Ms. Lynna, one of your employees working at reception and the bar, behaved very poorly towards me, my family, and other guests. I have never encountered such behavior or attitude at any Ibis or Novotel hotel where I am an All Accor member. I would like to believe she was drinking alcohol while working at the bar in the evening, otherwise she wouldn't make such mistakes. When I said I wanted to complain about her, she replied, "The hotel manager is me, complain about me to me."

Flying unicorn H TripAdvisor review

The service was ok your located right next to a block of flats and the nearest metro station is a 12 minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy and the bedrooms were hot.

Very chaotic experience on the 1st floor where building work in progress in the corridor

Well staff was so nice, but rooms were super cold, i asked for a room change and my new room was also so cold. Heater wasnt workin in the both rooms! Also water tap in the lobby wasnt working at all. Locationwise it was okay. But my room was looking at cemetery and im not gonna Complain about it there is nithing to do. Lastly i grabed some peanuts from lobby bar and there was a hair in my peanuts. Really disgusting
