The service in the bar and restaurant was amazing. Best I've experienced in many years. Nicholas on the bar is an absolute superstar! Its a simple thing to provide great service, to recognise waiting customers and to remain respectful at the same time but it is so rare these days. Nicholas embodies old school hospitality, great with customers, smiling under pressure, goes above and beyond. So refreshing. Thankyou!!!

WE appreciate very much all the upgrades, an incentive big time for coming back. The room was absolutely spotless so shout out to the cleaner. Breakfast was a little inconsistent, got an offer of a barista made coffee and took omelet order the first morning, offered nothing the secnd morning. No big deal and we'll be back again! Soon!

Crofter2011 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I was booked into the Ibis hotel next door for one night. The restaurant was so busy the manager whose name was Xin suggested that those who wanted to could try their luck and have a bar meal at Pullmans. A few followed him to the bar and made sure we were able to eat here. I was served by a trainee whose name was Evangaline , she was charming,helpful and friendly. I had the club sandwich and a beer from the Botany Bay brewery. All was perfect for this single pop in customer
