In general it was a great stay but getting ready for work in the am there was no hot water so had a cold shower which didn't start my day right

Was on a hectic business trip. Booked Ibis. First of all low staff meant Long queues and waiting time but that’s understandable due to covid. Left my item for laundry it wasn’t done. Was left waiting in line to be told sorry it wasn’t picked up. Manger said the best I can do is to offer you coffee. Terrible terrible experience here.

Booked this stay about 30 mins before areivi3ng and included a dog and breakfasts in the booking. As ever with Accor they tried to charge for these additions a second time. I have never stayed at one of this brands hotels without there being an attempt at an overcharge. Breakfast because of Covid was a young lady serving from the buffet, which was fine. However, when she had to attend to guests booking out or the kitchen the buffet was unattended and guests helped themselves, totaly compromising the Covid safety measures. More staff are needed to properly run the safety procedures rather than be double or tripple hatted as checking out/buffet/kitchens. Breaks all attempts to make guests feel safe.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodation and the CHILL bar is exactly that

In Cambridge for necessary business, the hotel had everything I needed. The proximity to the train station, coffee shops and indeed ease of access to the centre of town are major plus points. Service was professional and pleasant. I'll be back !

Very helpful and attentive staff,the hotel is about 2 minutes walk from the station and only 7 minutes from Addenbrookes Hospital whick is a great help to us as we attend weekly for the next 6 months

Lovely staff but not enough of them

This was a late booking, done on my phone 30 mins before arriving. I had included the dog in the booking process, however and as ever with Accor hotels, they tried to make me pay for him again and the breakfasts I had also included. That sorted all was fine. At breakfast the covid measure ment no buffet and only one young lady serving. When she left to visit the kitchens or deal with guests booking out, some guests started helping themselves breaking all the covid measures. More staff required.

Stayed provisionally as a stop over for a music event at the Junction venue(that was later cancelled) but decided to visit Cambridge instead.

Disappointing

We have stayed at this hotel before. This stay was, sadly, disappointing. The room was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Unfortunately, we wasted money on breakfast. The food was unpleasant and the coffee was not drinkable. There was only one waitress available and we had to ask her repeatedly for missing items. The tomatoes were under cooked, the mushrooms were tasteless, there was no fresh milk available and we had to wait until the waitress had finished serving other guests before we could ask for fresh milk and oat milk. The breakfast choice was very limited eg no museli, no marmelade etc. Certainly not worth over £10 per person. It was altogether a very depressing experience. We were also dismayed to pay over £20 to park for one night. This high cost was not made apparent when we booked the room. When we checked out, the gentleman "on reception" was very polite and friendly which we appreciated.

Perfectly adequate hotel in Cambridge

The hotel was very, very clean and COVID safe. The twin rooms I booked were disappointing as, yes there were twin beds but maybe an inch apart! 2 medium sized towels were provided for 2adults, not sufficient at all and they were very old. Breakfast was very COVID safe but not slot of selection at all and the cooked breakfast was “warm”, certainly not hot! The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Every single one was pleasant. A rarity in the UK.

Usual comfortable room and great cafe facilities. Only one nightstand/bedside table for some reason? asked receptionist who said all the rooms were like that even though here is room for one at both sides of bed. worst park is parking. You have to park in the NCP car park which charges by the day so an overnight stay is 2 days-£25.00. May be wiser to arrive by train as it is right next door-or park at a station outside Cambridge and catch train in.

Had an enjoyable stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. All areas felt very Covid safe. Enjoyed the breakfasts served by staff but laid out buffet style. Able to help yourself at the very good coffee machine. Rooms me minimalist, well appointed and clean. Services supplied on request
