As a current Accor employee who has stayed at many Accor properties across Australia, I can confidently say this was one of the best guest service experiences I have had. What truly stood out was the consistency of the service across every department. Often, you may receive excellent service in one area of a hotel, but this experience was seamless from start to finish. The check-in process was welcoming and efficient, with the front office team making genuine efforts to engage and ensure everything was comfortable from the moment of arrival. Their professionalism combined with warmth created a fantastic first impression. The room service experience was equally impressive. Delivery was prompt, the presentation was excellent, and the team member delivering the order was courteous and friendly. Small details such as tone of voice, attentiveness, and genuine care made a significant difference and reflected a strong guest-focused culture within the hotel. The restaurant team also deserves recognition. Despite being busy, the staff remained attentive, calm, and personable. Service felt natural and sincere rather than transactional, which is something increasingly rare in hospitality today. It was evident that the team takes pride in what they do and genuinely enjoys looking after guests. Another aspect worth mentioning was the overall atmosphere created by the hotel team. Every interaction felt personal, and there was a consistent sense of teamwork and positive energy throughout the property. As someone who works within the Accor network and understands the challenges of hospitality operations, I truly appreciated the effort, training, and culture required to deliver service at this level consistently.

This hotel is perfectly located with wonderful restaurants, shopping, and easy access. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!
