We blocked booked 13 rooms which were paid for in full in advance, and on the night of our stay, you turned us away saying you had no rooms and no reference of the booking. Even though you had copies of all emails and our names on the system, you double booked the rooms and left us with nowhere to stay and no help - we will never stay with the IBIS chain again.

Had a lovely stay very comfortable & breakfast was lovely …only 1 problem in our particular room we cld constantly hear plumbing noises .

Had great customer service from Melissa and Livia at the bar area. I come from time to time for business meeting here and always get greeted and welcomed. Nice atmosphere in general and place is always clean and tidy I would recommend it to anyone really, personal or business
