Ok but average never stayed at ibis before tried upgrading to Pullman but fully booked

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Enough space for myself. Only minor is the directions to the hotel from the terminal. You better look for the building and make your way to it than follow the signs. You have to go through the carpark opposite the domestic terminal and follow sign 'hotels'... but what hotels are not on the sign. You can end up anywhere....

I arrived late but was welcomed friendly . I unfortunately did not pack a Aus power point and your staff was not willing to bring one up to my room. As I was already undressed and not suitable to go fetch myself. Lights in the room and bathroom was not working . I completely overslept the next morning and missed my flight . The friendly desk assistant quickly got me a cab and I was on my way. Will stay with Ibis again

As this was the first time I have stayed with the Ibis group I was very satisfied however after speaking with another of your guests who was there on the same night, I was disappointed with the difference in our room pricing. I do realise that I had breakfast included but the sign did say that it was $16.95 (or close to that amount). I paid approximately $50 more than her..........

Short overnight stay. Staff friendly, helpful. Room poorly designed. Bathroom towel shelf very high up, only one hook to hang used towel on for two people room.. toilet roll not easy to access. Light switches outside bathroom - oops, don't get wrong one in the night or you will light up room with your friend sleeping. Would be nice to have a bit more milk, and perhaps a biscuit...with the coffee/tea selection.. Cribb Island Beach Restaurant: I had Northern Rivers 250g Sirloin with vegs and mash. Very disappointing. The steak was ok, but the vegetables tasteless, no flavour at all. One single runner bean, tough broccoli, watery carrots, bland mash. Couldn't finish eating (rare for me = waste not want not!!) Nice seating and surrounds though.

Stayed overnight between an International flight and a Domestic flight . Restaurant food was nice , Drinks a little pricey , Room size was good and most importantly it was Quiet so we could get some sleep after travelling for nearly 28 Hrs.

I'm very disappointed this time. The rooms (2 rooms) were already paid when we booked. But when we tried to check in for the first room, we were told it was not paid. After showing our documentations and speaking with other staff, the reception person said 'oh it's paid'. No apology was received. Then when our companion arrived and tried to check in for the second room, we were AGAIN told it was not paid. We needed to show our documentations again and explain our experience from the first room, the reception person said 'oh yes it's paid, ha ha note in the booking'. If we didn't ask you to check again, we might have paid twice, due to the hotel's error. And the customer service to deal with this type of scenario was, in my opinion, very poor. Also our room was right next to elevators and just above the restaurant. We asked to avoid a noisy room and a reception person said all rooms were quiet. We heard the elevators going up and down all night. I understand someone need to stay in that room and sometime cannot demand a better room, but we'd be appreciated if the correct information was provided (noise from the elevator).
