Not enough parking

If you know that there are not enough parking space you don't sell the hotel as hotel with parking. We arrived at 14h and no parking space. Or you sell the room with a parking and I pay for it at the reservation or you say that a customer can boom a room but not sure that he will have parking space .

Good location and room, service below Accor standards

Booked a family stay for 2 nights. Typical Novotel room at a convenient location, i.e. next to the Paris ring, with access to metro and tram. However service needs significant improvements especially in the restaurant. Breakfast time was rather chaotic. No welcome note and assistance from the staff, many empty plates, lack of any supervision for the buffets etc. Also most of the employees at the reception did not connect with the customer.

Unfortunately when we were going out from the parking lot, the exit gate didn’t work. And then when we called parking lot’s company & the information desk, their responses were so poor. Finally we had to wait more than 15 minutes in the car in front of the gate.

The reception and breakfast is shared with Greet hotel that has no star. The 4 star attention and experience is finished since it is impossible to differentiate 4 star from no star customers. The rooms are good renovated but basic. The breakfast plates are most of them damaged and the place is crowded.
