I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Novotel Paris. To begin with, I found the property to be smaller compared to Novotel Amsterdam. While the staff was polite and helpful, they did not demonstrate the same level of knowledge and professionalism I experienced in Amsterdam. For example, I requested the reception to book a taxi to the airport. However, I was not informed of the estimated fare. Upon reaching the airport, I realized that I had paid at least €30–40 more than the usual cost. Had I been given a clear estimate, I would have made a more informed decision on whether to proceed with the booking. Additionally, my experience prior to arrival was also disappointing. I had sent multiple emails (4–5 attempts) seeking information but received no response. I only received assistance after making three international calls, each involving long hold times. Overall, this experience fell short of my expectations from the Novotel brand, especially in comparison to the high standards I experienced at Novotel Amsterdam. I hope you take this feedback constructively and work towards improving guest communication and service transparency.

I informed the hotel on several occasions that I had a cockroach on my carrot cake during the breakfast, even showing a member of the staff, and nothing was done about it. No one really cared.
