Front desk staff was extremely, travel agent didn't request cot for our 1 year old like we asked, front desk staff (can't remember his name) had it all sorted while we had dinner.

Room was nice, but issues at check-in & checkout as 2 days’ breakfasts were added to my account rather than 1 as requested at check-in (which were later ‘fixed’), but after check-out the second breakfast cost was re-added to my credit card. Not happy! Also, I dislike the auto checking in (too impersonal) plus the emails received from the hotel prior to my stay trying to ‘upsize’ my stay with eg a bottle of wine were too aggressive & unnecessary.

Overall a terrific option for a stay, the only concern was that we had a meal in the restaurant, evening was wet and cold, and the continued opening of the automatic doors and/or the general temperature of the room made it a little uncomfortable.
