Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, well located, close to town centre with ample parking. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Milton Keynes.

Reception staff need to be trained on how to deal with bookings made by the agent. It's took to long to resolve the payment issues, whilst It was just needed for the receptionist to use the agency credit card and hence approved & confirmation payment for my booking.

At multiple times the staff appeared really unsure about our booking. From check in with Elena(slow, attempted over charging, unable to process our check in) onwards this left us uneasy. The breakfast team (Eta) accused us of not paying despite it being included in the room rate. The duty manager intervened but this was a poor experience and not our fault.

On entering the hotel we could smell weed. There were a lot of stains on the carpet in the bedroom. We Didn't like that the toilet was in a separate area from the bathroom. Breakfast was very unorganised, nearly all tables were dirty when my family arrived for breakfast, coffee was awful and staff in restaurant were rude and slow at replenishing the food. Only positives were that reception staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable.
