Hotel room was fine except it smelled of someone smoking in there. But all staff from reception, to bar and to breakfast seemed determine to ignore us or be as unhelpful as possible.

Our Company Christmas Party night was at The Harlow Hotel. Over 80 people were well catered for, food, bar, DJ, function room - all very good A few of us stayed over and although the rooms are dated, they are clean and functional Staff were all very friendly Good value for money

Clean, the great bathroom - light & airy. Really friendly welcoming staff. When we pulled up into the car park we were concerned as the hotel does not look very inviting. Nets not very modern and they looked dirty & dated but the impression changed as soon as we walked through the doors which was a relief! Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
