Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. However parking is an issue: Firstly, there were no parking the first two nights - I parked at office and walked back. Secondly, when I wanted to park for 2 nights only initially the staff member kept pushing for all the way through check out. I said I wasn’t sure yet and insisted on 2 nights, I later on extended once I was sure. Thirdly, my card didn’t work to get back into the building and there were no phone reception in basement. Couldn’t find a staircase and had to walk all the way up to ground floor on the car ramps from B3, exit the intercom and head to reception. Suggestion: To have intercom at the door heading towards the lift for hotel guests in B2&B3 where car park for hotel guests were incase they get stuck. Have emergency staircase to go up to ground floor.
