Hotel in great location, short walk to Disney! Massive shopping mall and train station also a short walk away. Apartment was very clean, only negatives was there wasn’t enough pillows to go around, though reception were able to give us two more to help out. Also couldn’t turn up the heating! Lady at reception was absolutely lovely very friendly and helpful, would I stay here again….absolutely.

Like most people, we just stayed here for Disneyland. The shuttle bus was free but beware there are big gaps 11:30-17:30pm so you’re not as free to come and go as you think but the walk isn’t too far. The room was dirty, only small hand towels and no cleaning unless you stay 7 days. Bathroom was infested with silverfish who would shuttle around the room too. Cooking facilities very basic, a stove and a microwave that didn’t work that well. Good budget option for Disney but don’t expect luxury, bed was very uncomfortable.

Couldn’t even walk around the bed in the main sleeping area. Less than 10” clearance on either side and could barely close the door. The toilet was by itself by the front door and then no sink or soap to wash hands. Worst room layout I have ever seen. The person at the front desk didn’t know what a wash cloth was, and they didn’t have any in the whole hotel. The shuttle bus that was supposed to take us back to the hotel after our day at Disney didn’t take us back. When the driver arrived at the Disney bus station, he said he was going on break and would not take us back to the hotel. We had to walk back in the freezing rain. I definitely think we should be refunded for at least part of this stay.

I genuinely don’t understand what happened this time around we’ve stayed in this property last year and everything is great my complaint is not even about the hotel it self but more of a service they provide. The hotel is great and it’s at a great location! On the other hand the bus was always really late or early but I would also notice it wouldn’t even wait till it’s scheduled time. Additionally 2 of the days we were there it didn’t come at all!!! They had a pick up time of 8:50am and 9:09am and both days we ended up taking an Uber cause it never came after waiting a total of 30 minutes outside in the freezing weather. Also last year we had the same issue of the bus being late but they were able to contact the driver. This year we went to the front desk and they said they didn’t know. Either it’s a great service but only if it actually works…….very frustrating waiting outside in the freezing rainy weather conditions.
