Really lovely hotel, staff so friendly & helpful. Room was lovely, given an upgrade as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary & beautiful towel art & rose petals on the bed. Minor grumble hot buffet breakfast wasn’t very hot, but a good selection of food. Would definitely come back & would recommend to others. Lovely pool, didn’t use the gym but looked well equipped. Train station next door so good transport links, didn’t hear any train noise which is always good!

4 day stay. Not a cheap hotel, breakfast not included. Room facilities ok but Coffee/milk/sugar not renewed after the second day. Travelodge/Premier Inn facilities at Ritz prices.

Really nice birthday stay, staff all absolutely lovely. However, we decided to come back early after a meal to watch some films and couldn’t get the TV to work all evening including chromecast which was annoying as we purposely came home to do so. Unfortunately it ruined our evening a little bit and didn’t make what we paid worth it. However everything else fine.

Room was clean and food excellent, but service was a bit odd. Had to wait ages after I finished my meal before anyone came to take the bill, then after paying it, another member of staff chased me to question if I had paid. Appears there was a problem with the payment system.
