My one night stay there had the best coffee I had in that three week trip. Compliments to the breakfast barista. Breakfast was great. The gym was a bit underwhelming in options. I slept well once I turned down the A/C. I seem to recall the shower head kept dripping for about 10 mins or so until I lowered it toward the ground to drain it. Enjoyed the smell of the soap.

Overall, the stay was good and everyone was very friendly. However, there was an issue with a charge. My friend made the booking and unfortunately my booking changed from two people to just myself staying overnight and for breakfast, and this was communicated at check-in. At checkout, I noticed I had been charged for breakfast for two people. When I raised this, I was informed that the charge could not be reversed and that I would still need to pay, despite the booking reflecting only one guest. It was disappointing this could not be taken into account, especially considering the cost of the hotel and breakfast. I have never stayed at a Pullman and everything else was enjoyable, but this.
