Great hotel for a quick stop over, had everything in the room that was needed, clean and comfortable. Seemed to be a good vibe downstairs at the restaurant / bar and a busy hotel but had a great nights sleep and very quiet. Black out curtains were great!

Cold room, broken window handle

The room was clean, but the mattress had been sprayed with lots of white powder on all corners indicating either a recent infestation of bed bugs or preventative measure. The A/C / heating control would not work. The window handle was broken, window open on arrival, but could not firmly close the window leading to a cold draft all night. The hallway from the lifts to the rooms smelt of a combination of new carpet and vomit. It was not great at all.

I often stay here and the things that stand out for me are friendliness of all the team, & the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Reception team is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping team do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and comfortable and they always take time to say hello which is much appreciated.

We had a great stay here for our ‘strictly’ experience, it was perfect for Elstree studios a four min walk! and we were very impressed with the friendly staff and the comfy room. Bar open late for beers and hot drinks and snacks too, THANK YOU for a good stay
