Well located for my trip reason. Clean. Just 1 negative thing, the room was small for 2 adults and 1 child. All other things fine.

Nice staff, quick service, good for the price.

I was not imagining hotel rooms looks like this. not on over 100 eur per night there was no kettle, no fridge, not even a small bottle of water in that room. the hair drier was ancient and sooo slow. the shower cubicle had mould all over it. the bathroom was so small. there was no carpet anywhere on the room and obviously no slippers so then it was unpleasant to be there. i went to ask for a tea at night and they gave me a cup of tap lukewarm water and a separate envelope mini tea bag. no sugar. no spoon nothing and charged me 2.5 euros for it. breakfast had very few options. I am definitely never going back there.

All good if we put aside - 1 lift work on going (even if the date mentioned was passed - good for some exercise depending the flat you were on) - shower tray a bit blocked: I told so, was a bit better the next day - 1 cockroach, coming from behind the bathroom mirror, killed Hotel people were all nice

Good location, clean hotel and what was a good stay until I realised that when the cleaner who was cleaning my room after the first night took the liberty of emptying the brand new bottle of moisturiser and other toiletries I had left in the bathroom out into their own container or whatever they used, I came to use them the following evening only to discover they had been emptied out and there was barely any left for me to use. It is very disappointing that I cannot leave my belongings (even toiletries) in the room when I am not there as the cleaners can clearly not be trusted. Next time I will think twice at staying at ibis hotels and if I have to then I will have to lock my belongings up. Very disappointing and such a shame that my experience has been ruined like this.

For us the location is too far away. And its quite hard to get transportation. Its outside porte d italie anyway. No minimarket outside the hotel

In general i am satisfied with my accommodation in IBIS. The hotel was warm and clean, the room toilet was not really good. There is just one lift working in hotel, it means i have to wait long time to get it. There was not water boiler in the room, i think something like this is important

Convenient work-related stay at Ibis Porte d'Italie. Quality is consistent and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good value, and if you cannot find time to enjoy Paris 'haute cuisine', then the evening meals are adequate.

Great staff; very comfortable; good food - my only criticism this time was that the WiFi tended to break down. Otherwise reliably honest and comfy. Great parking facilities; visit the cemetery nearby - where the Le Pen grandmother is buried.

The hotel was clean but the air conditioning was never working. For getting the room to cool down, it was easier to open the window than using the AC. The staff was nice, they changed the room when requested, but also the new room had the same issue (we were also informed that our original room had been having problems with the AC, it made us wonder why would they assign a room with this problem then). Nowhere in the hotel description said that the room was far from the metro stations. If we wanted to walk through Paris at night, we had to check where was the closest routes to get there, and it usually meant walking 15 mins in the middle of the night. This was really awful. There were cheaper hotels with better transport connections.

Coming from downtown the RER B "Gentilly" is a good solution (10 minutes walking distance) or bus 57 (3 minutes from the hotel). The shower recess was very slippery and there are no handles, being elderly both of us were not impressed , some stick on non slip dots would help and of course handrails. We also found the room to improperly cleaned and unfinished, the bathroom had mould on the wall and the floor in the main room did not extend to the wall not to mention the dings and scratches throughout . The staff were most helpful , but I cannot understand why the Ibis Styles Heathrow is better and breakfast is included, having said all that I will still choose Ibis if it is available. This was a nice and pleasant hotel. The staff is very competent and helpful. The bathroom could do with a few cosmetic repairs. The only issue I encountered was the water ran through the toilet as the flush mechanism did not work. That happened once and I managed to fix it. Water went to waste but otherwise everything was OK.

A good place for a short stay. Well placed, the neighborhood is quiet. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast was simple but good. Parking lot for 13€ per day. Unfortunately restaurant was not open at the weekend!! What a pity!!

Poor breakfast with very much limited variety; Difficult to get hot water in the room, no kettle not drinking glasses. Quality of facilities is low and some staff are not friendly. Location is too far away from the city center, although public transport is available with 12-20 minutes waling distance.
