Unfriendly welcome, bathroom smelt of mould, unclean carpet in room. A very poor quality mattress on the bed is not good for sleep. Finally the windows offer virtually no sound proofing which means you can hear loud plane engines until late. I stay in an Ibis at Lyon that is also very close to the runway and you can’t hear a thing. For the record there is no airport shuttle bus which means if you have baggage and an early start you really need a taxi and that was £16 for a 4 minute journey. It looks like no one has spent a penny on this hotel in the 20 years since I last stayed here. Sadly I really can’t recommend.

Dear Guest, please accept my apologies for the shortfalls in cleanliness that you experienced, I will discuss with the team to improve for the future. In terms of the sound proofing, given the rooms are triple glazed surprised to read your comments, but will note for the future. In terms of a shuttle bus, there is a bus stop direct to the terminal less than 50 meters away that run 24 hours a day, so we do have options that just taking a taxi or walking the short distance to the terminal.
