From the moment I called with questions till the time I left. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The 2 gentlemen that greeted us upon arrival 5-11-24 at approx 1630, were brilliant. Amazing hotel. Very happy.

Room was a little tired, but ok.

Good location if you need to be in eastern suburbs

The room was comfortable and clean but: the safe was located on the bottom of the wardrobe, impossible to use when you're older and can't get down to that level easily. Also the bottom of the high cupboard doors above the tea and coffee bench were just the right height to hit my head about three times during my stay. cupboard doors and tap fittings were loose and need a screwdriver, spanner or Allen key to tighten. Otherwise the room was fine and my stay successful
