I found the stay poor overall. The pillows were low quality, some were square shaped cushions rather than actual bed pillows. We also had a night when our window would not close, a staff member attended and could not shut it and advised she would get another staff member to assist. We waited two hours in a loud, cold room and nobody came. When i attended the front desk the staff member did not know what i was talking about and then told me i would have to wait till morning. When I insisted the window be fixed, they were rude and abrupt and never apologised despite my explaining that the other staff member assured me someone was coming to assist us. The window was eventually closed that night around midnight but it was a very negative experience that will likely put me off staying with Novotel in the future.

We stayed for 3N/4D and The stay was average at the property as most of the time we were out in the city and only during the night we used to come back. Majorly the property is fine with all the amenities but the staff or the managers needs to be trained as the warmth was completely missing. We were a family that checked in and all felt the same as they were pretty cold towards all their guests.

It should be a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star because it does not have 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is not good. The only good things are the bathrooms.

The room was very stuffy and warm, there was no possibility to open a window. Breakfast was ok, but too expensive for what you get. Staff was friendly and we were helped quickly when we arrived.
