We always stay at The Sebel Margate when we come to Redcliffe to visit family, the staff are always amamzingly lovely and the rooms are very clean. Its a great location as well.

From the check in experience to the check out experience everything was great. Clean room, friendly team, nice view of the water and housekeeping pretty good. Not sure I’d rate the restaurant attached the same, understandably there were some public holidays around this time, however they seemed very short staffed and food/coffee early on in our stay took way too long

I recently stayed at Sebel Beach and had mixed experiences. The rooms are spacious, but cleanliness was an issue; the vacuuming clearly hadn't been done properly. The lift can be a hassle, especially when busy, and the stairs are hard to find. The bar on the top floor is a nice touch, occasionally featuring live music, but the pool is quite small. Onsite parking is convenient, though the reception staff could be friendlier. I wouldn’t recommend the dinner at the restaurant, as the food was below average. Breakfast was decent but service was slow. If you book a family package with breakfast included, be prepared for a confusing explanation about the offer. Overall, the stay was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you're okay with its shortcomings.

Room was not cleaned, fridge had leftovers and sink dirty. No room service, restaurant was very disappointing, vacumed outside our room at 8am Sunday morning, dirty sheets did not get changed, towels were old.

Another wonderful stay at The Sebel Margate. We are long-term, regular guests and every single visit continues to exceed expectations. The service and accommodation are consistently 5-star plus, which is why we keep coming back time and time again. A huge shout-out once again to Danielle, who always goes above and beyond to make our stays seamless and welcoming, and also to the handyman for his friendly, helpful service. The only small change we noticed (and it’s absolutely not a deal breaker) is that room service is no longer available. It was always nice on the odd evening to enjoy a quiet dinner on the balcony, but this in no way takes away from the overall experience. The Sebel Margate remains one of the best places we stay and will absolutely continue to be our go-to accommodation. Highly recommended.
