We were checked into a room that someone else had already been checked into! We entered the room to find someone else’s luggage in there. How this could even happen is beyond me, and I wonder if the Hotel has even reached out to the other guest to let them know of this blunder. This is a massive security breach, imagine someone else been given access to your hotel room, imagine how disastrous this could have been. We are just lucky the person was not in the room at the time we entered.

Overall, the stay was great. The hotel is well equipped and updated. The only things I noticed were a lack of luggage assistance and some requests on the phone that had to be followed up multiple times. I don't recall the name of the housekeeper who did our turndown service, but she was very sweet.
