Check in was quick and staff friendly and explained everything well. Room was clean with good space and storage in the room - could either unpack or had space to leave suitcase out the way open. Air conditioning was quiet and worked amazingly!! Plugs in sensible locations also. The only negative experience was coming back on our third night to find that when cleaning the room housekeeping had just thrown our stuff around in the room. I fully appreciated needing to move products from the shower shelf to wipe it but they had just been thrown in a pile next to the sink on top of our stuff we had left there neatly. Again the products left neatly by the sink had been thrown into a pile. The shower drain had been taken out to be cleaned (which of itself is a good thing!) but left in the sink in pieces for us to put away. One of the beds had food packages that had been left on the side thrown on top of it and the other which had been left completely clear of stuff had all the leaflets (room service ect) again thrown on it after we had moved them from the table to the little shelf under the TV. The beds having stuff thrown on them especially unsanitary and like our stuff being in the room or moving things slightly to make more space for us to use the table was an inconvenience for the housekeeper. The housekeeper the night before hadn’t moved or touched anything or if they did had put it back when it had been before so not a reflection of all housekeeping staff but did leave a bad lasting impression.

Nice clean but basic hotel room as expected from an IBIS hotel. Had to change room during stay due to a fault on the door lock. Reception staff too busy to understand the problem and just kept giving new keys. Then told to pack everything and then go back to reception fbefore a new room was given - very inconvenient. Problem was eventually sorted by another member of staff. Bar service was very slow also.

Happy with stay at ibis. Near the outlet mall and Paris Disneyland. Can stay till late watch the fireworks at Disney then take 1 station down to reach the hotel. Just a note that the exit nearest to the hotel doesn’t come with elevator or escalator (down-riding). So if coming with bigger luggage need to go via the other exit.

A good budget hotel in an excellent location for Disneyland Paris, only a few metres from the Val D'Europe RER station, which is only 1 stop (around 4 minutes) to the park. The room was basic but clean, very effective air conditioning (great in this heat wave!) and a good shower. Reception was welcoming with a nice kids' play area and a useful water fountain. Would recommend for a good off-site Disney base.

Perfect for Disney and amazing air conditioning which saved us from the heat wave. We would go back to the hotel for about 5 hours each day. Super convenient for the shopping center as well. Clean and comfortable beds. Twins are on the narrow side, and sometimes have waterproof covers which you may need to remove.
