Your comments regarding the check-in experience are concerning, particularly the lack of a warm welcome and professionalism from our reception team. Please rest assured this does not reflect our usual standards of hospitality, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure all guests are greeted with courtesy and attentiveness, regardless of the time or circumstances. We also acknowledge your frustration regarding the check-in process and the form requirements. While some details are necessary for regulatory and security reasons, we understand the importance of making this process as seamless and respectful as possible, and we will be reviewing how this is presented to our guests. We\'re pleased to note that you found the room clean and quiet, though we regret the worn carpet and limitations in Wi-Fi speed impacted your comfort. Both of these areas are part of our ongoing maintenance and upgrade reviews. Your breakfast experience is clearly far from what we strive to provide. We aim to maintain a well-stocked and welcoming environment during breakfast hours, and it is unacceptable that items were not replenished by 08:00. Additionally, the lack of team presence both at breakfast and during check-out is concerning, and we are taking immediate steps to address staffing and operational coverage. We\'re pleased to hear that your room was clean and well-prepared, and that your booking experience was efficient. However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that other areas of your stay did not reflect the standards you have come to expect from Accor properties. The concerns you raised regarding the organisation of our bar and breakfast service, as well as the need for more consistent staff engagement and training, are being taken seriously. We understand the inconvenience caused when guests must repeatedly chase staff for basic service items like cutlery and condiments — this is far from the level of service we aim to provide.
