Hi Hugh, Thank you for your email. We apologise for the lack of communication. As you can imagine, we were dealing with hundreds of calls and emails regarding extensions, cancellations and amendments. We also lost power to our telephone lines due to the cyclone and this affected our messages which were all wiped. In the future we suggest leaving an email as per the voice messaging system, calling Accor reservations or using the Accor app. As all reservations that were affected by cyclone have the cancellation policy waived, we will send you an email with a credit card authorisation form within the next few days so we can action you your deserved refund.
