Room was extremely hot. Couldn't open the window to get a breeze in. Turned on the room heating unit, which is not an air conditioner, just to get air flowing but that didn't work well either. In the bathroom there were no hand towels or flannels, just towels. Toilet doesn't flush properly. Only saving grace is that we ate at the onsite restaurant. The food was pretty good.

I stayed at Luton Airport. Given the price, it was fair value. Good location, no complaints with the room or bar area. Food was what I would expect, definitely better than I have eaten at similar places. One thing that could have been improved was the number of staff available in the evening. Service to check in was a little slow.

No information telling us our to get to the airport and the bus stop when we found it was not signed posted at all! The breakfast was cold and not worth the extra we had paid.
