Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I'm glad you liked our location and the cleanliness. I understand your concerns about the room amenities; those aren't part of the criteria for a hotel in our category. You'll find them in a 4-star hotel. But I appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. We hope to welcome you back for a better stay next time. Best regards, greet Hotel Paris 13 Porte d'Italie

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! We're thrilled to hear that you found our location convenient and your room comfortable. We appreciate your suggestion about the kettle; however, that's not part of the criteria for a 3-star hotel like greet Hotel Paris 13 Porte d'Italie. We're also sorry to hear that our scrambled eggs didn't meet your expectations at breakfast. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our offerings. We hope to welcome you back soon! The hotel is very clean and nicely located, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are also quite spacious. However, the rooms lack basic amenities, there is no safe, closet, dental kit, steam iron, slippers, or even a tissue box.

Overall, I was happy. Location of the hotel was fine for a quick 2 day trip to Paris. Room was a good size, clean and had everything I needed except for a kettle. I think a basic kettle and some coffee and tea should be included even in budget hotels. I enjoyed the breakfast except for the scrambled eggs which was poor quality in both texture and taste.

All good. The only feedback is, usually Accor group hotel rooms include a kettle, milk and tea/ coffee bags to make some hot beverages in the room. It wasn't included.

Thanks for your feedback! We're glad you had a comfortable stay. I understand that the lack of a kettle and drink supplies was disappointing. This service isn't part of our concept. However, our bar is at your service for a hot drink. While our facilities may differ from other Accor hotels, we appreciate your comments and hope to see you again soon! We arrived at 6am and were welcome to park the car and check in later. We visited Paris for the day and checked in a bit past midnight without any issues. The room was clean, with a modern bathroom and separate toilet and enough space to put our luggage and sleep. The air conditioning was comfortable at 24C.

We had a great stay at Greet Hotel Paris Porte d'Italie. The location is very good, in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. There are several halal food options nearby, which was very convenient for us. We mainly used Uber, but the Metro is also very easy to access. The nearest station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and you can use Metro Line 7 to reach many of Paris's main attractions. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Simple, nice and comfortable hotel. The room was large enough for a family of three, and really clean. Good location, outside the touristic areas and city center, but close to various transport means (tram, bus, metro) and Orly airport. Good breakfast, sufficient for various tastes.

Thanks for your lovely feedback! We're thrilled to hear you found our hotel comfortable and enjoyed the spacious room and breakfast options. It's great that our location worked well for your family, too. We hope to welcome you back soon! Best wishes, greet Hotel Paris 13 Porte d'Italie
