Third time staying here to for an organised stitching retreat. As always the staff are wonderful and can not do enough to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. I would like to make a personal mention to Sanjay for his patience and personable kindness. Zara who goes above beyond to make sure we all have what we need and Dimitar for his hospitality with a smile. Declan, Rafal, Jonathan and Sam too. Thank you to you all.

Exceptional service !!! ***** We were greeted very warmly when on arrival ( unfortunately didn’t get his name at reception) and also another lady from reception also seemed very professional and warm when asking her to pass on a messaged to the manager regarding service from hotel Bar staff and waiter were also lovely (Dimi and Vivienne) Ty Room and accommodation clean fresh modern and welcoming . But some one else really really stood out to us, JAMES the restaurant supervisor! 🤩 He’s really kick started my husband’s 50th birthday trip …. service with a smile thought out, warm, friendly, attentive, compassionate and also shared a quick story from both ends. *This young man is going to go far, from my own personal experience in management, customer service and care. So please reward him with his kindness and care somehow as I get that this is “normal James” who treats everyone the same and will go above and beyond for anyone as he’s made our first visit here a rememberable one and would happily stay here again!
