The online check-in process was smooth, and there was effective communication before our arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in on our first day was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and Leonardo was very supportive. The domestic cleaner paid close attention to instructions and ensured the rooms were cleaned when needed. However, I would suggest improving the breakfast by offering more hot, cooked food rather than mainly pastries. Aside from this, the kitchen staff were excellent at their jobs, and the cleaning staff quickly cleaned the tables for the next customers. The location provides easy access to all of Paris's lovely tourist sites. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Good location, away from traffic but close enough to reach main attractions by metro or Uber. Rooms were basic but just what we needed for a city stay. Comfortable rooms, air conditioned, sound proofed, and clean. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarket and a Shopping Mall! Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was nice and clean. The hotel is close to metro station so going out is convenient. Just 1 more tiny thing and it would be perfect, which is the hair dryer. The hair dryer is really inefficient. Takes a long time, and overheats easily.

I have booked two rooms, one with late check out (4PM). We did the check out of the room without late check out at 9am and we left the hotel. When we returned at 3pm we couldn’t get in our room. I went to the reception where the receptionist lady didn’t even look or talked to us, only called the manager. The manager came from his room with our bags and luggage. They went inside the room when we were not there, went over our stuff without our permission, packed everything and blocked our access to the room. They didn’t check the booking for the late check out, they didn’t call me to verify what was happening, they just acted reckless and illegally. The manager pretended for a long time that nothing serious happened until I said I’d call the police if our money and belongings had disappeared. Only after that he took accountability and apologized. We requested the money of the late check out back and that was also not done immediately. He also promised we wouldn’t have to pay more than €2 for the parking lot, we ended up paying more than €14 and couldn’t return to claim it or we would have to pay parking again. The reception from a black guy during our check in was terrible either. He completely ignored us while we were standing in front of him and talking to him. I’d never return to this hotel and I’m still considering to take legal action as we were deeply humiliated and embarrassed. It completely ruined our vacation.

As soon as we realized our mistake regarding your late check-out request, we immediately acknowledged our error. Before entering the room, we attempted to contact you using the phone number provided with your reservation, but unfortunately, we received no answer. Your personal belongings were carefully packed with the utmost care and stored safely. As you yourself confirmed, nothing was missing from your luggage. Regarding the late check-out fee, the refund was processed the very same day once the situation had been clarified. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a parking ticket worth €38. The remaining amount to be paid at the parking facility was explained to your companion before your departure. Our priority is for every guest to enjoy a pleasant stay at our hotel, and we deeply regret that this mistake affected your experience. We genuinely believed the matter had been resolved following our discussion, especially as we parted on good terms with a handshake. That being said, we take your feedback very seriously. We have reviewed this incident internally and will continue improving our procedures to ensure that a situation like this does not happen again. Please accept our sincere apologies once again. Well located hotel on the peripherie. Easy to get into central Paris by metro - this hotel met our needs perfectly. The room was well appointed (with the exception of not having safe) and bed comfortable. The breakfast was good but we would have liked more cooked options - scrambled eggs and bacon for example.

This hotel met our needs as a family of 5 visiting the city. It is very close to the metro with a supermarket and a lovely pizzeria close by. I was slightly anxious regarding safety when visiting with young children but the area was lovely and we felt very safe. The rooms are basic but clean and met our needs. A bin in the bathroom would be a welcome addition. Breakfast was fine although very busy and we found it hard to get a table due to large groups. This also meant availability of items was low e.g pastries and crepes but staff worked hard to replenish them as quickly as possible. The water station was a great addition, especially in the heat wave. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Good location with convenient metro, tram and bus nearby. Excellent service with the glasses girl staff. However, it will be better to list what kinds of room service can you provide (like teeth bruth, shoes), the room provided less things.
