Hipark by Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe 3 stars

Location is excellent - wonderful Boulangerie and Brasserie just across the road and the huge Val d'Europe centre nearby. A safe, easy 20 minute walk to Disney parks. Helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately the bed was so hard that we were unable to sleep. It was like sleeping on the floor!

Rooms are very clean and close to disney with the free shuttle and the shopping mall Friendly staff and they give us an early checked in

Place well located , well connected to Disneyland but apartments condition below average and they definitely all need renovation. You could also see the dust and spider webs in the closets. Clean Lobby and pleasant reception area. Helpful manager and staff overall.

It was super. There is nothing to fault. We got a great deal on a decent hotel.

The hotel is great for what we need. Ideally located close to the shopping centre and within walking/bus distance to Disneyland Paris, it offers us an affordable way to visit regularly. There can be small things such as shower head not sitting right, but we use it as a base and having the kitchen facilities are great. Already planning our trips for 2020!

We really enjoy our stay as it was clean and very helpful staff. Loved the free shuttle to Disneyland as that was a big plus for us as we were spending some time there

Lovely hotel, location and excellent customer service and care from all of the staff. Strange that there was no sink in the toilet... And the silicon around the bath was a bit yuck with mould but apart from that a very pleasant stay thank you.

Everything was good. Front desk was really helpful and location is also nice. We stayed there just one night, but it was pleasant. Only thing, it needs little renovation. I noticed that wallpapers on the hallways and near room doors, were little old. Generally, great! Thanks

it was very nice place in a Quiet area

There were stains on the carpet. Socket hanging out of the wall. The shower head didnt stay fixed in place. The bath plug didnt work. We were advised faults would be fixed. They werent. We moved rooms. Our stay was for three nights. We were expecting so much more from our stay and left disappointed. The stay was for my 3 yr olds birthday which made it more disappointing. The faults should not have been there in the first place. We expect to be compensated for our stay. I await your reply.

We were overall very happy with our stay, the staff were friendly and the apartment was the perfect size for our family. The location is great being so close to Disney rail and the mall. The rooms were clean and had most of what we needed. We had a few issues though these were the kitchen sink's drain had been clogged by previous occupants. The bath's plug needed the screw adjusted so had to be removed to let the bath drain and the microwave's base did not turn so super heated one part whilst leaving others uncooked. I think she room could benefit from a vacuum cleaner or manual sweeper or even a brush for the occupant to use as it's difficult to keep the floor spotless for a week. The gripes aside we were overall pleased and we have rebooked for another stay.
