For 2 days continuous flooding of bathroom due to overflow from shower.they came 2 times to fix it.carpet was also wet for 2 days and I had a machine to dry the carpet.the pillows were the worst ever I had.Mold was found twice on bread.during breakfast had to wait me and other people for fried eggs and hash browns to come out.also I ordered for dinner the curry from menu and came out with just 4 tiny little pieces of chicken.all what I wrote is with evidence and the managers of hotels saw everything.after all this bad experience the only compensation I got was my curry and a soft drink for free.the managers and especially a lady named sylwia was very helpful.i also have another one booking with you as I stay there for last 20 years which I was expecting at least either a full refund of my previous stay there or at least for my upcoming stay a full compensation or at least a very big discount.This was the first time that I experienced such a bad and unpleasant situation and put under a lot of unnecessary stress and pressure.also i believe you understand how humid was the room due to flooding.

from getting to my room at 10.45 I was woken by doors slamming and people walking up and down the corridor talking and kids running up and down the corridor. I understand that children may be excited but could you not place business travellers at one end of the corridor or on the same floor

Ideal position to whom needs to stay close the airport. The welcome was really easy and polite. Unfortunately nobody said that the parking wasn't for free so i had to pay £40,00 without notice. Restaurant is excellent and the room well cleant and proper

Only letdown was the untidy gym., partly used for dumping empty water containers. Only hotel gym I have ever used with no towels and no equipment for cleaning apparatus after use
