Welcoming atmosphere and everything you need for a quick overnight. Easy flat walk to the airport building. Special shout out to Meron who checked us in and out due to staff shortages, a smile on his face after a very long shift. Will definitely be back.

The ibis London Luton is a clean and comfortable hotel, well located close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for early flights. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Could do better but great staff

Fabulous staff but a rather basic, soulless place and I don’t like the walk from the shuttle train to the hotels, the airport set up is not pedestrian friendly dragging a suitcase. Although very clean there are maintenance issues. 3 of the 4 bedhead lights did not work and the kettle had a loose connection. Food very average. But the staff could not have been more welcoming and hard working.

Only stay if you have to

Shabby and in need of an upgrade. Rooms like little cells. Basically the bare minimum they can get away with. Thankfully only stayed for a few hours to rest before an early flight.
