Subject: Formal Report of Serious Incidents – Stay at Greet Hotel Paris 13 (Reservation PPVPBPLS) Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Gustavo S., and I stayed at the Greet Hotel Paris 13 with my wife Aline S. and our children Kauã S. and Anthony S. from October 22nd to October 28th, 2025, totaling six nights, under reservation number PPVPBPLS. I usually prefer to express compliments or feedback directly to the hotel staff during my stay, valuing those who make our experience better. However, this is the first time I feel compelled to file a written report to Accor, unfortunately, to describe serious, unpleasant, and unacceptable situations that occurred during our stay. Below are the main points of concern: 1. Restriction on the use of All Accor points Upon check-in, I was informed that I could not use my All points to pay for food or any incidental expenses at check-out. I initially accepted that, but later I witnessed other guests using their points for the same purpose, which made me feel discriminated against and unfairly treated. 2. Inadequate room conditions Upon entering the room, we noticed small insects crawling on our clothes and bed sheets. Due to language barriers and the fatigue from travel, we decided to handle the situation ourselves, though it was clearly an unpleasant and unsanitary first impression. 3. Uncomfortable atmosphere at breakfast During breakfast the following day, we felt constantly observed by staff members, who appeared unwelcoming and made us feel uneasy, as if our presence was being disapproved of. 4. Technical and safety issues The room temperature could not be adjusted, even when using the wall control panel. Additionally, on the second or third morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off, forcing all guests to evacuate through the stairs. During this incident, my 6-year-old son Anthony twisted his ankle, which severely affected our planned activities for the rest of the trip. 5. Extremely serious incident – missing jewelry The most alarming situation occurred when one of my wife’s pieces of jewelry went missing. It was stored inside her jewelry bag in the room. She noticed its absence during the trip but assumed it might have been left at home. However, upon returning to Brazil and carefully checking, the jewelry was not found, and my wife is certain that it was inside her bag during our stay. This leads us to believe that someone entered our room without authorization and went through our belongings, which is an extremely serious and unacceptable violation of privacy and trust. I have been an All Accor member for many years, always choosing Accor hotels for their reputation and quality. Unfortunately, this experience at Greet Hotel Paris 13 was deeply disappointing and far below the standards I associate with the Accor brand. I hereby request a formal response and investigation from Accor, as well as a full refund of the amounts paid—both in points and in cash—due to the severe distress and inconvenience caused by this experience. I look forward to a prompt and appropriate response, reflecting the seriousness of the situation described. Kind regards, Gustavo S. The room is big but no coffee machine

Dear Yi Z., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the size of your room and that your overall stay went well. Regarding the coffee machine, please note that only the Executive rooms in our Novotel, which is the second hotel in our combo, are equipped with a Nespresso machine. Coffee and tea facilities are available at the bar 24/24 for our guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again soon for another pleasant stay!
