The stay was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We have been several times in the past and find the hotel very convenient and quiet. I just have one big complaint that I really would like to see fixed before our next visit. We could get no sound on any of the radio channels on the television. We reported this and nothing happened. We mentioned it to another receptionist who said there had been one or two other complaints that she knew of. This wouldn't be quite so bad if the same thing hadn't happened to us on our last stay in a different room in March. Presumably this is a hotel-wide problem that your handymen cannot fix in one room. I don't know whether anyone came to try and fix the problem in our room - we got no feedback. Surely this is something you should seriously try to fix in a 4-star Novotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Just a little concern about using the health facilities. Why the form? It may sound that you are looking after the welfare and wellbeing of your guests but it somehow had an effect to some guests who are not 100% perfect. It makes them feel less unhygienic than a dog.

Hotel was fine - this was the 2nd time we have visited. But on each occasion no mention of the fact we were Platinum Accor members. I don’t expect upgrades every but in every other hotel we’ve stayed we have been welcomed as Platinum members and more often than not there has been a note or letter in the room welcoming us with a few soft drinks or snacks. Just a bit disappointing.

Excellent stay. Location, transport links and facilities all great. Breakfast very good. The lighting in the rooms wasn't great. There were 3 of us sharing interconnecting rooms but we only had two sets of bathrobes and slippers.

My room 331 was good with a few issues: no toilet brush, couldn’t find the switch for the lamp in the corner by the window, shower control bar is loose, falling off. Not enough bars to place the wet towels.
