It says canapés and drinks between 5 & 7 it is actually 2 drinks and one small plate of nibbles between 2. Very disappointed and when I raised it with the manager he was very patronizing.

Dear keith j., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Pullman Brisbane Airport. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I would like to provide some clarity around the recent changes to the Executive Club offering. Alcoholic spirits have never formed part of the standard Accor Executive Club or ALL loyalty benefits. The core offering has always been beer, wine, soft drinks, and tea and coffee. In the past, our hotel elected to extend this offering at our discretion; however, following a recent review, we have made the decision to realign with Accor’s standard lounge inclusions. As of 1 November 2025, updates were also made to both the canapé selection and beverage service, including the introduction of a two-drink per adult guideline. This approach was introduced following a review of usage patterns and to support a responsible, comfortable environment within the Executive Club service window. Our website has since been updated to reflect these changes so expectations are clear prior to arrival. We appreciate your sharing your concerns and wish you a safe onward travel. Had a great experience at the bar and Restaurant at Pullman Brisbane Airport. The barman Sam and Maître d Markus were both friendly, attentive, and genuinely knew their stuff. Drinks were made perfectly, service was quick without feeling rushed, and they both had a great attitude that made the whole stop feel relaxed and welcoming. Excellent service.

Good. Had trouble with my key to get into my room. Had 2 toddlers with me and found it difficult to have to go back to reception twice to reset my key. Lovely lady at reception did eventually come up and reset the door.
