I enjoyed my stay and experienced a clean room and courteous staff for the most part. My chief complaint would be the mattress on the double bed was actually two twin mattresses, which would slide apart during my sleep. In addition, the hotel did not utilized fitted sheets, so every morning the bed was a huge mess, that took extra time for me to straighten out each day. These issues were minor, but worth mentioning to provide management room for improvement.

Comfortable accommodation, but the facilities need maintenance. The kettle doesn’t close properly, the window blinds are broken, the AC control switch is broken, and the water mixer leaks and doesn’t switch modes. However, the staff are very kind and polite. The location is good, in a quiet area, with Carrefour just across the road.

The property definitely needs a revamp. The mattress is sagging and is not comfortable at all. There is very little movement space in the room. Doesn’t seem like an Adagio property in any manner.
