First day - no food - restaurant told us to order via Uber eats. 2, 3 day no hot water. , suite transferred to wrong bed bed setup that was requested. . Day 3 - no pastries at front when we missed breakfast. Your brochure says pastries available 24/7 - not so.

Our stay was mostly pleasant. Building was new and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding! The wi-fi was out for a little over a day, but we were given a reimbursement after asking for one. The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The only other concern was a hotel staff member would knock on our door daily, assuming for service, but gave us very little time to answer before he just entered our room.

The entire hotel was very clean. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The only comment I have is that in the rooms a special rate was advertized for parking, but the contract wasn't set yet so it was more expensive to park than advertized. I'd only recommend informing all the staff and perhaps changing the info in the rooms until that's set up. Otherwise, a superior stay!! Thanks!

Breakfast is really good. We were impressed by water and candies in room, also about free tea/coffee and fruits 24/7 in lobby. Area all around is really good, lots of restaurants. Also bed was really comfortable and shower wasn’t small at all.

There was an issue with the sink the first day I arrived. I called and I refused to change room that night, because i was promised that the next day the sink would be fixed. The next day, I left the hotel early in the morning and got back late at night and the sink was NOT fixed yet. I asked to change room then and I got a smaller room but overall it was ok.

We arrived at the hotel and the first challenge was to find the garage, which obviously was not yet ready to use. We had several emails with the hotel before and only 2 weeks before arrival we were told that this would be the case. But it was not. It was told that there is a garage 5 minutes away (by car) in a shopping center where we could park for the same cost. We decided to leave the car outside the hotel in the construction area which surrounds the hotel. We did check in than I a welcome dring voucher was not issued even having silver status. The hotel is really nice and the room was big enough and what we expected. The bed was good and the shower as well and enough towels available. Everything in the room was cleaned. First morning breakfast at Saturday 9.30am we could not find a free table for 4 and needed to wait. Once we found a table, half of the buffet was empty. All 3 days breakfast staff was not on top of the situation and it took time for them to refill whatever was empty. No mise en place available, for some items they had to go the storgae e.g. marmelade. Coffee machines showed messages to refil beans, to refil milk. Orange juice from fresh pressed oranges is a problem. One day we had to wait 10 minutes to get new oranges, one day oranges were out of stock. Waiter had smartphones in their pockets. One of them did private facetime during work in middle of the restaurant. Staff did not seem very motivated. In the evening cocktails are offered as signature cocktails but from Malibu pre mix. For a price of 12 Euro this is not acceptable. Anyway, the stay was absolutely OK for us but there needs to be some change of mindset. We see that there is a lack of management. Happy to stay with Accor also in future as generally experiences with Accor are good. Hope this helps to improve services in future at this specific hotel. BR Ludger K.

I loved its simplicity and smooth check in.The room was pristine and comfortable. Your breakfast is a total value add and enjoyable! The hotels distancce from the Metre station is perfect and you can navigate to all directions easily even in the night.

Great bed, nice shower and bathroom, clean, excellent customer service, great breakfast. Only 2 relatively minor drawbacks. There is very little room for moving around or putting things down in the room, as the room is small to begin with, and most of the room is taken up by the large bed. But I understand that this is a result of trying to keep their prices down. Relative to other very good hotels, the price here was a lot less, though still quite expensive to me. The other minor drawback is that there is no place (like a little tray) to put down one's shampoo or soap in the shower stall.

The hotel is new, the rooms are still fresh and clean, but the staff is very unprofessional. The breakfast staff is very rude, the breakfast is poor and it is never full. If something is over, it is hardly ever refilled. The orange juice machine didn't work 1 or 2 days of our stay. The staff of reception is very slow, not all the time polite, and there are many inconveniences in the whole stay.

You arrived before 12:00, the normal time for a check-in, so we have do the most to give you a room ready, without put you extra charge for an early check-in. What you felt as slow, it was just a commercial gesture to welcome you at best. At our breakfast, we have : 2 kinds of cheeses, cold cuts, croissants, breads with chocolates, yogurts, pancakes, bread, jams, butters, various seasonal fruits, hot milk, cold milk, water, orange juice machine and multi -fruit, and a fresh orange juice machine. Nice place/ location but service pretty poor: - room service: got plastic cup and water first day but that it, no refill.. after 2 days no cups and bottle water. - breakfast was good but messy, tables not cleaned, add to ask for coffee cups, food as the staff was not keeping up... although quite a few, just not organized.

Hassle free as the staff were friendly. Room is a bit tight but that's whats expected of ibis styles and it was not a problem for two people to stay. Continental breakfast was very good as well

In overall the hotel is located in great place near the metro and nice restaurants . The staff are really nice and helpful and breakfast was diverse BUT the problem is in the rooms. They are too small, no place to walk in the room and the so called closet is badly desiged and no comfortable to use.

Very strong waste smell in the bedroom we were staying (111). When we told the staff at reception on departure, he said that yes, they were aware of a problem and that it came from the kitchen/sink in the bedroom which was not being used often enough. I am utterly disguted that you can actually rent a room in that state when you are aware of a problem. We paid just under 160 euros for the night and this was definitely not worth what we paid. We had to leave the window open all night to evacuate the smell (window from which bits of the unfinished building were floating around....). The breakfast buffet was also an experience... : no clean cutlery, no bread left, no oranges left... Actually, now wondering what was left at 9.45am??? Hardly anything or if there was things left there were not put out for guests to use. When i complained to one of the ladies that we could not even find cutlery, they apologized and explained that some of the staff were off sick and they were therefore struggling. I am therefore asking for half of the payment back (80 euros) and I look forward to your positive feedback. Helene H.

Hotel employees entered my room every day without permission

Every day of my stay, some hotel employee entered my room while I was in it, without gaining permission. I left a day early because of this and booked into a different hotel. I did not feel safe even getting into the shower for fear that another staff person would just enter my room. They used master key cards to override my lock and deadbolt *and* ignored the hanger on the door that asked for privacy. There almost never was anyone available where the limited food options were being sold. That said, the staff, especially housekeeping, were very kind and accommodating. Also, my room door did not lock upon closing and had to be slammed very hard before it would lock when I left the room. Altogether, it was unacceptable.
