i had a really bad nights sleep road works all night right outside side very noisy , so not 100% your fault but if you was aware you could of put guests in other rooms No plug sockets next to bed to charge phone which i use as a clock so newer conscious of that Corridor very scruffy carpets and it looks like there has been a leak

My platinum membership was not recognised and did not have any member benefits even though I asked. Rooms are basic, clean and comfy. But the bathroom was a bit of a challenge (broken taps, dangerous bathtub, water damage walls etc). I wouldn't stay again

Overall, the Hotel Harlow Accor is clean, tidy well located for our purposes. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all we needed including a Nespresso coffee machine! The buffet breakfast was one of the best for taste and choice we've had anywhere! However, on the downside, staff were often not around when we needed them. We would have to go looking for them, or have to wait until someone arrived. When found some staff presented as flat, unenthusiastic, bored or disinterested. There was a distinct lack of warmth. There were a couple of exceptions; the lady at breakfast who ensured the buffet was topped up and the gentleman who located an iron for us along with the gentlenan doing maintenance who saw we had been waiting for some time to be seated for breakfast and in the absence of anyone stepped in to help.

Clean room and bathroom. Good size and comfortable. The reception staff and staff at breakfast were all very helpful. Some noise from the road but my room was quiet.

Comfortable accommodation. Website needs updating. Thought we had breakfast included for the price but it wasn’t and restaurant didn’t have menu that was on website. Expensive compared to other hotels on our road trip.

Great service, good food but the hotel has a rather 1970s feel about it. Could do with some updating. Especially at this pricepoint. There are newer hotels nearby that are only a small amount more expensive and some that are cheaper
