Stayed twice at this hotel in December 2023 and 2024. First time we visited was as a family of 3 when our daughter was 9 months old. Couldn’t fault it - great location, polite staff, basic but clean. Downfall was the cot we requested was nowhere to be seen , had to collect from reception and it was filthy so I was absolutely not putting my child in it. Returned a year later with more family for another Disney trip and whole different story! Grumpy staff, worn down walls in the corridors, but the worst part was like a living nightmare!! - my husband and I were asleep approx 10pm at night, luckily I couldn’t sleep.. a man SUCCESSFULLY ENTERED OUR ROOM and only left due to me shouting at my husband to wake up! I was TERRIFIED. My daughter was 20 months at the time .. what if I was asleep?! We later found out from my mum who was in a room on the same floor with my sisters , that a man attempted to enter their room too! My husband was furious and went straight to reception and they denied anyone could access the rooms, said all keys are wiped - allegedly watched cctv and saw nothing.. later I complained to our travel provider and the hotel offered a total of £5!!!!!!! Refund! Disgusting!!!! I dress to think what could have happened if I had been asleep that night. We barricaded our door for the rest of our stay and best believe I couldn’t sleep a wink. We noticed the inner locks and latch had been removed from the entrance door to our room and door frame completely smashed in - doesn’t seem like the only time someone has come into another room uninvited here!! It has since miraculously been removed as partnership from the associated Disney travel agents.. we returned again to Disney this year staying on site for a much better experience!!

There were a few issues making me a bit upset. First, the reception charges me for city taxes 28€ instead of 11€ so I need to recheck again and get the more experienced staff to refund me. Second, there was only 1 set of towels in the room for 2 people and it takes me to walk bqck to the counter and got in the queue for requesting another set. Last, there was like limited amount of hot water and my partner had none left for bathing. Anyway, I still think that the price is suitable for good room condition & location. The staffs helped us everything they could. I hope the hotel improves more than this in the future.

Lovely and comfortable stay. Clean, warm apartment with pleasant surroundings. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good bus service outside and plenty of last-minute items to buy in the foyer. Just one small criticism and that is that the shower could be more powerful but otherwise everything was great. Would definitely return.

It was a short walk from Disneyland Paris & shuttle was also available there and back. It was easy to get to marne la vallee if you want to travel to central Paris
