As per conversation with the reception team, bookings made through third-party platforms must be canceled directly with them. We do not hold any payment for third-party reservations, so we are unable to process a refund from our end. However, once you contact Stayz to cancel the booking, we will approve a waiver on our side to support your refund request. Please reach out to Stayz as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation. Once they confirm this step, we will be happy to assist in approving the waiver. Unfortunately, without this, we are unable to process any refund.
