Checked-in at midnight and left for an early flight so did not have time for more than a coffee. Restaurant is nice and buffet looked good. The room was clean, nice and had no airplane noise. The doors are not great so could hear a fair bit of noise from the corridor from slamming doors. “Our shuttle bus service only drops off at the airport, it does not offer a pick up service unfortunately. The hotel is 5-7 minute walk from the domestic airport, simply follow the signs that point to 'Hotels and Conference Centre'. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rideshare to the hotel directly.” The shuttle costs $8 each. However, because of construction work, the usual walk from the terminal to the hotel is blocked off and one has to Cross the road and head up to level 3 follow the signs through the car park to turn left. and then use lift or ramp down to level 1 walk along path then up another final ramp up to the hotels. The signs to the hotel are small and easy to miss so I got lost for a while and it took about 30 minutes to get to the hotel. The escalators were switched off but the lift worked. If have more than carryon luggage or imperfect mobility it would be better to get a cab. From the hotel to the terminal in daylight along the same route it was a bit easier but still I saw an elderly couple with luggage and walking stick struggling. “The Pullman Brisbane Airport is a casual 5 minute walk to the adjacent Domestic Terminal.” It isn’t.

Nice hotel but not good restaurant.

Very nice hotel but the three stars are for the Carbonara dinner. $48 for a handful of rubbery pasta and a few clams and one prawn. The barramundi was very good.

There was a mix up by our travel agent and despite this the Pullman reception used their initiative to find us a room. For our patience during this process we also received a box of chocolates. An experience we will remember as we continue on our dream holiday!

I was passing through, and not attending the Test cricket. Having stayed at the Hotel previously, I was happy to re-book. A request by me for liquid refreshment was met by Room Service.

Wouldn't repeat the experience

Hotel is a 10 min walk from domestic terminal, up and down travelators but there was no real option to get back to the terminal (with large luggage) as the travellator going back was broken. The signage to the hotel is not great so be prepared to wander lost in the carpark for a while. To get to international was a $20-30 in Uber or Didi for the 2.8km journey. Reception staff at the hotel were really rude. My friend had already checked in but when I arrived staff made it uneccessarily difficult to get a key even thought all information had been provided to the hotel in advance. The attitude ot the staff was also not acceptable for this standard of hotel. The room was nothing special. The curtains didn't close properly and the hand soap dispenser was broken. The frosted glass sliding wall to the bathroom let through light in the night if someome uses the bathroom which was annoying. I found the mattress on the bed too soft. Glad this was just a short overnight stay. If I was forced to stay over night at BNE I would probably try the ibis in the same building rather than come back here. For the transport cost, if you don't have an early flight it's probably better to stay in the city.
