We were disappointed in our first stay as we woke up with no water to brush our teeth or have a shower. I went to reception who told me it was fixed and I said but we have nothing in our room, upon return to the room it was still not working. Water came back in the evening and when we ran the sink in the bathroom it came out brown at first. I sent an email regarding this but haven't heard back sadly

The location of the apartment was excellent for our trip to Disneyland, and the apartment itself was a good size for our family. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during our stay which meant we would not recommend it. On arrival, we were given keys to a room that had another guest's belongings in it and had not been cleaned. We returned to reception and, after some time, were given keys to a different apartment. We were not the only guests who had experienced this issue, which was very disappointing. Thankfully, the second apartment had been cleaned and was fresh on arrival, but there were still several problems. The toilet door was broken and could not be opened or closed from the inside. We reported this on two separate occasions. It was eventually repaired, but unfortunately the repair only lasted a couple of hours before the door was broken again. At that stage, we didn't feel it was worth reporting for a third time. The biggest issue, however, was the strong smell of sewage/toilets throughout the apartment. It wasn't just coming from the bathroom. There was a persistent smell throughout the room, which seemed to be coming through the ventilation system. This really affected our enjoyment and comfort during the stay. The pull out sofa bed was also very uncomfortable. Even our children, who have slept on plenty of sofa beds before, found it uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location was excellent, particularly for visiting Disneyland, and the apartment was a reasonable size. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issue on arrival, repeated problems with the bathroom door, persistent sewage smell and uncomfortable sofa bed outweighed the positives. Overall, while the location is very convenient, we would not recommend staying here due to the condition of the apartment and, in particular, the persistent smell.

The apartment itself was lovely and had no issues in that sense. But we arrived at 11pm after a day of travelling with 2 young children to find the cot we requested hadn’t been put in the room and the sofa bed hadn’t been made - despite booking for 4 people. So we had to mess around with putting that together and finding bedding before we could put the children to bed. There was also no drinking water available at all and no bottles left for purchase.

Our stay was ok. Room was clean, hair dryer not great as always over hearting, so take your own. Breakfast wasn’t great to be fair Always running out of plates, food very limited ,would go else where for breakfast.

The place was perfect for what we wanted, thank you. We didn't avail of the shuttle for whatever reason but it's so close, the walk was fine! The kitchen was so handy for breakfast/making snacks... The water was gone on our 1st morning which was really very unfortunate...having travelled the day before, we could have done with a shower. I did email while we were out to see if it was back on & received an email back (I'm not sure if we would have received the email regardless)...there was a small sign up on our return with an apology, it was left up for 2 days i think. I think something could have been done as a token gesture...maybe a free breakfast...in fairness, no water is a big inconvenience. Anyway, this would not put me off staying again...I would be staying for the location for use of Disneyland.

Check in was good, team on front desk very helpful - we left our bags and went to Disneyland. Came back around 22.30, got key & bags and then saw that the sofa bed had not been made up. I asked a guy on reception if someone could assist with this and he was not at all helpful. He said he needed to speak to his colleague who was on the main cash desk checking in and taking payment for drinks etc - he never spoke to his colleague but continued to cash up. After waiting around 10-15 mins, I asked if it would be easier if I made up the bed and could I have the bedding. In the storage room, he asked what I needed and gave me sheets and a duvet, I asked for pillows and pillow cases but he didn't have pillows either in the storage room or when I asked if I could get them from an unused rooms because he said the hotel was fully booked. Needless to say it was not a comfortable night's sleep. On day 2 I asked day reception if they could arrange pillows in the room and they were there when I got back that evening. Plus the Nespresso coffee machine didn't work as didn't puncture the pods but that was fine as we had the kettle! Apart from this fiasco, we were very impressed with the hotel, day reception team, location and shuttle bus service.

The staff are extremely nice, the hotel was really clean, they facilitated us with all our needs as we had an elderly with us. The apartment’s size was really good for all of us, 3 adults and 3 kid. The located was great only 15 minutes walk to DLP. There was only one thing that disappointed us, the hob we couldn’t really cook on it as it was malfunctioning. In the other hand we were out all day at DLP so we never managed to report it and get it fixed but that’s on us. Overall really satisfied.

Rooms are large and spacious and the hotel is in a good location. If you like to sleep with the window open then the main road is loud all night and our bathroom flooded due to shower area not being sealed properly.

Arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel at 630 pm. Told my room was still not ready. Very disappointing as all my family of 6 wanted to do was drop off our luggage and relax in the room. Very limited protein options at breakfast.
