When you spend over $400 a night for accommodation you expect a certain level of satisfaction. We checked in and my wife went to go to the bathroom. Where she found urine in the toilet and toilet paper. We were then worried what else had not been cleaned. We had just gotten off a long haul flight and were exhausted as it was past midnight. So we didn’t contact the front desk at that time. Upon checking out the staff were informed of the issue and I had the parking fee waived a total amount of $25. I believe this is unsatisfactory, especially when we paid over $400 for a room.

This is not the standard of cleanliness or service we strive to provide, and we fully understand how unacceptable this must have been. The matter has been addressed directly with our housekeeping and management teams to ensure this does not happen again. While the parking fee was waived at checkout, we acknowledge your feedback that this did not feel sufficient given the circumstances. That was a huge shattered piece of glass window on the external side of my room. It's unpleasant to look at and that makes me feel unsafe. The causes my sleep was terrible.
