Upon arrival we were given heaters as the heating was not working in the building. Also the second day the lifts were not working due to to a power shortage. We were told it was due to the rain, then later by the manager by the city shortage. The manager had a bit of an attitude

Thank you for your feedback. We had a heating breakdown on Thursday afternoon and it was fixed 48 hours later on Saturday afternoon (the average delay for this type of breakdown is about 1 week). The power shortage was really due to the rain (40 minutes of shortage). We apologize for those troubles. You have seen my assistant and i don't think he had a bit of an attitude. Best Regards.

We stayed in ibis budget Paris Porte d'Italie Est from 17-Sep to 19-Sep 2025. Hotel is very well located, 20 mins by cab from Orly airport. Room was cozy, we had a view of Eiffel tower from room, overall, I had a very good stay. Nice breakfast in the morning, good options of baguettes, croissants, juices, fruits and hot beverages. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.
