We arrived at London Stansted late Thursday night from Marrakech in the middle of the Covid 19 crisis. The bus to the Novotel was easy to find. The only negative aspect of the entire experience was that the bus from the airport to the hotel only takes cash. Fortunately the driver had a bit of time to wait while a few of us scrambled to the ATM for cash. Check in was quick-accommodations excellent.

I had some issues with noise outside my room. Noise from bins and deliveries. I was given another room but that was next to what I guess was a linen cupboard so again a lot of noise. My other complaint is one I have with many hotels. Why play such ridiculous music in the bar and restaurant. I really don’t want to listen to loud dance music when I am having breakfast at 6am ! I have stayed here many times and this is the first time that I’ve had a problem. All other stays have been very enjoyable. Nice friendly staff.

No hot water and noise from AC.

I couldn't take a hot shower from the last evening I stayed at your hotel, so basically for all the second night booking period. I expected to receive a voucher to use for my next staying or a partial refund! Hot water is an essential service you must offer, I can understand that the system can brake down, but you should change the maintenance company or have some essential spare part ready to be replaced... A part from this, I had to sleep with ear plugs (that luckily I had with me) because even though I switched off the AC, it was possible to hear a continuous AC noise coming from the main system, the receptionist then explain to avoid rooms in the corners... I'm looking forward to receive a partial refund, considering you haven't offered the service for wich I paid for. Kind regards, Giuseppe R.

Very difficult to find , poor sign posting. I asked for a vegan lunch. I was given a roll which looked ok but didn’t realise until I got Ill that the bun was a brioche type with dairy. I asked for a vegan meal the next day and got the same. I suggested hummus and salad. They did find a nice tart but by that time I had a migraine and my concentration was ruined. As I attended a 3 day workshop it wasn’t the best learning experience. In the last day there was no hot water so I had to gave a cold shower . The staff were lovely. The bed was good.

First time staying here, and we loved it, so relaxing staying here the night before our flight, would highly recommend and will be doing this again. Friendly staff and food was fantastic, rooms clean tidy and modern, tv was huge! Being able to leave our car for the two week duration as including in the price was great.

Good hotel considering the position of the hotel and the very quite environment around it, good the restaurant and the breakfast service. But the customer service and level of care wasn't that good, above all the cleaning service that from my point of view need to be improved a lot.
