The room was extremely warm. Couldn't sleep, unless with windows open (but the location is close to a highway)

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the room temperature affected the quality of your sleep. Please note that our air conditioning system is functioning properly; however, due to the exceptionally high outdoor temperatures during your stay, it was unfortunately difficult for the building to cool the rooms to a lower temperature. The location is not close to Porte Italie. The rooms are poor with few power sockets The restaurant food is well below average

We arrived late for the check in so had to wait for about 15mins as there was only one receptionist. The water tap in the room was broken first day with water splashing everywhere. The toilet flushing was also broken, some times it worked sometime it didn’t. The technician came and fix the second day but only the water tap was fixed, the flushing still remained broken. There was no socket at the bed side.

Airco not operating. Bit far from metro and train

I found the service staff to be rather unfriendly, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the room was noticeably dusty, and the bed linens felt uncomfortable and itchy when I slept in them. This made it difficult to rest properly. I would appreciate if you could advise on any follow-up or resolution. Thank you for your attention.
