Room. Clean and of modern design. There are no drawers and very little storage or hangers. The step into the toilet is a real tripping hazard and the entry into the shower is very .slippery and is dangerous especially to older people. The breakfast cold buffet was good with lots of choice . The English breakfast was cold and tough and was basically inedible. The hotel is in an excellent location and the reception team were very friendly and helpful. I really wanted to like this hotel and I am sorry i have had to give a negative review.
