All good, check in was very busy but Ana in particular seemed to have very good grasp to move things as fast as possible. Rooms basic and all that was needed (minor damage issues to low to even mention to reception). Again at check out Ana very helpful with bag storage etc

rooms were not clean at all mould everywhere in the shower and some parts of the room mattresses very dirty as well not on standard with any other ibis hotels i have stayed in

I arrived very early with my kid and asked for an early check-in. A female receptionist said there was no room available. I came back at 12pm and asked again. She didn’t look anywhere and replied straight away saying that there wasn’t any room available. Made me feel very unattended. She could at least pretend that she was looking.
