The staff were amazing. Arranging a reliable taxi driver who was wonderful and being friendly and helpful. Tersia in particular was amazing but all staff were terrific. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Dining at the hotels main restaurant, the Catalina Bar and restaurant was a highlight. Perfect dinner menu. Exceptional presentation. Service, Nick Smith, was incredibly attentive, offering great service.

The shuttle to the airport takes as long as a cab from the city. Hard to see what this hotel is for.

For the low price that we paid (compared to what the same room would have cost us at the Pullman) my expectations were fairly low. Although not wildly spacious, our room was adequate (and fair for what we were paying). I was particularly taken by the professionalism of the staff, especially Tersia at check-in. She was very helpful but showed that all guests were equally as important, which was nice to see. The restaurant staff were also very good. It is a shame that our stay was so short!
