Was really happy with the hotel until I had to go there at 3:30 am in the morning to get my families room keys recut, which I completely understand but surely at 3:30 AM a phone call would suffice. Also very disappointing about the TVS & lack of chrome cast

It was my wife's birthday and we choose a short stay at the Chan .. check in was excellent extremely helpful staff .. very very thoughtful as we got an upgrade a lovely bottle of champagne and free parking as a birthday gift and a lively personalised message... thanks The Chan it was a great start to stay Accommodation is excellent right next to station room was modern and the pool was very classy with amazing 360 views ... the only minor thing is the hotel is 6 levels so from level 7 to 32 it's residential but the pool and gym were empty for our stay Also worth noting the hotel has no restaurant or bar I'd definitely come back and recommend the Chan
