There were no water bottles provided which is a basic amenity provided by all hotels. There was also no tea or coffee or anything in the room and we stayed there for 3 nights. When we asked for water one night, this person said we need to fill using the filter but when I asked for chilled water, he gave us a bottle. But the next day when we asked again, the new person there said he has no idea why we got water, we shouldn’t have gotten water yesterday and if we need it we need to buy for €6. I do not recommend

Concernant le manque D. thé et D. café dans votre chambre, je comprends que cela ait pu nuire à votre confort durant votre séjour mais ce service ne fait pas partie des standards D. notre marque. Le bar est à votre disposition pour une boisson chaude. Nous apprécions vos commentaires, car ils nous aident à identifier les domaines à améliorer.
