Asked for an iron and it never came. Had little time to get ready for a night out. Had to wear what I came in. Receptionist said sorry couldnt find a iron

My family and I had to stay at the hotel for a number of weeks due to a flood in our house. I couldn’t fault the hotel for the service and size of hotel rooms for the price paid. The breakfast staff especially were so friendly and helpful and really set us up for the day I would highly recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with our stay. Firstly when I went to get a drink of beer from the bar it must’ve been the first one out of the tap it was that bad. When I asked the bartender if he could change it out he refused. Then the carpets were in a state and there were couples fighting which led my young son to be afraid to stay there. Unfortunate that the stay was bad. Luckily I was tired so I slept well.
