As an ALL Gold member for many years, I was impressed with the treatment. 1) I didn't get an upgrade. Which would be acceptable if the hotel wasn't almost empty. It was easy to tell by the number of people circulating and at breakfast. 2) For 3 days I sat by the window for breakfast. On the fourth day, despite there being empty tables, the young Asian man at reception prevented me from using them on the grounds that they were for 4 people. At least two tables remained empty the whole time! 3) I managed to get a late check-out for 1:30 pm. At noon the phone rang telling me I had to leave. 4) The hotel doesn't have a manual scale to weigh luggage. 5) I received torn bath towels. 6) The coffee, milk and chocolate in machines is absurd and the end of a bad experience.

In this instance, I can confirm that the hotel was indeed fully booked, and it was impossible for us to upgrade you for a 4-night stay. Additionally, I apologize for the confusion during breakfast regarding table assignments. Our team is trained to ensure that all guests can enjoy their meals comfortably, and I will address this matter with them. Concerning the late checkout, I regret any miscommunication that may have occurred, as we aim to honor such requests whenever possible. I also acknowledge your concerns regarding the condition of the towels and the coffee service, which should have been of a higher standard. Your feedback will be shared with our housekeeping and catering teams to enhance our offerings. Thank you once again for your valuable input.
