The location is very good indeed and there is a free shuttle bus to Disney just down the road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is somewhat run down, with peeling wallpaper and chipped paint throughout. Most public areas are grubby and poorly maintained. The room itself was not too bad - certainly in better condition than the public areas. The pool was not open when we stayed. However, the worst thing is that we had booked a two-bedroom apartment and were given a one-bedroom apartment which was too small for our needs. I had even taken the time to verify the booking directly with the hotel prior to our arrival. To be fair, this error may have been the travel company's fault rather than that of the hotel - we were never able to determine for sure, as they blamed each other. Equally, the hotel did offer free breakfasts or a reduction on a future stay by way of compensation, whereas Loveholidays.ie more or less told us to get lost. Loveholdays.ie said that we had booked just "an apartment" rather than a "two bedroom apartment" as shown in our booking receipt, meaning that they could provide any size apartment they wished! The hotel was sold out when we arrived and could not provide a two bedroom apartment. This made things rather difficult for our family, one of whom has special needs - the very reason I always book a two-bedroom apartment when we travel. I might be willing to stay here again if we were going to Disney, but I would consider it carefully first.

We stayed here for two nights as a base for visiting Disneyland after Paris. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the park, as well as a paid option. While the buses can be crowded, they are generally acceptable. Do note that the paid bus is monitored, so be cautious to avoid fines. The staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient. Thanks to our Gold Accor status, we received complimentary water, drinks, and snacks on-site. The room was well-suited for our needs, with a separate master bedroom, a kids' room, and a sofa in the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen was equipped with a kettle, dishwasher, and a small fridge, all of which were well-maintained. However, some corners and areas under the bed were a bit dusty (we checked for toys the kids had thrown). The room also had air conditioning, a hairdryer, and was pleasantly quiet. Breakfast was quite crowded, with a limited selection and no live stations—typical of a French 3-star or 4-star hotel. Parking is convenient, with free street parking available in the evenings and paid parking at the hotel with plenty of space. Overall, the value for money is good, especially considering the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and greater Paris. While it's not a fancy Disney resort, it's a nice city hotel that served our needs well. Just keep in mind that it’s not convenient for quick trips back from Disneyland, but for what it is, we were quite satisfied.
