. Considering the very reasonable price and the shortness of our stay it served its purpose. I would not recommend the hotel for a longer vacation stay, just because of the lack of amenities that can be found at more expensive hotels.

I always stay at ibis because we all know about quality and standards but in this last one Im disappointed about the cleaning of the bedroom! I even filmed the dirty inside the shower box! Sand on the floor! Dust in all!

Clean and modern, good bed and AC, decent wifi (not so good for video calls), good location near the Copacabana beach, free beach towels, breakfast buffet ok. Staff helpful but some of them did not speak English at all. Some vegetables for breakfast and some hooks near the door in the hotel room would be fine.

Unfortunately my general experience was not good, the hotel was short to provide service at IBIS standard. Internet connection was very poor, I had already the same issue with the internet in my previous stay at this hotel, but I thought the issue was solved, but it seems it was not. It is a pit to see that kind of issue for this hotel. TV, in My room did not work, after complain the front desk give me a different remote control, however the issue was with the TV, in the morning of NOv/12 around 7:00 am, a new front desk girl just arrived to take over, I complain about the tv, she informed me that she will send the maintenance guy to fix, however, in the afternoon when I returned to my room, the tv was at the same way. Then after the fourth complain the new front desk girl gave me the option to change my room. I got completely disappointed with the service reiceved at this hotel.
