We arrived just after midnight after flying in from the UK. Understandably, there were no staff on the desk with whom to raise the issues we experienced which were as follows:- the room was dirty, someone had used the loo and it had not been flushed. The sliding bathroom door was not fixed at the bottom and the broken bracket on the floor was dangerous. None of the sockets in the room worked, and the shower gel was empty. Bathroom floor needed a good steam clean. Extraction fan was minging. Room was very small with bed pushed up againster the wall. We left ASAP in the morning. Room 119 17 Dec 25.

No Courtesy shuttle but it was only a $15 uber. Check in and out was seamless, but for people travelling, there was absolutely no room for luggage. Room and bathroom was clean, small TV and old style rattler aircon that didn’t really work. Had to turn the fridge off as it was so loud. I was a single traveller. I have no idea how a couple would have coped. All said, if this was just a place to lie your head between flights than it is okay. I would not stay more than one night.

Late flight in to Brisbane and too tired for the four-hour drive home from the airport. We have stayed here a few times due to the convenience and price for a quick pit stop. Clean, comfortable enough and hassle free.

Convenient to long term parking & airport. As a member the booking included welcome drink. Was not offerred. Went back to reception & was offered water.
