Poor experience after a full day of travelling to you. Being told i could not park underneath, where there was a gazillion parks. To move across the road at 830pm at night. To having no dining, and no advice on where to eat when i enquired. " You can try uber eats "

You should never have been inconvenienced with parking and I’m very sorry that this added unnecessary stress to your evening. It’s also disappointing to hear that we were unable to provide dining options or proper guidance when you asked. Being told to “try Uber Eats” is not the level of service we aim to deliver, and I sincerely apologise for the lack of support you received. I will be addressing this with the team to ensure we offer better assistance and clear alternatives in the future. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention. Why did my deposit take so long to be refunded?

Dear Weixiong, Thank you for reaching out, and I’m very sorry for any confusion or concern caused by the pre-authorisation on your account. Could you please check if the amount is still showing as a pending transaction on your end? As this was only a pre-authorisation hold, the funds were never charged by the hotel. This means you won’t see a refund or reversal — instead, the pending amount should simply disappear from your account once your bank releases the hold. If the transaction is still pending, the release time can vary depending on your bank, but we’re more than happy to assist if you need any supporting documents from our side.
