Worst sleep I've had in a hotel room for quite some time, airconditioning/ventilation was extremely noisy. Doors between adjoining rooms do not block sufficient noise.

Comfortable room with lovely beds. Disappointed that we were not given a welcome drink as Accor members - is that no longer offered?? We met friends for dinner in the restaurant. Food was very nice but I feel it was not as good as on our last visit, which admittedly was a couple of years ago.

I was offered a quiet room, just as I had requested, and it was very clean, allowing me to enjoy a great night's sleep. I only wish the shuttle service were available late at night as well, and that breakfast were served a little later, until 11:00 or 11:30, as this would be more convenient for guests with late flight schedules. Having some small snacks available at the reception would also be a nice addition. Special thanks for providing customer service in Finnish! 😊

Nice hotel, a bit on the expensive side though. Corridors on room floor very dark, difficult for people with low vision. Bathroom floors beautiful to look at but super slippery, not good for people with mobility issues

Room ok , check in smooth as electronic . Wifi was so patchy in my room . Works well Dow stairs . In today day and age good quality wifi in every room is basic and non negotiable .i used roaming data whole night which is terrible

From the moment we entered the hotel we were welcomed warmly by the manager, she was efficient and proactive! After a 30 hr journey she enabled access to our room a little early, followed up with info about our lost baggage, and generally made us feel special and valued! Excellent facilities in hotel, dinner was very good, breakfast was equally positive experience! And a fond farewell at the end! Perfection

I should have listened to previous reviews. WiFi kept dropping in our room. Called reception they acted surprised. They asked IT to reset the router in our room but no success. We were made to feel as if we were the only guests having issues but others also complained, I was told the next morning upon my additional complaint at check out. Your property should not advertise a service you can not provide. You put the staff in a very bad situation having to deceive guests. This property falls well short of it's price point. What a disappointment this property is to your hotel chain reputation.

The concierge at reception was so helpful - we arrived in the morning and they were happy to store our luggage until we could check in - he even arranged an earlier check in time for us. The Stargate mall was right next to the Novotel Hotel with great shopping and food options. A very convenient place to stay if you have an early flight the next morning!
