Everything was very good it's lovely to have good toiletries provided. Would suggest the buffet breakfast was displayed in covered trays usually used in catering. The you use look very nice but not so practical. This would prevent items of food being put on top of each other and squashing things. I didn't have any eggs as only a few left and had been squashed by others placed on top of them.

The staff were great, and the hotel had all I asked for. The heating didn't work correctly and I had to put both the heating and the small radiator on to keep the room at a reasonable temperature.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly, rooms sadly in need of renovating and mattresses very uncomfortable, to the degree the mattress springs could be felt, room was clean but bath room was in need of repair

Booked double room and ended up with a room with 2 singles! Had dinner in the hotel food was poor. Fire alarm at 6 in the morning followed by breakfast which was probably the most unorganised I have ever had, one thing coming out at a time and took about 30mins going back and forward to get food as it came out! Would not recommend or stay in the hotel again unfortunately.

Hotel website needs up-dating: out of date information. Including £10 per day to park not £6.00. No lift to upper level rooms. Struggled with my luggage/case. Room adequate, but in need of refurbish. Bathroom out-dated basic facilities. Room was cold, heating not working in room. No spare blanket. I ordered food in bar area. The prices were way over the top for what is basic warmed from frozen food. The Fish & chips I ordered was tasteless & nasty. Ordered a cheesecake for dessert which never arrived. Staff unable to refund me due to "no code access" it took them over 20 minutes to give me a refund. Breakfast was sparse & not fresh. Eggs like rubber. None of the breakfast foods in jars were labelled. I asked a staff member what was the red food in a bowl ( Appeared like jam) Staff member in the dining room did not know what it was either. I paid for breakfast for 2 mornings but never bothered with it on the second morning. The hotel provides minimum basic facilities. Food is poor & over-priced, staff were vague. I would not recommend this hotel.
