- Very bad customer experience while I am a member of their loyalty program. At the reception to me your booked via Booking? I said Yes. They said, sorry you don’t any advantage and you’re treated like people coming for first time to their Accor Group while I go often on their hotels all over Europe! What a horrible customer experience. - In two days, we had 3 times the alarm and the worst were this night at 3H30 and they were not able to close it before 30 minutes - It's like an industrial hotel without any 'human" contact

Tiny room

Tiny room - 2 nights - 2 adults and a child. We had to climb over suitcases. Towels were not changed, had to request new towels. Quite away from Eiffle Tower around 30-35mins (depending on traffic) via Uber taxi which costing around £17 on average.

I am sincerely sorry that the product did not meet your expectations, indeed all our rooms have the same size is 12m2 as indicated on our websites. I apologize for the towels not changed , know that we are environmentally conscious and indeed we change the towels when the customer puts them on the floor and they are not hung. Great Budget hotel just outside of city limits

This was a great place to stay just outside the ring road. The rooms were a bit outdated and small but that’s to be expected. The staff were beyond wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a perfect stay.
