I stayed at this ibis hotel with my family and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We paid a high price for the stay, yet there was no air conditioning in the room. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. When we opened the windows facing the river, there was a strong dusty smell and road pollution coming in, and because there was no proper airflow, the room did not cool down at all. I had specifically informed the hotel that we would be arriving late, as we were travelling from Luxembourg. I had also paid in advance and completed the online check-in as instructed by email. However, when we arrived, the lady at reception told us, with a blank expression, that there were no rooms available. I had to explain that the room had been paid for well in advance and that we had already checked in online. She then checked her notes and suddenly said she could give us a room. The room we were given was very small, unpleasant, and had tiny windows. It was far too hot for a family of three. I had to go downstairs twice to request two fans because one fan was not enough for the three of us. The breakfast was also disappointing. The boiled eggs tasted awful, and the orange juice machine kept breaking. What made it worse was seeing the same woman who was working in the kitchen and serving food later cleaning rooms and toilets. That was very off-putting and raised serious hygiene concerns for us. Overall, the stay ruined our experience. For the price we paid, the comfort, service, and cleanliness standards were nowhere near acceptable. I would not recommend this hotel for families, especially in warm weather.

The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly, but outside there were a lot of homeless people and it smelled awful. There was human excrement all around, and it was scary to go outside the hotel.

Rooms were very small and cramped. Rooms opposite the lift were disturbed all night with the sound of people using the lift so our sleep was interrupted. Not much space to move about. We had 1 out of the 4 rooms on a different floor to everyone else in our party which was not good especially as that was the room with the young children in. Access to the car park was difficult and cumbersome. I had requested the car park when I booked but I was then sent another email the day before asking if I wanted it, yet I had requested this a few weeks before when I booked and it hadn't been answered. Car park was underground and this was not mentioned - I have a large car and cleared the height limit by 2cm - and that was because my car was lower to the ground being fully loaded. Breakfast was very limited and items were dry and not very fresh.

Booked a family room with breakfast after joining the Accor privilege, being told this would give discount, when we arrived we were charged more than quoted by email and when I showed reception my email still did not reduce the fee! It would have been a lot cheaper to have booked through booking.com than through the Accor site as a member. Thought the breakfast was quite poor value really with little option and scarce supplies. Room could hardly move around in so all in all quite disappointed with our stay.

We stayed there before and had some experiences to relate. This time the room was occupied by one large and extended beds which took all spaces, it created overcrowded room and uncomfortable to move around. In addition it provided tiny paper cups to use. I have to reconsider my reservation in the future trip with Ibis, The staff was excellent in their services. In comparing to my previous stays, the breakfast was mediocre; It charged more. There was no value adding to me in staying with Ibis hotels,

Lage ist super. Man kann Meaux zu Fuß erkunden. Bahnhof nach Paris in der Nähe und Disneyland mit Bus 19 direkt erreichbar. Leider keine Klimaanlage, bei Hitze wird es unangenehm, und bei offenen Fenstern ist die Stadt bis in die Nacht sehr laut. Geschossene Fenster dämmen den Lärm gut.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix : Un hôtel bruyant (des portes lourdes qui réveilleraient des morts quand elle se ferme en pleine nuit) Des chambres sans climatisation (étant venu en période de canicule avec 38 degrés dehors il aurait été mieux d’aller dormir dans le réception qui est climatisé elle) Un quartier peu fréquentable Point positif cependant : le personnel est très accueillant et compréhensif rien à dire sur ce point
