We always stay at the Chen as our head office is around the corner. Comfortable stay but the bedside tables were dusty and some stains on the carpet. The restaurant downstairs was very dirty upstairs with food stains on the walls and the floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for sometime. The handrail completely came away when someone held onto it going down the stairs which was dangerous. This hotel uses to be very clean but I feel it's gone a bit downhill and needs better maintained

The place is cool. Close to public transport and great food in the area. They have a nice big pool with gorgeous views on the rooftop. parking was a bit of a pain as its not in the premises however its just a 5 minute walk which is not that bad. The art all over the place is magnificent.

From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was so sweet friendly and kind. The lady at the reception on Saturday morning, special thanks to her for allowing me to drop my bag in the room and very kindly gave me an early check in. Really thankful!

Great rooms with all the facilities, rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. pillows are too soft.
