A very uncomfortable stay as it was so hot no air conditioning working they give us a fan which was useless been there in February and there was no heat had to get a heater this has been going on for a few years now not good enough

Overall it was okay, easy to find, friendly staff. But there wasn't much communication during check in or check out, I wasn't offered any receipts or invoice or to check I'd paid for parking. I couldn't leave the car park, along with other guests, their system said I hadn't paid, yet I believed I had. If this had been confirmed at check in - and they did take my registration number, then this would have been avoided.

Breakfast should be definitely improved. Every day is everything the same and very poor choice and poor quality food. Gym is very outdated and some of the equipment broken without any concern to even fix it.
