Clean and tidy. Easy walk from domestic terminal via Skywalk (don't follow Google maps!) Fantastic restaurant. All you need for an airport stopover.

Had a flight cancelled. I called and within 5 minutes I was able to book a room for a reasonable price, within a 10 minute walk, despite what I imagine was a torrent of incoming calls for the hotel staff. Staff were super friendly, and made the process really easy.

A one night stay for work was comfortable - clean and well appointed with suitable facilities for online meetings and other work related requirements. Very convenient to have food available downstairs at various hours and a wide range of tastes catered for both for dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff made checking in and checking out quick and hassle free to access appointments and flights on time.

I was not impressed with the food in the cafe downstairs especially evening menu. Meat was overcooked and like rubber. I had the burger.

when we arrived we had been told that our booking thru Booking dot com had been cancelled the day before. As we were out on a cruise ship we had no idea. Anyway the Front Manager Dan took control and organised us a room without any issues as we were also travelling with our daughter who is in a wheelchair ft so Dan could see that we needed a room prior to flying home to darwin the next day
