Fairly new and very clean hotel with friendly, efficient staff and comfortable rooms which were amazingly quiet.. The breakfast was included and there is a wide choice. Eco friendly with a central water station (sparkling and still) downstairs and free tea and coffee 24/7. About 2 - 3 miles from centre of Paris but very close to Metro line 7, Tram and Buses. Bars, cafes and restaurants nearby - plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend.

No laundry service

There is a laundry shop located within a 5-minute walk from the hotel (pay 5.5 EURO per spin - dryer separate), although the hotel itself lacks laundry facilities. The staff is generally helpful and proficient in English. However, the shower only has a poorly installed shampoo dispenser (difficult to push as it is located between shower head and the wall). The breakfast and tea/coffee area are often plagued by flies buzzing around. On the bright side, the bed is comfortable, and there are a few restaurants that stay open until late. The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the metro station, which is located on the outskirts of Paris. It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the tourist spots from there. Considering the location in Paris, the price and value of the hotel are acceptable. Hotel is relatively new.

Excellent location, close to the metro. Nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurants in the area. Nice rooms, well soundproofed. Very helpful and friendly staff. An excellent choice for breakfast. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.
