Stayed here as a base to visit central London, having stayed here previously 10 years ago. Staff were welcoming, rooms basic but clean. I didn't find the beds terribly comfortable, with the mattress topper slipping off. The bedrooms and showers, as always with Ibis was excellent. Breakfast was decent. Only downside to the hotel were the groups of feral young kids who were resident on my corridor, generally creating a nuisance running up and down and shouting in the corridors at all hours disturbing myself and other guests. Hoping that was one off...

Air-con was working perfectly and we love to have self-service of boiled free range eggs for breakfast. Baby friendly just a bit far from public transport if we don't have car.

There are no where near enough parking spaces for this size of hotel, shouldn't advertise "parking". Paid for a room with 2 beds, a double and pull out sofa bed. Paid extra for this. Booking changed by the hotel into a twin room, which was fine, although still charged the premium for the three beds! Feel a little played.
