I've just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. Overall the hotel is well located although there is no tube station nearby you have to take the overground train initially. It was mostly clean and well presented however the carpet in my room 518 was terribly stained. Generally a pleasant stay although they don't take cash and you can't charge anything to your room after 10pm. For these reasons I will not stay here again, I boycott any business who don't also take cash.

I was really pleasantly surprised, the lobby is up to date and contemporary and the rooms are simple but comfortable. The bathroom was great - nice walk in shower and toiletries provided. Bed didn't look like it would be comfortable but actually I slept like a log!

I stay at the Ibis a lot; primarily for its location, but on this occasion I needed some additional help and the staff were both willing and very speedy to provide it. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and check in and check out are both very smooth. The only issue I had was the Accor app wouldn't work so I didn't get my free welcome drink and it would be useful to have a small fridge as I often have to leave before breakfast begins so would like to be able to keep a fruit salad, for example, to have in the morning.
