The hotel is ideally located for Disney and val d’europe. The hotel room and corridors badly need updating ! The carpets are dirty and wallpaper peeling everywhere. In my opinion it should never have been allowed to get into that state. It could have been maintained better over the years .

Great location and great shuttle service to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are satisfactory, but nevertheless clean and tidy. Service is polite and staff pleasant. Would love to have a cleaning service included in the price more often than once every 7 days. We would have appreciated our sheets and towels changed and the floor cleaned during our stay. Most likely will stay again in the future due to excellent pricing, shuttle service and good location. Would recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle to and from the parks were really beneficial as we didn’t have to walk or pay for transportation during our stay. The hotel was close to the mall and restaurants. We also had a small kitchen which allowed us to have a meal before and after going to the parks. Also has a fridge. It was spacious and clean! Only downside was that we didn’t have control of the heating but was advised that we can call reception to have it adjusted. Receptionists were very approachable and helpful. Will be booking here again when we come back!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Arranged for room to be ready early for our baby to have a nap. 1 bedroom apartment clean and tidy with most amenities that you would need. Whole place is very tired and needs a lot of refurbishment

Hotel in great location, short walk to Disney! Massive shopping mall and train station also a short walk away. Apartment was very clean, only negatives was there wasn’t enough pillows to go around, though reception were able to give us two more to help out. Also couldn’t turn up the heating! Lady at reception was absolutely lovely very friendly and helpful, would I stay here again….absolutely.
