For the price paid, this place offers much better conditions compared to other options in London. A special thanks to Patricia for keeping our room spotless every day and being so attentive to the details. The room is clean, spacious enough, and located in a quiet area. Booked two rooms and everything worked out well. Efficient check in/out. Breakfast good and well presented. One room (219) had defective extractor fan in toilet area. This was reported to front desk.

We were able to check in early for a small charge. Although the room was clean, it was small and basic with a strong smell of urine coming from the bathroom. We didn’t complain as we didn’t have much spare time but it did put us off having a shower in there. Shower reminded me of one you get in caravans. More of a shower unit rather than a free standing shower. Breakfast and staff we interacted with were lovely. If you are planning to watch a Strictly recording or visiting Elstree, this is a great choice. Parking was super too.
