For the price, you really shouldn't expect much, but what you get is fair. They change the towels every day and it's decently clean even though the hallways always smelled like some penetrating cleaning product and/or poop. Since the room is so "budget" there's essentially no room to put your luggage, so especially being three people we just had everything laying around on the floor. One other problem was the ventilation because unless you turn it on full blast all night, which gets pretty loud, you will literally suffocate in this room, since you run out of oxygen very fast and can't open the window because there's like a ten lane highway intersection right in front of it so the noise and especially the pollution will make you having that window closed all the time. Also, besides the air quality, the room tends to heat up VERY fast, so be prepared to sweat all night, even with the ventilation (or even "AC") on. I have to say that we were quite worried for the walk to the metro since the area didn't look too safe, but it was mostly fine even tho one time we saw some creepy guy. Overall, if you want to visit Paris and prefer to spend your limited budget on food than on the accommodation, this place serves its purpose, but also check alternatives! Two years ago, I went to the B&B hotel which is very close and paid almost the sane but the room was so much bigger and comfortable.

First of all, the bed was the worst I ever had in any hotel. It was rock solid, the pillow on the other hand was way to soft. Location is okay, about a 10 minute walk to the next metro. Rooms are small, but clean. Number of breakfast items is limited, but okay. Coffee was not good, but not as bad as the bed.
