I have read few reviews before booking this hotel as I was hesitating which one as there were 3 accor next to each other although Novotel of you want higher level and ibis style was also next doore. But if you are just mostly outside for a tour this hotel is good as it maybe be small but they have coffee vending machine at the lobby, water refill fountain and microwave not bad at all. And we had a smooth early check in which Is a plus without even asking they really checked of they have availability. Just our shower room I have noticed similar complain that it is always clogged so having difficulties having to wait the water went down as the only downside. Will be back again as it is really good metro connection line 7 and lots of decent restaurant just in the corner

I stayed in a room with three people, occupying the double bed + bunk bed. The bunk bed was never made, just the double bed. Every day they left only 2 towels in the room (and the reservation was made for three people). The wifi worked for 5 minutes and then stopped, I spoke to reception on the first day, but the problem remained.

Clean rooms, staff was very friendly. The view from our room was lovely - to the Eiffel Tower! Near the metro and safe area. Highly recommend it!
