I usually go to your hotel because it offers a great breakfast, a shuttle bus to the center I'm regularly training at, a very calm location with comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff ! I just need to figure out a way to enjoy the sport room next time (can't bring my sport stuff easily by plane!) !

From the minute we stepped into this hotel, we felt at home, at ease and very welcome. Nothing we asked for was any trouble and was attended to very promptly. The room itself was very comfortable, clean and warm and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful and jolly actually. For us as a family it was a very special trip from Ireland and to stay in such a great hotel, a wonderful treat. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk, the staff in the restaurant (especially James) with whom we had the most lovely chat. The staff in the breakfast room (when some of us were still half asleep and couldn't find the essential coffee dock! We will be back some day soon. Thank you 🙏 and God bless

The hotel was easy to find, although the entry and exit routes to & from the car parking bays could be labelled better. I found the reception staff to be excellent - friendly, helpful and professional - and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The evening meal was great and good value; the buffet breakfast choice was extensive and of good quality, albeit I was a little disappointed to not find any sugar-free sweetener or cereal. Wholemeal or seeded bread would have made a great addition, too. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I would book again if the need arises.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked rather tired as did the towels. The bus to the airport was reliable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. However, food in the restaurant was rather poor. I had a vegetarian lasagne allegedly with roast vegetables. I found a piece of courgette and one other piece of vegetable. The lasagne was largely just pasta, tomato sauce and cheese.
