During check in the staff was kind, they confirmed that I have 30% discount on F&B since I have the AllHeartist card. On the same day in the evening in the restaurant of the hotel the waiter said we only have 15% discount, and pretended he does not speak english. Unfortunately I could not find my confirmation e-mail which also writes that the discount is 30%. So we payed. In the room there is no toilet brush which makes the stay a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was great. You can see that is an old building, but the rooms were clean, the lighting was good as well. The bed was really good and to say something to improve would be the pillows, that were too soft for me. But that's almost kind of a standard in most hotels nowadays, so we tried to adapt. We didn't ask for another pair of pillows, that could have helped, maybe. The shower was delicious, warm and with a great flow of water. At the front desk everyone was so nice and helpful. The guy and the girl who served us at the bar, both in the morning and afternoon were also very nice and he made good mojito and aperol spritz. We felt welcome from the check-in until check-out. The receptionist who checked us out helped us to keep our luggage while we visited the city and also helped us on how to buy the tickets to the airport, since we were having problems with the app. All of them had a smile on their faces and a kind attitude. Unfortunately they were not wearing badges and I also forgot to ask their names. Breakfast was nice, with everything I needed and at a reasonable price. Staff there were also kind and smiling all the time. There's not many things to do in the area, is mostly companies around there, but is not too far from both metro and rer to the centre.

Bar says it's open 24 hours, it was closed at midnight. Room very basic, breakfast poor. Overall, poor value for money. Will not stay there again.
