The colleagues in the hotel make this place, every colleague at reception were fantastic. A colleague and I stayed 3 nights a week for 6 weeks and they could not have looked after us anymore. Attentive to detail and always willing to help. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and breakfast had a great choice. A really great stay, thank you

Well located hotel we had dinner in the hotel not a good variety and what we had was not nice at all hardly ate any of it very disappointed

Had a great comfy stay before our very early flight. Our times changed and the staff were really amenable to changing our booking without charges. Parking is better value than at the airport, mostly. Stay was really comfortable and the 4am early continental breakfast was really welcome too. 👍🏼

We stayed for 1 night on fly and park basis last Tuesday, which we have done on a few occasions now. As usual we had a lovely and comfortable sleep - love your beds and pillows! We ate in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised on the quality and taste of our meals , far improved from previous stays I have to say... We were served by Dimitar and Vlad who were perfect hosts ,, friendly, attentive and happy guys who made our experience even better! I must also give praise to Otis on the front desk - what a character! From the minute we walked through the doors he was very welcoming, professional but still fun - had us giggling from the outset of our night. After a long journey when we were tired and hungry , Otis could see this and gave us the quietest room straightaway - a great choice room too.. Just to be greeted with a cheery, kind and attentive member of staff was enough to turn our evening from a predicted boring stay over before our flight to a great fun night with lovely food, drink and staff to chat to - a real bonus! We will be travelling to the same place next year ( business) so will def book in again - we hope all 3 staff members are still there!

I recently stayed here and from arriving and being greeted by the friendly, efficient reception staff to staying overnight, having a lovely breakfast and leaving the car for a week's holiday, returning to yet more helpful, pleasant reception staff who sorted my parking ticket so I could exit with no problem, my whole experience ran smoothly and I'd happily repeat the experience if I fly from Stanstead again. The shuttle bus ran from the front door every half hour and the 2 drivers I met were as lovely as all the hotel staff I encountered.
