I was a guest at your hotel on Friday night and due to stay tonight and tomorrow night. I'd like to make a formal complaint about your maintenance manager (Ven). The hot water was running at a low temperature at around 4pm today. I spoke to Omer on the front desk about it, Omer confirmed that it was the same issue with the hot water downstairs and he raised the issue with the maintenance manager. Omer was very polite and courteous, he explained that he had been busy on reception with check-ins and unfortunately had not been able to pop up to my room to discuss the situation. At around 5pm Ven knocked on my door to inspect the hot water, the temperature was good and I asked what the issue had been, Ven said there was no issue and that there'd always been hot water. I said that wasn't the case as the bath I had run using the hot tap was around 28° on his thermometer. He insisted there had been no issue with the hot water and that was that. I went downstairs with him to speak to Omer about it. Omer confirmed that the water had been running cool as I'd said, I asked Ven to apologise for insinuating I was lying but he refused and then just walked off. I felt absolutely angered and insulted that a member of staff had come to my room, made out that I was at fault and then when presented with the evidence by Omer would not even acknowledge he was in the wrong and apologise. I refuse to stay at a hotel where I am insulted and called a liar by the staff. Omer refunded me for tonight and tomorrow and I am now in another hotel in Milton Keynes. I am working the next 7 weekends in the area and have another 5 lads joining me next week. All that business would have been yours based on a pleasant stay I had a fortnight ago, but now I will definitely not return. It was also an embarrassing situation for me discussing it with Ven in front of other guests etc in reception and being told I was wrong and eventually ignored by him and him walking away.

I was with my wife and two children; the experience was fabulous. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Overall, everything was satisfactory; the pool was clean, and the room was tidy with a comfortable bed. The children also enjoyed a comfortable stay. We will definitely consider visiting again.

This is the second time staying at this hotel and there is no complaints, everyone friendly, it’s clean got everything you need in a hotel there gym, swimming pool, sauna restaurant and bar. Breakfast is great quality. Very family friendly
