I stayed in a room with three people, occupying the double bed + bunk bed. The bunk bed was never made, just the double bed. Every day they left only 2 towels in the room (and the reservation was made for three people). The wifi worked for 5 minutes and then stopped, I spoke to reception on the first day, but the problem remained.

Clean rooms, staff was very friendly. The view from our room was lovely - to the Eiffel Tower! Near the metro and safe area. Highly recommend it!
