Very basic, lots of traffic noise, didn’t feel very clean. We only stayed here as a last minute booking because of a cancelled flight. Nice and close to the airport but no where close by to eat, we walked 20 minutes and found an Indian restaurant. Would only recommend if desperate for somewhere to stay.

This hotel is a budget hotel and nothing to get excited about but clean and tidy. The hotel does charge 5 star room rates when there is a struggle for rooms in Brisbane (yes demand) but offer nothing more. It is a bed and a shower nothing more.

All good, but providing drinking water in the room would be appreciated given the climate

We’re pleased to read that you found our location convenient for an airport layover and that the availability of taxis in the morning made your departure easier. For clarity, the tap water in the bathroom is safe and suitable for drinking. For guests who prefer bottled water, this is available for purchase at reception. What a disgusting hotel. Whilst I understand it is an airport hotel, there should be at least some form of hygiene standards for the Accor banner hotel. Room was disgustingly dirty, outdated and felt like a prison. This is an Accor brand hotel - have some pride.
