Brief but room was dirty, sheets were not clean, cups were smudgy and clearly not washed, floor was dusty and tiles sticky

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the room upgrade and free champagne. However, we would have appreciated more frequent housekeeping services as the room started to get dusty after a while and we had to frequently go to the waste disposal. Otherwise, a very comfortable and lovely stay.
