uring our stay, most aspects of the hotel were acceptable and met expectations for a budget hotel. However, our experience with the reception staff was very disappointing and significantly affected our overall stay. When we arrived, there was a small booking issue on my side — I had mistakenly selected one guest instead of two while booking online. I fully acknowledge this was my mistake. However, the receptionist handled the situation in a very rude and dismissive manner, which was unnecessary. Thankfully, the hotel manager later stepped in and handled the situation professionally. He explained that there was only a small difference (around €10) and that one breakfast had already been paid for one day. He suggested that we could simply pay the remaining amount for one additional breakfast, which we agreed to without hesitation. However, on the morning of our departure, the situation escalated again at reception. The staff member on duty spoke to us in an extremely disrespectful and confrontational way, refusing to listen and insisting that we could not proceed without payment, despite our previous agreement. We tried to explain the situation for nearly 30 minutes. During this time, my brother felt unwell due to not having breakfast, which made the situation even more stressful. We repeatedly said we were happy to pay whatever amount was required, but communication was unnecessarily difficult. Eventually, the receptionist contacted the manager again, who clarified the situation — but no apology was offered for the way we were treated. This kind of behaviour from front desk staff is not acceptable. While the rest of the stay was fine, the attitude and lack of basic courtesy from reception left a very negative impression. I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it based on this experience.

Breakfast was good, but could vary the options as we stayed there for a whole week and had the same options every day.
