Warm welcome from reception staff. Stayed one night before early flight, leaving our car at the hotel for the duration of our holiday. Great shuttle service offered. Hotel room ok, bed was a bit too hard for me, but hubby slept well. Pillows were very flat and not very plump. Room was clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom clean.

I stayed for one night, overall a very positive stay. Really friendly staff, clean and comfortable. A few visible wear and tear issues, but nothing that compromised the stay. Very convenient for Stansted Airport.

The driver of the courtesy bus was extremely rude to me, I really struggled to lift my case on the bus and he kept shouting hurry up. Then he started the bus before I had chance to sit down and I almost fell another passenger luckily caught me

For the second weekend in a row, we checked-in on the spur of a moment, whilst coming back from a long trip. Delighted to once again be greeted by the wonderful Sabrina at front desk, who recognised us and welcomed us with a big smile and open arms. She then proceeded to book us into the same room we had previously as she knew we loved it - now that is great customer service. It's clear that Sabrina cares about her guests and goes the extra mile. Even later-on when we had a takeaway delivered to the hotel, she asked if we needed plates and cutlery.
