Great hotel, cheap, clean, food & staff OK. South of Paris, little trek to get into the centre, just a metro ride away. Great find for the price, could not want any more. Bar was shut by 11.00 pm so could not get a drink on return to hotel. Breakfast serving shut at 9.30 am, both of these a little early.

I have received 2 generic emails over the last week, as well as an one-liner email reply when I asked for confirmation of a contact name. However, to date no one has responded to the communication sent to the hotel regarding an incident a week ago during our stay. I am fully aware that there is footage and that the manager on duty viewed it (and another staff member also inspected the damage to the car) - but that is as far as it has gone. Since leaving the hotel no one has responded to emails regarding the matter, nor any acknowledgment that the matter is being looked into for resolution - or to find out if our family were emotionally fine after the incident.

Safe box was error (2 times). The first time was repaired by reception. The second time was in the evening. We called reception but a reception women explained very angry "It is not my job, i can not do. Wait until next day". But passport was in the safe box. A reception woman left after explaning "I will do not anything because i can not repair :(

Location is close to Metro and the room was clean. Parking should be included with the stay without extra charge. Otherwise overall we were satisfied with the hotel.
