Although the rooms and hotel were nice and sufficient for a short stay I had a couple of issues, first the electrics tripped in my room overnight, I informed the desk in the morning who said they would sort it, upon returning from work 12hrs later I asked the desk if it had been sorted and they said yes, I proceeded to my room, 380, third floor only to find it hadn't been sorted so had to go back down to the desk, someone came back up with me and couldn't fix it so I had to wait for and move to another room which was obviously inconvenient as I had to pack all my stuff up, no compensation was offered. 2nd issue, breakfast was advertised as being from 6am, it wasn't it was actually 6.30 and when I did choose to have it it was nearly 15mins late which meant I was late to work (supposed to start at 7). Overall it was a good hotel, it's just a shame these issues let the full experience down

Overpriced, small room. Stained carpet, dirty walls, hearing the neighbours, no shuttle and you now use a topper on a pad rather than a mattress. Possibly my worst night sleep ever.
