The room was very small for the three people we were, there is no space to store the baggage. The hotel is 3 blocks away from the boulevard and the beach. The breakfast was good.

Only 2 blocks from copacabana Beach. No blanket for 3rd bed, no third towel after first refresh. Room is very very small if you have luggage. Bathrooms had mold.

The facilities are quite basic, but generally clean - although my sink was clogged from before I arrived (in their defense, every day I forgot to tell them about it). Not sure if the price corresponds to the value of the stay, might be slightly overpriced (considering how basic the facilities were).

the hotel is very ok, the breakfast is good, with variety and quality. the only thing I did not like was the mattress and the pillows; the mattress wasn't a proper mattress it was more like a cushion, and the pillows just two and very basic. Even for the price I paid was too little confort in the most important thing a hotel has to have: a good bed and pillows.

The staff were all nice and helpful with directions and questions. The hotel has extra security features with the elevators. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel was very quiet from the 11th floor.

I arrived early but could checkin before 3pm what is awesome. Breackfast is good overall and people are gentle. All outlets are all 220 volts and there is no hairdyers in the rooms. Location is very good, close to supermarkets and to the beach.

I arrived very early with my kid and asked for an early check-in. A female receptionist said there was no room available. I came back at 12pm and asked again. She didn’t look anywhere and replied straight away saying that there wasn’t any room available. Made me feel very unattended. She could at least pretend that she was looking.

I thought it was decent, especially for me as a solo traveler. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had security, so I felt safe. It was within walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. I do wish they had more breakfast options. My window stayed closed, so I’m not sure how mosquitoes got in, but overall it was a clean and decent stay.
