A good experience in general, but Paris was very hot those days, and the Air Conditioning in the room was basically warm air. I asked at the front desk and they told me there is a government regulation that sets minimum AC temperature at 25 degrees. I am very sure the air coming out of the vent was considerably warmer than that. It was very difficult to sleep

The room was extremely warm. Couldn't sleep, unless with windows open (but the location is close to a highway)

Please note that our air conditioning system is functioning properly; however, due to the exceptionally high outdoor temperatures during your stay, it was unfortunately difficult for the building to cool the rooms to a lower temperature. The location is not close to Porte Italie. The rooms are poor with few power sockets The restaurant food is well below average

We arrived late for the check in so had to wait for about 15mins as there was only one receptionist. The water tap in the room was broken first day with water splashing everywhere. The toilet flushing was also broken, some times it worked sometime it didn’t. The technician came and fix the second day but only the water tap was fixed, the flushing still remained broken. There was no socket at the bed side.
