I'm very sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced due to the temperature in both the hotel and your room during your stay. We understand how important a comfortable environment is — especially on particularly hot days — and it’s disappointing to know we did not meet your expectations in this regard. While our air conditioning system was active, it’s clear it was not effective enough during your visit, and I apologise that the fan provided did not help improve the situation. I'm equally concerned to hear this was not your first experience with temperature issues during your stays.
