The room was perfectly comfortable and gave us what we needed - we just needed a bed for the night. However, the staff member who checked us in couldn't have been more disinterested. No smile, no politeness. It honestly looked like it was the last place she wanted to be. Admittedly it was 9pm on a Saturday but we weren't rude so I dont understand why we were treated with disinterested and lack of any customer care. Additionally, the door the the bathroom as so loud - i don't see why a simple, normal door handles couldn't have been used. It meant that the bathroom couldn't be used at night for fear of waking everyone with the noise of the catch. I know it's a budget hotel but, REALLY???

room was very cold and had to go back to reception. Receptionist brought up a heater, but I got the feeling that this wasn't an uncommon occurrence. TV remote didn't work and she had to fetch another one. Pillows were really uncomfortable.
