Spacious modern room, very comfortable bed, quiet hotel, shower unit leaked water badly into bedroom as shower handle broken, loo seat broken (room 111). Breakfast was very good. Retail park was tatty but eat all you can restaurant nearby was fun and good value for dinner. Clarify to guests that there is no dinner available apart from bar snacks.

Easy to find, no noise, pity there is no outside seating area.

Found easily, parking on site is always a must for travelling by car. Staff very friendly and I always try to speak French when I can. So the staff I spoke to were very patient with me which was good as I practice very hard before coming to France. Air con was great, in fact a god send as it was very hot. The bar area was comfortable and we enjoyed a drink and relaxation there after our journey from Calais. All in all will definitely stay here when near Soissons again.

Breakfast was plentiful with a reasonable choice. Hotel was quiet and easy to find. The Campanile Hotel restaurant was closed the week-end we stayed and we had approximately a 1 hour walk to the town to find a restaurant, as we did wish to drive.

The room was good, bed very good, breakfast ok. The shower head was broken so you had to hold the shower head at all times which was a pain washing your hair.

The hotel was ok, nothing more. Expensiv for what it is. Car parking 15 Euro per night which has to be booked prior to visit. Otherwise you can try to park for free opposite but all spaces are gone by 4pm or make sure your car is moved outside by 8am. Considering it's a Best Western, they need to pull their socks up.,

I think you made a mistake about the address of the message, we are the Ibis of Soissons and not the Best Western. Thanks for doing the correction - M - Lefèvre - Manager

I thought it was a cheap budget hotel and was surprised by the quality, cleanliness, efficiency and overall quality. The breakfast was a bonus. The care the staff took to ensure everything was just right was a pleasure to see.

Excellent overall experience. Our room had everything we needed, great bed, good bathroom, robust WiFi. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, good proteins and fruit, good coffee. Staff was friendly, helpful.

Plan to use the car to find a restaurant as the closest is over the road and because of the position you need the car. Didn’t take the breakfast but the boiled eggs were left out overnight as was the fruit
