This was a wonderful hotel a short walk from Brisbane dom airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked with the essentials. Check in and checkout was easy and the staff were so helpful and polite.

1st put in a room and there was a bum print on the bed as though someone had sat on it, you could not open the curtains and the mini bar was not restocked which is not an issue but a couple of years ago we stayed there and my partner lifted up a bottle in the mini bar and l informed him that they are on a censor and when l checked out l explained to staff what had happened and told them we did not have anything from the mini bar, yet l was still charged for it and sent an email stating of the event and was never given my money back. we contacted reception twice about the issues with our room we were given and they said they would send someone up but never did so my partner went down stairs and spoke to Kate l think her name is and she immediately came back up with my partner and changed our rooms. She was also shocked to see that there was a butt print on the bed. The rooms could do with some TLC as they are looking old and tatty and we have both stated that we will not be staying there again for the convenience of being right at the airport is great but l think the rooms are grossly overpriced for the condition of the rooms. The fact that we tried to find the direct number for the hotel and call direct to book a room also proved impossible so you have to either book online or call the online booking number was not helpful either
