We are surprised to read your comment about our hotel's address, which is clearly stated on your confirmation: 177 Rue de Tolbiac, 75013 Paris. Another Ibis Styles hotel is indeed on the same street, but at 27 Rue de Tolbiac, 75013 Paris. How did you get here? What address did you enter into your GPS or browser? Regarding your comment about the coffee machine in your room, according to French hotel regulations, in-room coffee machines are only available in 4-star establishments. However, coffee is available free of charge at reception if you wish. We sincerely hope to welcome you back and ensure 100% satisfaction on your next stay.
