We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Milton Keynes, absolutely loved the heated pool, breakfast and such a welcoming team. The play area at the front of the hotel was an added bonus for my 2 year old!!! We will definitely be back!

I come to this hotel about 4-5 times a year with my family. And when we don't do early check in you could normally get in your room at 2pm.but came on fri and it had been changed to 3 pm so we had to sit in reception and wait an hour.i needed a lay down as have a medical condition that causes me great pain and mobility too.
