Room was good. Location was ok. Metro station was like 6-7 minutes walk. Local amenities were like 5 minutes walk. Only thing needs attention is some training of few staff members. They don’t know how to communicate with guests.

My friend and I stayed for two nights (two women). Whenever we went through the Lobby or sat in the lobby, we were constantly asked what is your room number by staff 'as they needed to check something in the room'. No idea what needed checking in the room even when we demanded to know. Was not left alone and felt unsafe giving our room number out constantly

You did not reply or even acknowledge my email regarding my requests one month before we checked in. It was supposed to be second time my wife spend her birthday in Novotel. Last year it was in Novotel Edinburgh and we had great experience. But this year in your hotel we had a very upsetting and very bad experience. I am a Heartist and employee of Accor Hotels and I want this to be brought up to the top management. If you want me to give a standing rate of your hotel I will rate you as a 2 star not a four star. Your staff are very rude and unable to speak english. Your restaurant is very dark and messy. Nobody clean the table during breakfast and no plates for food. I saw one staff just standing in the bar and doing nothing. We will never stay in your hotel in the future.
