Room was spacious and well equipped. However, bathroom lighting was poor and dim. There was only 1 mirror, which was in the bathroom. No full length mirror. Housekeeping by Carmen was a delight. Male staff (elder Chinese man) at reception were cold, not welcoming and not helpful. The female staff at reception were pleasant and polite.

Beautiful modern hotel front desk staff were amazing only downfall was hard to locate we drove around the block a few times before realising it was down a lane way

I stayed for one night . Could not sleep at all . The bed is uncomfortable with heavy thick pillow. The air quality in room was poor with bad odour. The toilet amenities are minimum no dental kit etc.

Shower drain was clogged, and the bedding was full of human hair and food crumbs and blood stain. A sign not washed or changed or washing company not doing a good job.

Great location, pleasant stay, mattress was very comfortable but would have been better if there was a way to connect laptop to tv
