was ok, breakfast not good enough, Powdered scrambled eggs taken from the packet, very load air conditioner which you cannot switch off. I will not choose this hotel again

Upon check-in, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic worker who checked us in. She thoroughly explained how to use the card for the lights and well as entering the building. I felt the front desk staff was user-friendly and accommodating. The room met our expectations based on the website description and was very clean. The room was very ventilated for the air conditioning and the temperature was perfect. The only negative item I would mention was there were no wash cloths (face) available the two days we stayed. So we just used hand towels to wash our face and went to the front desk when we needed to exchange for clean ones. It was very energy saving to see that the hallway lights were censored to come on only when someone walked through. We did not do the breakfast package since we were always on the go. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was uncomfortable, the hotel needs modernising and updating, and all mattresses need to be firmer in order to give people a comfortable night’s sleep.
