We arrived hours earlier than our booking and I asked if there was a chance of getting into our room early. Vishal let us have a room straight away at a reasonable rate. Lovely room with very comfortable beds.

We have stayed at the Ibis Brisbane Airport once before , often stay at the Pullman Brisbane Airport , this time I was travelling solo , so thought I would go the cheaper option , After a very long flight, arriving around 11 pm , Check-In was quick, but unfriendly and room was sufficient but , didn’t find anything available to eat that late , maybe I was just exhausted and didn’t look properly , also very basic soap and shampoo in the shower no Conditioner , Next time I would go back to the Pullman next door , definitely worth the extra dollars
