Wonderfully situated for early morning flights. Great staff. Lovely rooms. But the beds are uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on the floor.

Ordered a room service dinner on arrival after check in. I was advised that my meal selection was something that doesn't take long and would be there soon. Over 1 hour had passed and no food had arrived. I called again to follow up and was told the order had not been put through and they apologised and asked what I would like. I repeated my original order and was advised that it wasn't possible as the cut off for the dinner menu had now passed. I explained I had dietary requirements and there wasn't really anything suitable in the after hours menu for me and queried why I couldn't have what I had originally ordered given I had ordered more than 1 hour before the cut off and this was not my error? The staff member advised she would speak to a manager and call back. The manager called later and we had the same conversation. After going round in circles I eventually asked for the club sandwich with no egg, despite this not meeting my dietary needs.My food arrived covered, I signed for it and the staff member left. I did not receive what I had ordered and instead was provided with Thai chicken. Not even close to a club sandwich. It was overcooked, dry and inedible. I took a couple of bites and could not eat the rest as it was plain terrible. The next morning I went to the restaurant for breakfast. There were 3 other tables of people already there. I ordered a Barista coffee and had a plate of food which was all fine. I had completely finished eating and still was waiting for the coffee to arrive. The waitress noticed I was sitting and waiting and went to follow up and the coffee took at least another 5 minutes after that to arrive. The service was very slow given how few people were there. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend.
