Cleanliness is very good. One of the staff is not courteous. The room does not have a fridge and water pot at least. Overall it was good and pleasant stay for us.

Dear , Generally it was a good stay. There is no opening window on the room so it was an issue about reaching fresh air. Also I did not attend the travel; my wife and my sons ware your hotel. I sent an e mail regarding to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a small cake( 21 st October) but I did not receive any response (positive or negative) and you did not. Thanks for the survey as well.
