Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback 😊 We are sorry to hear that the room felt a bit warm on your arrival at 4pm and that the air conditioning seemed to struggle at that time. We understand that this can be uncomfortable, especially after a journey. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that our system was operating during your stay. However, due to exceptionally high outdoor temperatures, it can sometimes take time for the room temperature to fully adjust, particularly in the early afternoon. We are glad to hear that it was more comfortable during the night. Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the room temperature affected the quality of your sleep. Please note that our air conditioning system is functioning properly; however, due to the exceptionally high outdoor temperatures during your stay, it was unfortunately difficult for the building to cool the rooms to a lower temperature.
