I’d like to say a big thank u to your reception Girls they helped me with everything I needed and a big thank u to the Chef because the food was Amazing very tasty and a big shout out to Trev the security guard / breakfast man Lol I’m sorry I could put all your names in because I’m very bad with remembering names But to all that made my stay there a grate experience thank u all so very much your manager should be very proud that they have u guys working fir them I would live to stay again thank u all ABSY S.

Good: Customer service, comfy bed, decent breakfast considering during COVID lockdown Bad: Grubby/broken outdated room (decor and fittings.) Would be good value if not for the bad points , sadly Premier Inn better and cheaper, although no breakfast.

An overnight stay for a nearby meeting. The room i was in 224 was very dated and in need of a refurb. All of the facilities functioned, though the bed was very creaky ? The check in/out staff were very helpful and i cannot praise them highly enough. Covid has made us think differenly about daily life so i was not expecting more from budget accommodation but hoped that it would be better than it actually was.

Staff, location and food is adequate although desperately in need of some TLC maintenance wise. Door of the room was difficult to lock, the room and communal areas look dirty in area.

Rooms were poorly maintained ie my window seal fell off and and it meant my room was freezing cold so i booked out early. Milk in my room was two months out of date and was replaced at reception with the same. Corridors weren't kept tidy rubbish left in the hallway WIFI didn't work Food was microwaved. Under staffed

The staff are very friendly, attentive and approachable. Me and my daughter are very comfortable at the hotel. Safe room for toddler and cot supplied. Big car park and free of charge which makes the experience less stressful.

Was shocked upon arrival how old & dated this place was, the lady on the reception said, we are a White Label hotel atm as we asked if this was an Accor Hotel and if we would receive points on our booking. We booked last minute half board, the steak that we ordered came our nearly all fat, & when we complained to the barman, his reply, spoken to chef we have no more & not much more of anything else and dont know when we will get another delivery.so asked for a cheeseboard, we dont have any cheese, asked for other things, no was the answer, all not available,Hopefully this is due to a MAJOR upgrade needed, and will then become the usual standard of Accor Hotels.
