The hotel is probably 600/ 700 metres from the airport domestic concourse - which is a shambles as they are rebuilding a portion of it and check in and baggage reclaim is split at the two ends of the building. However, the signage varies between confusing and non-existent and airport staff did not seem to be briefed on the easiest walk which appears to be down the back of the car park along a narrow path without a sign in sight to guide you.if you can traverse the labyrinthine and actually arrive at the hotel, it is fine with a welcome from a member of staff who guides you through the automated check-in process. Rooms are well equipped in a “business executive” manner and everything is set up for a brief but restful night.

Friendly and helpful staff, along with a very stylish and comfortable room made for a great overnight stay. Dining in house at Apron restaurant was excellent with great food and service. Bring co located with a short walk to Brisbane airport terminal made for an easy flight home!

The service of the entire team was excellent. My primary improvement feedback was that the bedroom was set to 19 degrees and was extremely cold when I went in, which triggered my Stiff Person Syndrome disease. It was also a bit confusing on how to get the temperature to go up. The team were helpful and I just needed to stay out for a period of time to allow it to climb up in temperature.
