We did our checkin almost at 18h00, which was a late checkin, but we were surprised that our room was not ready yet, so we waited almost more than 15mins. During our stay, at one of the days, our room was not cleaned knowing that we hang the paper to clean it. On the last day, during the checkout, we were late about 10min from leaving the room, they called us to say that you need to leave the room knowing that we are a family and we have a baby, sometimes it’s normal to be a little bit late.
