Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely understand your frustration regarding the car park situation. As our hotel shares the building with residential units, we must be mindful of the residents’ allocated parking spaces, which are part of their homes. Unfortunately, your vehicle was parked in one of these designated spots for several days, prompting the resident to arrange for it to be towed. This action was not taken by the hotel, and we believe the resident would have preferred to resolve the matter differently but was unable to contact you directly. This is the first incident of its kind, as our signage and access controls have generally been effective in preventing hotel guests from entering resident-only parking areas. These areas are clearly marked and require card access, which is not provided to hotel guests. Entry is only possible by following a resident vehicle, which is discouraged. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any further concerns you may have.
