I booked two rooms, from 05/08/2024 to 05/12/2024. I arrived at the hotel around 00:15, turned the air conditioning on to cold, as it was very hot in the room and noticed that absolutely nothing was happening. I went to the reception and asked to change rooms because my air conditioning wasn't working, and the very polite receptionist told me that none of the rooms were working, because at this time of year they don't turn on the air conditioning, we were melting from so much heat. , he told me that alternatively I could sleep with the window open or leave it open all day so that the room would stay cool at night. But how could I leave the window open during the day, when it could rain and get all my things wet. I told him that even though it was cheaper than the others, I booked it there because it had air conditioning and it was written on the ALL app. He said he couldn't do anything as it was a cost reduction. I even managed to sleep on the first day with the window open and the absurd noise outside, as the hotel faces a busy avenue with several access points to Paris. All the other days were hell, because THEY DIDN'T TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONING, where only the hall had freezing air. the receptionist even tried to give me a micro fan that didn't ventilate anything. The last day was the worst of all, in addition to the unbearable heat, a lot of noise on the street, sirens, lights from the building next door, and the building next door, you could see everything inside the room, what would I look like with the window open?? ? And not to mention the lights that illuminated the building, my room was bright every day, because to get some air I had to leave the window open, and on the last day it was the hottest of all, minutes after I checked out. The entire building lost power, I think it was due to a brief rain that occurred. Finally, it was very humiliating for me and my family to have this hotel without air conditioning, because what you put on the website is that it is the same property, in other words false advertising to confuse consumers. When I was leaving, lots and lots of people were arriving and I wanted to tell everyone to stay at the Novotel next door, but I think it's all from the same chain!

the bed linen had an unpleasant smell. also at night it was uncomfortable to sleep. in the morning I discovered that there was a cellophane sheet under the usual sheet, I consider this unacceptable
