Staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The quality of the food was not great, however being able to have food in the room during Covid 19 restrictions was very much welcomed.

I did not stay. I'm a doctor and had a busy week with a lot of commuting on the background of 12 months pandemic. I was phoned by a rather aggressive person two days before my stay to say was I visiting for leisure purposes and that if I was that was against lockdown regulations. As you can imagine I am exhausted and wanted to reduce the strain of the commute. I was upset by her approach and decided not to stay.

Had to stay here for a medical appointment during lockdown, for one night. Hotel was spotlessly clean, couldn't fault that. Located perfectly for my needs. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, was a bit cold but asked for an extra heater, and these came straight away. Had takeaway pizza to my room from the coffee shop, was tasty. Mostly things worked well for us. But the pillows were too hard and the furniture was too sparse there was no where to put anything and only one chair for two people.

Functional hotel, breakfast not great, but this could be due to Current restrictions.

In general it was a great stay but getting ready for work in the am there was no hot water so had a cold shower which didn't start my day right
