Booking via the contact centre took longer than it should , it also resulted in the incorrect information being provided , incorrect room type booked and spelling of my names (despite spelling it) I contacted the hotel direct and the staff member put me to the manager who corrected all except the spellings (I believe this has to be completed centrally) On arrival all was as agreed, very helpful staff, nice room, breakfast was very good Shuttle bus is £4each and does se to get very busy so was glad we only had hand luggage Bar is expensive with one cider and one wine being £20 Would use again

Average hotel, food and drinks - basic. Staff were a laugh and friendly that’s about it. Room - typical basic setup. Should include parking for free it’s not advertised correctly online so the front desk want to get into you for more money upon arrival and won’t budge at all. Direct hotel costs is expensive - use services like Trip.Com or Holiday Extras.

We stayed the night before our early flight from Stansted and everything went so smoothly from the booking, parking up, and getting the shuttle bus at 6am the following morning. It made our whole pre departure experience great. Our room was one of the best hotel rooms we have had and we were very happy. We also enjoyed a reasonably priced meal in the restaurant.

Went for a conference. Had everything I needed. Hotel rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant good with dietary requirements. Only quip is that despite paying for parking and checking out there is always an issue with the barrier lifting on exit due to it’s registration sensor: It’s occurred 4 out of the 5 times i’ve stayed here now- starting to get annoying!
