Asked for a room near reception due to breathing difficulties and ended up 132 which was down 2 corridors. Electronic key failed and resulted in unnecessary trips to reception leaving me gasping. When I checked my bill they had charged £272 instead of £202. Otherwise ok stay

Overnight stay.Room was clean Beds moved about as where on wheels bit overall stay was good.

1. I had booked, 3 separate stays and I had to cancel one day stay due to some unfortunate issue. I tried to cancel 10 days in advance but my cancellation was not accepted. 2. 2 other stays this time was nightmare. I got room with blood stains in bed then I was given another room, second room offered was with broken door and the main light was not working so finally I got a better room at the end but the room and toilet was very old. Anyway I would like to thank Dipti (receptionist) who helped me. 3. My third time check in was with a very noisy toilet flush that lasted almost 2 mins
