The carpet in the corridors was old, worn out and dirty. The walls are thin and when another room uses the bath or shower, it's loud in your room. I wasn't going to bother leaving a review because I didn't have anything nice to say, but I've been sent four requests to do this in under a week.

Short stay for early morning flight. Room small but adequate everything in working order. The facility to WhatsApp reception didn't work. The call and message was not answered. Booking in advance we paid around £65 value for money. The room was advertised at over £100 booking on the day which would not have been value for money.

Decent price and easy to use website. Polite and easy cloning on check in, my quiet room request had been honoured which I was grateful for. Room was clean, bed was comfy, plenty of hot water and decent toiletries. The air cooling system was effective, and the room blacked out really well with the blind and curtains.

There were dried blood stains on my bed sheets that I reported to the receptionist whom I showed pictures. This was really unpleasant when I went to bed and I don't understand how one can keep bed sheets in this state. As an Accor All member, it's the first time I've seen this in an hotel. I was offered apologies and a free tea as a commercial gesture.

I have picked up this separately with our housekeeping manager and the laundry company for explanations/investigation.
