The hotel was in a good location and easy to get to via the Metro. I liked having to ring the bell to enter, so only hotel guests could enter. However one day no one was at the desk. Most likely called away for something, but left numerous guests outside waiting to enter. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The first morning I was there I noticed that the television didn't work. I told the front desk, and by the time I came back to the hotel at the end of the day, the tv was fixed. I didn't think there was a lot of noise, but I liked that there was a second door to close off the hallway.

Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast has a decent choice of food (but scrambled eggs taste industrial) and a selection of loose tea. Room was small, but it's Paris...

It was very comfortable and well located but the receptionist messed up our stay several times. First, she mistook our reservation for another customer even after showing her the reservation email. Second, the receptionist stated we prepaid for breakfast but when we checked out, said that was an error. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

the room was big, we could fit nicely but both bathrooms were tiny. overall the room and bathrooms were old and part of it was scuffed/slightly ruined. There was carpet in the room which I never like as it's harder to clean.
