Happy with the room, location and amenities. Not so happy that to date ( 7 days after checkout) my credit card deposit has not been refunded, and to add insult to that wound it was charged twice to my account.

Unexpected stay. Preboard stay before our cruise. Walked to the hotel from the airport. Just stay on level three of the parking garage and follow the signs to hotel/conference center. Check in was a breeze. Ordered the shuttle next day. About $8 US or $15 AU. Also ordered breakfast as it was $22 ahead instead of walk in for $28 AU. Great room and I especially liked the showers and water pressure. The towels were also very nice. Restaurant on site, Cribb Island, was good. Nice selection of beer. Bottles and draft options. Food was good as well. We had the burger and fish and chips. We will book again on our return trip after the cruise.
