Arrived late, went straight to bed. I stay at all kinds of Accor hotels regularly, I am a long time member, I know what to expect. I wasn’t expecting Pullman luxury at an Ibis Budget, but I was hoping for clean. There was a chemical smell in the room and all the pillows and duvet smelled musty, so I slept with the window wide open. Next morning I noticed several stains on the sheets. In the shower there was a clump of hairs stuck to the wall. Spider webs on the ceiling. Good hotel location next to an RER station, but I will not be returning here.

Only 1 person at the check in desk, who was for a long time on the phone with a customer. Elevator didn’t work. Vending machine didn’t take anything than coins, coffee machine didn’t work. Common space was not satisfying. The room ok. Just what we needed for 3 persons, 1 night.

The location is perfect for a quick access to Disneyland because of the proximity to the Val D'Europe Train Station. The breakfast is ok, not very good but perfectably acceptable for the price. The room, regarding being small (we knew this), is rubbish to have to do the bed of top and the sheets were full of dust aswell as the room. Th number of electrical points is very reduced in a room for 3 people and none of them are near a bed, which is horrible.

Fab nights stay the night before heading to dianeyland.. Great location for val D'europe shopping center and easy travel to disneyland. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet in the evening overall a fabulous stay for me and my family :)
