Awful. Dirty. Pictures DO NOT represent current condition of hotel which is. RUN DOWN. Obviously allows smoking as it stinks of nicotine

I wasn’t happy that we had to pay for parking.

The staff are fantastic and very caring. The hotel though is very run down carpet in bed room stained bath room tiles cracked , door handel hanging off. The restaurant was closed so only food available was in the small bar area or eat in the foyer. The menu was very limited and almost everything was microwave cooked . Most of the other residents had food delivered which is a sad indictment of the standard served.Breakfast was in the restaurant but food was tepid or cold plates were stone cold I warmed mine on top of toaster to have a sporting chance. It was built about 1969 and looks like nothing has been done since then

The receptionist welcomed me and my kids with a warm and generous smile I don’t know her name but i think she’s Asian she’s got the true qualities of a host thank you for your help and smile. I will never forget my stay at Harlow hotel because of the reception I was given with this lady she’s very kind and lovely

Appalled that it costs £10 to park car overnight

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the overnight parking charge came as an unpleasant surprise. Please note that there has recently been a change in our parking management provider, which has resulted in updated parking fees. These new charges are advertised across our booking platforms; however, we sincerely apologise if this was not communicated clearly enough prior to your arrival.
