Shower was mouldy, I can send photos. Aircon was extremely mouldy and dusty. Room extreme old and tired.

Upon arrival noticed that room was not cleaned well. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling, shower curtain was badly stained and both pillows smelled of fried food.

When I booked I made it clear that I was arriving on a late flight. When I arrived there was no note, no key, …. Nobody!! I had spent $30 in a taxi with the hope of being able to have a shower and a bed. I was not the only one, there were 3-4 other people that this happened to and we all just slept on chairs and floors in the dining room after booking a room. A TOTAL RIP OFF! If you are a hotel next to an airport you need to understand that you need to be flexible with hours because of the times people arrive and at the very least let your visitors know that you aren’t open when they specifically book to be there at a certain time. Not only did I waste my air miles on booking the room but I wasted $60 on my return taxi trip. I actually have no words to describe how disappointed I am with Ibis. I have always thought that they had a certain standard but clearly things have changed.
