The Chen offers an ideal location—just a 4-minute walk to Box Hill Station and Box Hill Central, yet far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. For business travelers, adding a desk monitor would be a great touch, and a full-length mirror in the room would enhance convenience. The partnership with Anytime Fitness Box Hill for gym access is a fantastic perk. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The team at The Chen is exceptionally helpful, which truly elevates the experience.

Very gracious and friendly front desk check in. Room was excellent, and well appointed. External noise was minimal. Lots of restaurants from which to choose nearby. Checkout was accomplished with as much ease as check in.

Disappointed to discover no on site gym facility and then no towels poolside. Parking at $24 was unexpected and took some effort to find parks and then navigate back into hotel.
