Arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel at 630 pm. Told my room was still not ready. Very disappointing as all my family of 6 wanted to do was drop off our luggage and relax in the room. Very limited protein options at breakfast.

The place was clean and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I just wish there was a way to reach them over the phone. Prior to my stay, every time I called, I got no answer at all. I believe it's probably because there's only one person at the front desk, and they can't pick up when assisting guests. I think it's a shame, because I needed information prior to arriving, especially with regards to shuttle drop-off and pick-up, and shuttle schedules. This information should be provided by email upon booking. I also felt like there was maybe a lack of information. A sign in the elevator said that trash had to be emptied and placed in the appropriate area, but I wasn't told anything about this nor did I see what said area was. I didn't use the studio as a rented apartment but rather as hotel stay, and given the price I paid, I was a bit surprised to see that trash was expected to be taken out by guests. I would also like to add the fact that the shuttle to Disneyland is very valuable and that it was what made me opt for this choice. However, I feel like there could be more. The bus was quickly full, and the walking distance to the park is rather long, especially with children. I also thought it was a shame that the hotel didn't have its own restaurant. I know the shopping center isn't far, but when you have tired kids, that kind of distance can feel huge. Finally, I think it would be good to get a shuttle service from the Val d'Europe station, because the walk is very long.

Booked this property for proximity to DLP, for which it was great. Rooms are super tired and and needed carpet cleaning. Moving drapes required me to stand on couches as the curtain tracks are barely functional. Shower glass was corroded to where it angled over the tub allowing water to pour onto floor. The provided hair dryer tripped breakers on highest setting meaning extended hair drying times. A cup of cigarette butts was left on the balcony from a prior tenant. Breakfast was just ok but definitely not worth the premium. Staff seemed disinterested in tending to anything.

Exceptionally well located for Disneyland Paris. It took me about 15 mins to walk to the park each day of my visit. There is a free shuttle that does drop you off too, but I really enjoyed the stroll to the park each day and in the evening. The bed in the room was very comfortable, the bath deep, and the hotel itself was quiet.

I would like to start by saying this is my fourth stay at this hotel, first two visits were great and I was so pleased with the hotel facilities and location. The last stay some one opened our room door in the middle of the night which I complained about on that visit and was offered a free breakfast as an apology. I booked again as the location is amazing for Disney and hadn’t had a poor experience prior to the last incident. This time the room was very disappointing - the fridge didn’t work and the door didn’t shut so the room had an awful smell the whole time. The shower didn’t drain, took 6+ hours for the water to drain from the morning shower. I notified reception about the fridge and was kindly reimbursed for my spoiled groceries and told a technician would look at it (never happened) however as I have dietary requirements it made my trip considerably more expensive as couldn’t keep any food or drinks cold. This stay was just so disappointing as it’s such a shame as the location really is perfect for Disney.

I have stayed at the Adagio Serris many times with my Wife as we are regular visitors to Disneyland Paris. This is our go-to hotel for convenience of location and facilities and services provided. We have also recommended this hotel to many of our friends looking for an affordable yet comfortable base while enjoying the parks and local shopping. On this occasion we arrived considerably early and fortunately we were able to be checked in early, at an addition fee of €60. We were very grateful. When we entered the room we found that the room appeared to have been set up for single occupancy with only one chair for the dining table, one mug to drink from, one bowl for breakfast and two pillows. I raised this with reception and they brought a bowl and cup, but no pillows. I enquired at reception at 8pm in the evening and was advised that someone would be able to help in one hour when a colleague arrived. No pillows arrived that evening. The following day I returned to reception to request the pillows again for the third time. The receptionist checked a room and then stated that there were no pillows available as the hotel was fully booked. I enquired if there were no additional pillows for replacements and informed there were not. I was offered a towel to roll up and place under my pillow. I then went to the local shopping centre and bought myself a pillow. I am currently an All Accor Silver member and have already booked another visit at this hotel for December, as this remains our firm favourite. On this occasion I was disappointed and did not feel valued as a repeat customer. Paul

We had a great stay at Adagio. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was well equipped and perfect for our stay. Really accessible to Disney parks either a short walk away or great shuttle bus to and from the parks.
