Dear , Generally it was a good stay. There is no opening window on the room so it was an issue about reaching fresh air. Also I did not attend the travel; my wife and my sons ware your hotel. I sent an e mail regarding to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a small cake( 21 st October) but I did not receive any response (positive or negative) and you did not. Thanks for the survey as well. A clean and comfortable stay for our family, 40 minutes via public transport to the main visitor sites. I booked via the All.com App with a slight discount and paid for the room, extra breakfast and tourist taxes. However was not communicated to checkin team via their system or to the manager that the receptionist called. Hotel staff denied that it had been paid for, after 30 mins showing the booking many times and adding up amount with a calculator to prove it had all been paid, we were happy to finally be checked in. Was also an issue each morning for breakfast being denied then needing to walk over to reception to add it all up again to prove payment. Please be aware that you’re not being charged extra. Hopefully IT can rectify this in system?
