Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry that the noise affected your ability to rest, particularly as you had explained that you were working nights and needed to sleep during the day. Our team did try to arrange a room move, however, as the hotel was fully occupied the previous night, an alternative room could only become available once departing guests had checked out and housekeeping had prepared the room. Unfortunately, this meant we could not guarantee an immediate transfer and offered to store your belongings securely in the meantime. We completely understand that this solution was not suitable given your working pattern, and we are sorry that you ultimately decided to shorten your stay. Your feedback regarding the original room allocation has been noted, and we will take greater care with similar requests from night-shift guests whenever availability allows. Booked in for three nights/days. I told staff I worked nights and was going to sleep during the day. I was a room next to the restaurant extractor fan. The next morning when I had just finished work, I could not sleep due to noise so I went to Have breakfast and reception told me they would try to change rooms for me. They said, 'pack your things and bring to reception for 12 pm and they will see what's available at 3pm. So they wanted me to not sleep, wait all day and not have a room for 3 hours. I explained this wasn't acceptable but was told its best they could do. I booked out a day earlier and found other accommodation.

The staff are friendly and helpful. But the overall room condition was very average and dated. The Aircond was old and has been leaking/ dripping for 3-4 nights when turned on. I reported to the reception but maintenance never got around fixing it even though I stayed for 9 nights in total.

Really great hotel, incredibly handy for late night football matches at Meadow Park. Very friendly and welcoming staff, super clean in room and all areas, plus incredibly comfy beds.

The hotel needs modernising. The public areas, bar/restaurant are nice, but the rooms, don't look like they have been touched for 30 years. The TV's could have come out of the ark. The price is fair, but if they spent some money, they could charge more - Maybe the management don't understand it's not a race to the bottom!

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Excellent location, close to public transportation to Tesco which is open until 24:00, to McDonald's, a huge shopping center, a street with marble stores of all kinds: food, hairdresser, nail arrangement, vegetables and fruits, clothes and much more. Very comfortable rooms, excellent beds, exemplary room service!! In short, I'm already waiting to come back!!

Your staff are fantastic. Professional, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is extremely clean and well cared for, and I like the modern relaxed feel. It has been by far the best option I've stayed in for the north London area, in perhaps the last 15yrs! The price tag is very reasonable, but the quality far above the price bracket. It was well worth the travel from North Acton instead of staying closer to work, and I shall certainly be keeping this hotel in mind for the future. I rarely write reviews, but I think it's certainly worth saying that all the Accor group staff, not just in the UK, but also other countries, must be both picked extremely well for their character, and trained to a very high standard. It's such a difference to most hotel groups, and greatly appreciated! I do a lot of travel for work, and the difference in quality between hotel chains can be so glaring!

Good location, collaborative staff, lots of parking spaces, good bar. Stayed with the family for a night. Room was a bit cramped for 3 and the caravan style bathroom design was a put off. Will stay again if I get it for a cheaper price.

The room was quite small and basic, but clean and everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The carpark was £3 extra, and was just a space at the back of the hotel separated from an enormous carpark by a flowerbed. I don't think it was good value for £90.

Staff are all very sweet which for us is the most important thing and they managed slightly early check in which was helpful, the big ball of hair we found in the shower was pretty gross and when we fed back they said the room had been checked before we arrived and it wasn’t helpful for us to tell them when we’d checked out (there were a number of people at reception when we left and we didn’t have time to queue, but emailed them when we got home a couple of hours later) my advice to manager is just say we are really sorry that you found a big ball of hair in your shower, it’s unacceptable, thanks for letting us know, we have told our cleaning staff to make sure it doesn’t happen again - not to suggest that we are making it up for whatever reason! Apart from that customer service was good, they dealt gracefully with a few high maintenance people at a very busy breakfast.
