Well staff was so nice, but rooms were super cold, i asked for a room change and my new room was also so cold. Heater wasnt workin in the both rooms! Also water tap in the lobby wasnt working at all. Locationwise it was okay. But my room was looking at cemetery and im not gonna Complain about it there is nithing to do. Lastly i grabed some peanuts from lobby bar and there was a hair in my peanuts. Really disgusting

I usually choose Ibis hotels whenever I travel to a new city for sightseeing. In my experience, they generally offer a good balance between price and comfort: breakfast is typically decent, the rooms are basic but adequate, and the staff is usually helpful. For these reasons, I booked this Ibis with confidence. Unfortunately, my experience at this specific location fell short of the usual Ibis standards. The stay already began on a confusing note. I had requested — and paid for — early check-in through the All Accor app upon reservation so that we could access our room upon arrival in the morning. When we arrived, we were informed that the room was not ready and that we could not check in yet. Only after mentioning that we had paid for early check-in were we told to wait while they prepared the room. Although the room was made available surprisingly quickly, this left us wondering whether the cleaning had been done thoroughly or simply rushed. There were still a few positives: the bed was comfortable, the location was exactly what we expected, and the staff member at the breakfast area was exceptionally cheerful and welcoming — truly a bright spot during our stay. However, several issues made the overall experience disappointing. The bathroom door could only be opened by force because it hit the toilet, and both already had visible marks from previous guests dealing with the same problem. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were casually told that forcing the door open was simply how it worked, which didn’t inspire much confidence in the hotel’s maintenance. The larger issue was the air conditioning, which remained on regardless of our efforts to turn it off. We visited reception on three separate occasions and received three completely different explanations: • one colleague advised us to turn it off and wait 15 minutes, • another said a technician would come the following day, • and a third told us that no technician would come because it was a central building issue affecting all rooms and that changing rooms wouldn’t solve the problem. Later, when we requested extra blankets due to the cold nights, we were told we would need to wait for another staff member to arrive because the person on duty could not leave the reception. No one was ever rude, but the lack of internal communication and consistent information made the experience quite frustrating. Breakfast itself was okay, though not as good as what I’ve had at other Ibis hotels of the same category. Overall, I would not recommend this particular Ibis hotel based on my stay. However, I still believe the Ibis brand can offer good value depending on the location and country.

I came back to this hotel with my boyfriend after sixteen years but I have to say that it has got worse: most of the staff is neither kind nor qualified and the room had got a not very refined bathroom (e.g. the border of the shower tray was half broken) . As soon as we arrived they gave us the wrong key: while we were trying to open the door a person knocked from the inside, probably scared. Even though we had bought the offer with breakfast included, the staff didn't let us to get it for free early in the morning (not even a coffee!) but only after a time fixed by them. Air conditioning of the room apparently didn't work. At least there were double fixtures in order to make the room silent. I save only the very good breakfast (international, with both sweet and salad, both cold and hot dishes) and the very comfortable position, close to the railway and the bus stops.

The Staff are excellent, Breakfast is good but for the coffee machine which has its own mood. but the Room's are so old , power sockets are non existence, extender cables provided for bed side charging :(. Bath room door was not locking, until i realized that i need to use my muscle power to lock the door.... very small room for 200 Euro's per day, not really worth so much ... but the staff are excellent. however will never go back to this hotel.
