Very cheap, however I wouldn’t return as would prefer a quieter hotel with more bathroom privacy Proximity to Val d’Europe station to go to Disneyland and Paris was very good but longer walk to shopping centre than I expected. Breakfast was very good value for money. I did prepay and they argued about it first morning which I find annoying. Room was very clean but it was so tiny. Too small. Top bunk bed not made up. What I really hated though was the bathroom. It’s not at all a bathroom but a toilet that feels like a portaloo, a glass door shower straight into the room and a tiny sink in the bedroom. Because of this I wouldn’t book again. Was also quite naughty. Had kids knocking and running away on our door and also housekeeping were very noisy as our room was next to their cupboard. Banging on the wall. Very disrespectful of sleeping guests. They charge 2 Euros per bag to bag storage and you can’t use the hotel toilet without asking for the key at reception.

It was great. The room was a bit small but okay for just staying the night. Well kept and the housekeeping is superb.

Formal Complaint – Bed Bug Infestation and Lack of Staff Response Booking Reference: PVPDKJJQ Stay Dates: 17–20 December Room: 212 Hotel: ibis Marne-la-Vallée Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue encountered during my family’s stay at ibis Marne-la-Vallée from 17 to 20 December, booking reference PVPDKJJQ, in room 212. During our stay, my partner, our children, and I suffered numerous bed bug bites, resulting in significant discomfort, distress, and ongoing irritation. All members of our family have dozens of visible bites, which we believe clearly indicates a bed bug infestation in the room we were assigned. What has been equally concerning is the complete lack of response and professionalism from hotel staff when this matter was raised. When I attempted to report the issue at reception and request to speak with a manager, my concerns were dismissed. No apology was offered, no immediate action was taken in our presence, and staff proceeded to assist another guest while ignoring my request entirely. Given the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland Paris and its popularity with families, this situation is particularly alarming. A failure to address hygiene concerns of this nature poses a risk to guests, especially children. Under French hospitality and consumer protection laws, accommodation providers have a legal obligation to ensure rooms are safe, hygienic, and fit for purpose. Bed bug infestations and the failure to respond appropriately to guest complaints fall short of these standards. I am therefore requesting: 1.A formal written apology 2.A full investigation into the condition of room 212 during our stay 3.Appropriate compensation for the distress, discomfort, and impact on our family holiday 4.Confirmation of corrective measures taken to prevent this from happening to future guests Mr Gary M.

Not sure how this justifies the price when it’s only one rung up from an F1. So the shower pod is in your room, and it doesn’t stink of tobacco, but the point of a hotel is somewhere to sleep. When the bed is so hard, and the sheets are so hard and noisy that you can’t sleep, and the compressor from the aircon unit is hissing all night long then I don’t think it’s fulfilling its purpose.

I’ve stayed here a few times and this was a last minute booking. It’s cheap and cheerful, clean and comfy. No general issues and amazing location for train to DLP and Paris. Good shower power Only stayed one night but was in DLP until 2am so the wake up at 8.30 by the cleaner was a little rude! Seeing as I was checking out at 10am. The room was very cold even tho I turned the heating on full. And people walking past sounded like they were in the room But the price is very reasonable
