I ARRIVED ON SATURDAY FOR A 4 DAY VISIT, THE MORE EXPENSIVE PART WAS BOOKED AND HAD TO STAY ON THE LOWER COST HOTEL ON SATURDAY, AND CHANGED TO THE MORE EXPENSIVE SIDE ON SUNDAY. THE CHEAPER SIDE NEVER CONFIRMED THE RESERVATION BY PHONE, AND I WAS UNABLE TO SLEEP ON PAPER BEDSHEETS THAT KEPT SLIDING OF THE BED.

A website error caused an incorrect reservation date but this was quickly rectified by the good performance of your hotel staff (Thibaut). My stay was comfortable and the breakfast provision was very good.
