A lovely, spacious hotel with a bar, restaurant, friendly, attentive staff, pool and sauna. One eyelet in the curtain was broken, and a bulb in the flashlight-style reading lamp on one side of the bed was out – both very minor. At the end of the evening, the toilet began to fill slowly, so it would not flush as usual. Reported all to reception, who apologised, assured us that it would be attended to, and offered to move us, but as we were only staying one night, we turned it down. Overall, the hotel is bright, spacious and airy, and the communal areas are very comfortable. The sauna and pool, as well as the changing rooms, are all top-notch. with towels provided at reception. Breakfast was top-drawer. I have had marginally better, but this was right up there in quality and diversity, and again, the staff were first-rate. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat! Just one extra thing to bear in mind. The car park next door does not belong to the hotel, so there is a charge for this. We stay just under 24 hours and it cost £16.80, so factor that in.

The hotel and rooms were very good. Breakfast was very good.The car park was handy but! sorting out the car park fee was very difficult! Changing rooms for the pool were very poor. The floor was covered in water, no spinner for the swimsuits, one toilet . The showers were good
