The Staff are excellent, Breakfast is good but for the coffee machine which has its own mood. but the Room's are so old , power sockets are non existence, extender cables provided for bed side charging :(. Bath room door was not locking, until i realized that i need to use my muscle power to lock the door.... very small room for 200 Euro's per day, not really worth so much ... but the staff are excellent. however will never go back to this hotel.

The hotel is poorly located, the rooms are old-fashioned, and the staff is very unfriendly.

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire à la suite de votre séjour dans notre établissement. Nous sommes navrés que la localisation ne vous ait pas satisfaite. L'hôtel est situé à moins de 5mn du bus 57, à 10mn du RER B ainsi que du Tram T3a, et la station de métro la plus proche se trouve à 15mn de marche. Toutefois, notre personnel tâche de fournir le meilleur service possible ; n'hésitez pas à l'interroger pour vous aider à trouver le meilleur itinéraire. Vos remarques seront partagées avec nos équipes afin de contribuer à améliorer nos prestations. Hotel located in dirty slummy area.did not feel safe. Especially after dark. The patio chairs outside have to be chained to the wall ! Poor local amenities to find anywhere to eat. Hotel had buffet style food which was not appetising. No tea or coffee or even water in rooms. This used to be normal for ibis. Vending machines for water etc but poorly stocked and very expensive. Room had mould on ceiling. Also please stop putting 2 single beds together and pretending they are a double. It never works. The mattress kept separating and was very uncomfortable. Over €600 for 3 nights. Will never stay again. In fact this experience has made me question whether to use ibis going forward. Always used to be a standard but clean and consistent hotel chain. Not anymore apparently.
