Just one night at this hotel, very close to Val d´Europe RER Station.10 min from Disnayland Paris. Comfortable and nice staff. Breakfast with many options. Bedroom clean, nice beds and a desk however without light. Also, we do not have hands towels.

Only 1 stop on the RER or 30 min walk to Disneyland Paris. A short walk to the shopping mall and cafes.

Towels had stains, parts of the room had no lights, the bathroom is awkwardly placed in the middle of the room, no AC during certain parts of the year, customer service was non-existent, given absolutely no information at check-in, welcome drinks are just water or juice, breakfast was mostly pastries

It was too hot in the room. The air conditioning did nothing at all. This was in April, it would be horrible in summer. With the window open it was bearable but I was woken by the refuse collection at some ungodly hour.

This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide, and we understand how this could impact your stay. We stayed with two very young children and my elderly mother on our first trip to Paris, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After a long day of travel, we asked reception for help finding nearby food for the kids and were told to “Google it,” which felt quite dismissive. The main issue was the room. The air conditioning controls did not work, and after calling reception we were told it is centrally controlled and would be turned on later. It was never turned on during our 3-night stay, leaving the room hot and humid the entire time, which made it very uncomfortable for our family. Combined with the very small room and a travel cot that didn’t properly fit, this made what should have been an exciting stay quite stressful and exhausting.
