Nous avons réservé la nuit du 23 avril avec impossibilité de dormir en raison de la présence d'un groupe scolaire dans l hôtel(course dans les couloirs, portes qui claquent, cris, etc..) sans que la réception de l hôtel intervienne. A 2h du matin je suis descendu a la réception en leur demandant de faire cesser le bruit, tout en intervenant moi-même dans les couloirs. Le calme est revenu vers 3 h du matin.

Monsieur, Nous vous prions d’accepter nos excuses pour les problèmes rencontrés. Mon réceptionniste de nuit est monté à plusieurs reprises pour calmer les jeunes. Les professeurs ne répondaient pas quand mon réceptionniste frappait à leur porte. Nous essayons de gérer au mieux ce genre de groupe. Cordialement. Antoine Matran Directeur

Le note positive: la posizione anche se in periferia, comoda per raggiungere il centro; la zona è abbastanza tranquilla, mai avuto problemi neanche di notte; personale gentile. Note negative: il terzo letto te lo devi fare da solo (self service), accessori del bagno insufficienti (un asciugamani a testa, mancanza di phon, bagno schiuma da usare anche per le mani, mancanza di cuffietta per la doccia; mi avevano mandato una mail chiedendo di scegliere la vasca o la doccia ma poi non rispettato la scelta)

propre, calme, bien isolé par rapport au périphérique- petit bémol impossible de mettre la clim pour rafraichir la chambre sans devoir ouvrir la fenêtre donnant sur le périphérique. dommage de ne pas avoir à disposition de sèche cheveux , seul en location sous caution en espèce
