We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. We were unable to check in at 2pm but it was explained to us that this was due to staffing shortages over a public holiday date so we were offered somewhere secure to store our luggage whilst we went out to the activity we had booked. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly and have no issues recommended this hotel.

Even if you inform that the room is near the lift , this room should not be put on sale. Never seen that in my life , on top of that you put the bed head heading the thin wall next to the lift.

this hotel is located in centre of the city with straight access to the shopping street, parking garage and the Avenue de Champagne. Room is clean and breakfast is good.

Not easy public parking to find when you drive in Epernay for the first time. Nice to know , free after 7pm till 9 am the next day. Quite a dated hotel with carpets in the stairs as old as 1990 when i used to work at Ibis... Good for a night stop , market next door, easy to walk to the main Avenue de Champagne .

Hotel is in great location and staff were friendly. We stayed for 2 nights. We booked this place e because they had AC. Both nights AC did not work. It sucked. We could not sleep at all. If you need AC, AVOID THIS HOTEL.

The hotel is well situated in the centre of town, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the rooms were clean and the water pressure in the showers was good.

Room located next to the lift, which meant that every time the lift was operating you could hear the mechanism. On top of that, there was the noise of people exiting the lift late at night
