Stayed for Disneyland as it is a short walk and this hotel was perfect for our 2 nights we needed as spent hardly any time in the hotel

Stayed one night (last night of a Disney trip ) weekend just gone , I have stayed many time before and found the service excellent but unfortunately this time it was a little lacking , reception staff are not as helpful as on previous trips we checked in at 2pm and left our luggage as room not ready (this was fine and was expecting it) arrived back to the hotel at 8:30pm and entered our room for the first time to find no kettle and no coffee machine , informed reception to be told nothing they could so until tomorrow (we were checking out at 3:20am due to early morning flight so of no use to us so I had to microwave my morning cuppa , not the end of the world but felt staff could have been more helpful than a shoulder shrug tbh , we stayed in a two bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms was missing its curtains it only had the see through net under curtain which isn’t ideal for two teenagers dressing at 3am for the whole world to see (they had to use the bathroom to dress ) and unfortunately the pillows on our bed had stray hairs on them . I usually don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel but found this stay they let themselves down which is a pity .

There us no toilet in the bathroom which is off the bedroom. The toilet us by the front door, without a sink. So from the bedroom you have to go into the living space with the sofa bed them into the hallway then the bathroom. Why are there not 2 toilets . Could not alter the ac from 20 degrees,nor could the electric radiator be turned off in the bathroom, it was like a sauna

After considering taking a room at the hotel and praise from a colleague i made the decision to book a room here for the first time. NEVER AGAIN!! There was no proper parking without having to pay extra per night... The parking is extremely small and there is no proper electrical charge point for as far i could see. But i thought maybe if the room is as good as i was told it is still worth it and i might make this my staple hotel for when i visit disney monthly. The room was dirty. Not just dirty but the floor was super sticky, there was a very odd smell and i had black mold growing on the windows.. the bathroom was in "a" state.. the shower head was broken, the faucet was ripped out of the wall. There was cobwebs floating from the ceiling definitely the uninterested cleaners that i saw in the hallway i already made up that the room was going to be something.. The kitchenette was okay but there was barely any utensils which made it so you could not even make proper use of it. The furniture.. the desk was banged up, full of scratches and left behind items?* The relax chair in the room used to probably be beige but it was disgusting and dirty and full if dirty marks. The bed luckily was alright so atleast we got some okay sleep.. but there was no night stands... A broken lamp.. and a constant very loud buzzing.. The AC unit was also broker or atleast the panel because you could just not change it. The hallways were straight out of a nightmare.. the walls were full of ripped wallpaper with random patches torn off.. doors were broken and scratched all over everywhere.. The front desk employees were very short and not very welcoming.. so we just accepted this for the night and will not come back.. I will not use the hotel anymore for personal and for buisness use.
