The hotel is well maintained, clean, with staff that are attentive and friendly. I can’t fault the effort the team are putting in. However, the site feels very dated and don’t think the price is reflective of the experience. The pool is a welcomed addition but doesn’t make up for the very 80s/90s vibe in the rooms! To be clear this is more feedback for Novotel head office than the people on site. It needs serious investment.
