Well located, clean and nice. The only thing was the mattress was not comfortable at all which is obviously a big part of the stay.

I have stayed at the Adagio Serris many times with my Wife as we are regular visitors to Disneyland Paris. This is our go-to hotel for convenience of location and facilities and services provided. We have also recommended this hotel to many of our friends looking for an affordable yet comfortable base while enjoying the parks and local shopping. On this occasion we arrived considerably early and fortunately we were able to be checked in early, at an addition fee of €60. We were very grateful. When we entered the room we found that the room appeared to have been set up for single occupancy with only one chair for the dining table, one mug to drink from, one bowl for breakfast and two pillows. I raised this with reception and they brought a bowl and cup, but no pillows. I enquired at reception at 8pm in the evening and was advised that someone would be able to help in one hour when a colleague arrived. No pillows arrived that evening. The following day I returned to reception to request the pillows again for the third time. The receptionist checked a room and then stated that there were no pillows available as the hotel was fully booked. I enquired if there were no additional pillows for replacements and informed there were not. I was offered a towel to roll up and place under my pillow. I then went to the local shopping centre and bought myself a pillow. I am currently an All Accor Silver member and have already booked another visit at this hotel for December, as this remains our firm favourite. On this occasion I was disappointed and did not feel valued as a repeat customer. Paul

The apartment kept very well, tidy, included everything what we needed and staff very friendly and helpful, and bilingual people. I recommend this hotel. It's situated very close to the Disneyland parks. I loved my staying in.

We had a great stay at Adagio. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was well equipped and perfect for our stay. Really accessible to Disney parks either a short walk away or great shuttle bus to and from the parks.
