Overall an enjoyable stay, however not impressed with the fact that the Restaurant was closed.

very frustrating. When I arrived at approx 915 I was told there was no room service and to go and use a vending machine. I asked again about no room service and why a luxury hotel couldn’t provide food and the lady eventually said the chef was sick. Took several questions to understand what was going on. Went to the ibis instead for dinner and they were closing but fortunately let me eat there. Went back to ibis for a drink and was told they were closing too. Understand to can’t get staff but when I’m payin 300plus for an airport hotel I expect to be able to get food not be told to use a vending machine.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was good, with easy access to airport, car rentals and sky train to CBD.

Not up to your normal expected standard. Understandable with inexperienced staff members but you need to reflect this in your room pricing.
