The staff were all, without exception, very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent and we never heard any noise from other rooms. The swimming pool was clean, warm and very enjoyable. The location and parking is great. I will be returning in a couple of months for next business trip. My only real and heartfelt disappointment is the lukewarm cooked breakfast. The breakfast selection itself is very good, and very enjoyable, and the serving personnel were excellent. But hot food when it is supposed to be hot is very important. I do hope this could be looked at. Other than that, thank you all for a great stay

I stayed on the Sunday too (but paid for myself, so for 2 nights in all) - disappointed that 3 things were not available on the menu on Sunday night. Also, requested at reception that housekeeping turn the room over and that didn't happen.

No bath in the rooms which made it hard to relax after a very very long drive. Check in wasn’t informative at all. No drinking water available in the room and had to google how to order room service. The hotel itself was clean but the overall experience wasn’t the best

We had a really good stay at the Novetel and would stay again - 1 or 2 little things that would have made it perfect (such as a kettle that didn't leak in the room), but other than that we were very happy.
