My husband and I stayed here the night before our overseas holiday. We flew into the domestic terminal and it was an easy walk to the hotel. Check in staff were fabulous room was great and we also enjoyed the executive club lounge. Bed was very comfortable and we were very impressed with our breakfast in the restaurant before catching a shuttle to the international terminal. The concierge went above and beyond in my opinion noting we had arrived early for our pre booked shuttle and offered us a seat on an earlier one.

I love the Pullman hotel. The beds are always comfortable with great pillows, pillow menu and toiletries. Just perfect when you’ve been on any type of flight to rest and refresh or before a flight.

I often tell people how I love staying at BNE airport Pullman, but this time I was a bit bummed out. After choosing to stay there many times and then choosing the All chain to stay in Israel. I had accumulated quite a few points. I was picking my son up from International from a 6am flight and thought I’ll enjoy using some points. I expect to receive the same type of room I’ve always paid for. This room did not have a bath which was really disappointing from a luxury standpoint and as a Gold member I would have thought standard. My welcome gift was 5 Lindt chocolates as if I was an afterthought. I ordered fish and chips for dinner as I always just get room service. The fish or maybe the batter(?) was awful. I couldn’t eat it (I ate 1 out 3 fillets). As I said, I’ve always loved The Pullman at BNE. The staff are always great, including this time. This time it just bummed me out that on points I was given a lesser room, felt unwelcome and received bad food.

Fantastic service, made my experience traveling as a solo parent with two young children as smooth as possible. Particularly attentive and friendly restaurant staff who went out of their way to get the kids sorted quickly so i got a brief opportunity to relax.
