Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean and comfortable and enjoyed having the kitchenette facilities. Reception were helpful, friendly and polite. Great location within walking distance to Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe.

Hot water is limited but they have bath tubs.it doesn’t make sense. (Hot water was not enough) Hair dryer stopped if you use highest heat. And couldn’t find solution to restart. It was a bit disappointing experience for me and my family.

Our room was run down including, for example, with a hole in the wall and a shower drain that was blocked, flooding the floor of the bathroom. Information on the bus shuttle location from Disney were not clear so I called and email the hotel; we never got an answer. Not the Accor quality I’m used to.
