Needs refurbishment

Lovely staff great location. Nice ans quiet and big spacious rooms. However the rooms are falling apart. Things missing / fallen off e.g wardrobe handles , window wooden frames. No heating in room. Room was freezing and only thin duvets on beds. Cleaning was not great. Loose hairs on bed by previous guest. Looked like beds hadn’t been changed. Very dusty room. Rooms need a good clean and modernised. Hotel could be great instead of the mediocre image it currently serves.

We booked to stay for 4 nights and paid in advance to make check in seamless, and in the end it was. Arriving at 9:30pm we were given our room keys (room 204), a 2 bedroom apartment on the corner with windows on two walls as well as balconies. The hotel is secure as the lift only works with a keycard, for peace of mind. Nothing is completely perfect, so there was a fee niggles about the room: 1) The hairdryer is very temperamental so bring your own, it runs for about 30 seconds before requiring 2/3 mins of off time…a long time is required to dry your hair. 2) The heating seems like it’s there for show, you click it on and it’s off again within 5/10 minutes, no amount of playing around with it seems to work either. 3) There is no way to turn on the ventilation, annoying when you want to extract the steam from the bathroom after a shower 4) One of the sliding doors to the bedroom needs re-hanging, as it currently drags on the floor so you have to lift it to move it…this stops it sitting flush and means the door cannot be completely closed. Would I stay here again, 100%. It’s good value for money and it suited our needs down to the ground, it was a shame we had to leave.

Perfect location for visiting Disneyland Paris and located near to restaurants, a large shopping centre and supermarket. The room had kitchen facilities so we were able to have breakfast before leaving each morning which helped to cut costs down when visiting the parks and also able to make and store sandwiches for lunches if we wanted. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Our safe was not working at first, but reception sent someone up to rectify this quickly. Only slight downside was that the TV indicated you could cast to it from your phone but this function did not seem operational and only English speaking channels were news related and no option for subtitles in any language which was not great for guests with hearing loss. However this would not put us off from staying again
