While the hotel is in a great location with easy access to local amenities and transportation, the actual stay was unsatisfactory due to poor management, lack of cleanliness, and a major security incident. Major Security Breach: Right after checking in, a female staff member used her keycard to enter my occupied room without knocking, causing an incredibly awkward and embarrassing situation. Poor Cleanliness & Sanitation: The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. I discovered a long strand of hair left behind by a previous guest in the washroom basin, indicating the bathroom was not thoroughly sanitized. Severe Noise Disruptions: The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could clearly hear people walking around during the middle of the night, which severely disrupted my sleep during both nights of my stay.
