Extremely comfortable and enjoyable hotel. Great location, and easy walk to numerous restaurants and sites. Hotel provided a good breakfast. Bar area was cosy, and staff throughout hotel friendly.

It was fine but as a gold member I didn’t enjoy the tiny rooms.

Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the front desk, breakfast, and garden lounge staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts during our first two mornings were excellent. However, we had to leave for the airport at 5:00 a.m. on our final morning. When I asked whether the breakfast charge could be removed, we were offered a takeaway breakfast instead and told we could select from an extensive menu. Unfortunately, the sandwich was very basic and the fruit was in poor condition, a significant disappointment compared with the excellent breakfasts served in the hotel. This was an unfortunate end to an otherwise very pleasant stay. I hope the hotel will review the quality of its takeaway breakfasts for early departures.
