The place is clean. Location is good. Service was problematic. No room service, no replenishing because according to them “ it was a reduced rate”. I booked on Accor so not sure what that means. The aircon was noisy. The beds were incredibly soft and uncomfortable and I’ve slept in most Accor hotel chains.

We also regret the disturbance caused by the air conditioning noise and appreciate your comments regarding the bed comfort. Very close to box hill shopping center and train station. Tram is right outside. Room is clean and quiet but more frequent room cleaning would be great. We stayed there for 2 weeks and the room was only cleaned during Sundays without extra charge.
