2.000 points = € 40,- THIS DEDUCTON WAS ACCEPTED ON ARRIVAL, BUT WAS FOR SOME REASON DEMANDED BACK WHEN CHECKING OUT! WHY DO YOU ANNOUNCE ABOUT THINGS, WHICH DO NOT HAPPEN. I TOLD THE RECEPTION THAT I AM 78 YEARS OF AGE AND MY BE I NEVER HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHANGE TO RECEIVE THE PAYBACK DULY EARNED. IT IS MORE SIMPLY NOT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH D' ACCOR!

We had the most awesome stay with my mother and sister. It was my mother’s birthday, we had asked the team to make a small surprise in the room and they did not disappoint. The location, breakfast, everything was perfect. I have a small note though, as a person who works in a hotel myself in Cyprus, I had originally booked our 7 night stay with Breakfast Offer, modifiable option. Our flight had to change so we called the hotel to modify the check in time, and the lady who responded was very helpful, she changed the date, however when i went to check in, it seemed she modified the booking, with choosing the flex rate and at the same price that we originally paid which was breakfast offer. At the check in i had to show them proof of the email i received, which was the booking of breakfast offer. They noted it was an error on their side, but they handled the situation perfectly. So i applause their patience with the situation. Thank you once again for everything, i will definitely be back to your hotel.

This location is the best because the people are super nice and the place is spotless. Missing drain cover in the shower though.

During my stay at the hotel, I was bitten by some unknown insects (possibly fleas or mites), which caused me to develop insect‑bite urticaria.
