A magical stay

I stayed here for a week over the Christmas period and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Disneyland Paris and the Val d’Europe shopping mall, which made everything extremely convenient. I felt very safe walking back to the hotel after park close. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with all the amenities I wanted for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well equipped, including a kettle and a good-sized fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a bath with a detachable shower, which was a nice bonus. Storage was also excellent, with a large wardrobe and a full-length mirror. There was slight noise from the adjoining room through the connecting door, but it was minimal and did not detract from my stay. To request heating you can just ask reception to put this on and they will adjust to a temperature of your choice, which was particularly appreciated during winter. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. Overall, I would highly recommend this aparthotel and would happily stay here again, especially for a Disneyland Paris trip.

We stayed here for 3 nights in January for a Disney trip with kids. Check-in was positive — the receptionist was kind, allowed early check-in and placed our room close to our friends’. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the free shuttle to Disney, but we were disappointed to find that it does not operate during the middle of the day. Morning and evening services are fine, but this made it inconvenient to return to the hotel for a rest before heading back for fireworks. We also weren’t clearly told where to catch the return shuttle from Disney. Breakfast was decent for cold items (cheeses, bread, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, fruit), but hot food was very limited and not well maintained. Coffee was acceptable but weak. The room had some practical issues: the bathroom and toilet are in separate areas, the bathroom radiator didn’t work (not ideal in winter), and the sofa-bed felt worn and unstable. There was also no lamp near the sofa-bed for evening reading. Staff were mixed — some very helpful, others disengaged. The room key frequently needed re-magnetising after returning from Disney. Location-wise, there are good food options nearby and Val d’Europe shopping centre is very close. Walking to Disney takes about 20 minutes, but in winter it’s dark and not very pleasant. Overall, the hotel is okay for the price, but for winter stays and families relying on daytime shuttle access, we’d choose a different hotel next time. The 7.9 rating (on booking com) feels generous based on our experience.

Great location close to Disneyland and price good for the season. Great to have a kitchen. Quiet area and close to shops Only downside was the cleaning: shower grout was mouldy around the shower chair, found 1 cracked mug and bowl, kitchen was very slow to drain. Reception only informed me a day before we left, that we could get clean towels if needed. As no housekeeping for stay shorter than 8 days.

We had a great little stay here. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was nice. The rug in our room wasn't very clean but otherwise the room was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was yummy each morning and the free shuttle to Disneyland was super easy and convenient!
