The hotel is good, but to my opinion it’s not fair not to return the money for 2 days, I’ve haven’t been there, because I’ve checked out earlier because of an personal emergency situation

Nice Welcome,helpful as well. Room ok but was a bit cold even with heating full on. Food was good & room was quiet.

Badly in need of redecoration In my original room both the heating and TV didn’t work. Had to request a new room. Staff were good. No problem in getting me a new room and received a complimentary drink.
