I had a room with an ocean view which was just perfect! The room was very comfortable in every way. The bed was very comfortable, pillows soft and the room had everything I needed. The location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved enjoying a quiet night in with room service while watching Netflix. Perfect, thank you :)

Having visited a few times for a meal, I was pleased to have the opportunity to stay for a holiday (11 nights) and enjoy the location, the comfort and the convenience of the Sebel. Good views of the water from the comfortable room and even better from the restaurant and rooftop bar, both of which were good experiences. The happy hour is very good value. My wishes to make things even better: Some discount or benefit for in house guests at the restaurant, even though it is separately managed, would be much appreciated. I had several meals and drinks there - good quality, but an incentive or recognition would create a higher level of loyalty. Secondly, it's hard to believe that the car park was approved by the authorities without sufficient parking for one car per room. Street parking is available, but that was not a good experience for a woman coming back to the hotel relatively late at night.

The hotel is in a nice quiet spot in a lovely location along Margate Beach. With a restaurant downstairs, it made the stay nice and convenient. The room was lovely, spacious and modern and had all you could need to enjoy a comfortable stay!

Checked in waiting five minutes to be serviced, been told breakfast is from 6:30 so that was missed both days and to top it all off the smelled like sewage smell coming from drains in the bathroom - all the time not good. Breakfast only at 6:30 no room service??

The room smelled, bins had no trash bags, lack of any welcome water or similar, not sure if restaurant is part of hotel but pigeons shitting on the tables and over the chairs kind of ruined my apetite, otherwise good.
