Terrible parking .far to hard to get in car park area .spaces hard to find. You save a few pounds on the rest of the car park companies,but they offer free bus service .£16 bus fares to airport so my advice which I will use next time is use another company such as purple parking it's cheaper and better organized than novatel

Lovely welcome friendly receptionist. Food great in the restaurant and our waiter James deserves a mention. Comfy rooms found a carpark space east. shuttle bus delivered us safely to the airport.Cost was £4 each. Would definitely use again.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. Beds very comfortable, pillow amazing. Wonderful Greek salad. Special thanks to receptionist Otis, his help could potentially have save our cruise, he was very professional, understanding and always smiling.

Airport stay before early morning flight, The rooms were very nice, clean and as would would expect however the air conditioning was awful and the rooms were boiling, an unsettled sleep for us all before an early start which is not what we wanted, you could only open the windows a tiny bit and obviously due to location was very noisy. We have 2 adjoining rooms as a family of 5 and the AC was as bad in both, this certainly needs addressing.

Stayed at this hotel before popping off on holiday. I had the park and fly option, which worked really well. Shuttle was timely and regular. The breakfast was great and amazing that it was available at the early hour we needed. Car park was busy but we found space. The planes do stop overnight, although clearly there is noise from them outside that time. Otis on reception couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Always helps when you get things off to great start with a good welcome. Would definitely stay again
