TebSuffolk Couples - TripAdvisor review

The hotel has a great coffee shop/cafe where you can get drinks/pizzas and curries. Melissa and Vero were so friendly and helpful. The reception staff were very good and the room was clean and good value. Bed a little too hard for me but still able to sleep. The whole atmosphere was great. Breakfast exceptional and we were well looked after with the dog and our vegan requirements. Vegan curry was excellent. Will use hotel again.

I had a great experience at Chill #2 Cafe & Bar. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting—definitely a place you'd want to come back to. A special shoutout to Melissa, who was extremely welcoming and lovely from the moment I walked in. Her warmth and genuine friendliness made the visit even better. Do NOT use this hotel if you need “nearby parking”

Do not choose this hotel if you are looking for “nearby parking”. I chose this hotel on the basis of these words for a business trip. The nearby parking was 1.1 miles away (due to a recent physical injury I was unable to do this distance). This hotel is diabolical if you’re needing on site parking. The parking next door is via “ga parking” which the Ibis hotel staff knew nothing about but directed me to the payment unit which does not have a manned person hotline help phone number. After going back to the ibis front of house staff and stating that using that car park to go in and out in and out over the 2 night stay at the hotel was not able to occur and there were no payment options for this on the parking unit, the staff from Ibis then directed me to Central station staff. The central station staff were very helpful and provided an actual helpline phone number (which is nowhere to be found on the parking machine). Long story short two hours later and the problem was sorted however the Ibis central hotel staff needs to know about parking options particular for visitors with a physical ailment and unable to walk the 1.1 mile. As a gold Accor member this hotel front of house interaction was incredibly unhelpful and needs to improve.
