Hotel provided all of the amenities needed for a short stay and was perfectly located for easy access to Disneyland Paris and a short trip away from central Paris on the RER as well. Great value for money and excellent comfort in the rooms. The hotel staff is extremely professional and welcoming and will be available to help any time.

clean rooms, , comfy bed, and despite being so close to train lines, quiet. Good spot for Disneyland .Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. hotel Breakfast was good too.

The impression of the hotel is very different. On one hand you have excellent location (a minute away from station that get you to Paris and Disneyland) and decent clean rooms. Also night shifts were quite helpful and upholding great standards. On the other hand, day shifts are outside boundaries of good hospitality: the reception lady pretended to not speak English - seriously... in the middle of the most internationally visited place. Also she didn't want to give room card key to my friend - wtf. And when she finally gave it to her it only took us 3 times coming back and force to make the card work (facepalm here). I am not sure if she was new and/or system wasn't working, but instead of making irritated face with your guests you should be apologizing for inconvenience on behalf of hotel. Super unpleasant experience. And then the thing that was most disappointing - breakfast. It was just bad. Nothing, except tea, was good there. Instead of frying scrambled eggs, they microwave it - giving us some resemblance of food. No cheese selection, no other hot food besides boiled egg, which you need to make yourself and basically raw egg instead of scrambled eggs in a 3 start hotel. Pastries were clearly frozen and unfrozen. Bread was not fresh. Honestly, considering French cuisine is one of the best in the world with this breakfast they have just (dropped the ball) beyond repair.

Stayed for 4 nights. Check-in and Check-out procedures was quick. The room was as expected. Housekeeping service was present every morning. Bed was tucked in and bath towels were refreshed each day. The cold air climate control was not working. Informed the receptionist. No resolution.
