Great location near a large shopping center with many restaurants nearby. Staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Our room had excellent AC, and when a larger room wasn't initially available, they upgraded us the next day and compensated us with Honors credits for the inconvenience. The rooftop pool (deep, refreshing) was a great way to cool off after a hot day out. All amenities were on point. Excellent value for money.

Price is high considering, When showering water floods the bathroom floor, running down the bath which can be seen that is an issue in the wall and floor. Under sofa and beds are dirty and clearly never cleaned. For a few days in August when all the time is spent outdoors it was fine and the location very good to the centre, with a small pool to cool off.

The room was very dirty, the cell was broken, the chair was moldy, walls were dirty, there was a hole in the ceiling and plaster fell from the ceiling, strong smell of vinegar, suspicion of bedbugs as 3 out of 4 people were bitten, breakfast: too minimal, same choice each day, scrambled eggs and pancakes were cold, no water was offered, swimming pool: sewage details were scattered when entering the swimming pool, the air conditioner is too strong on minimum, but when you turn it off it is hot.

Comfortable room with adequate amenities in a great central location near to both the port and the centre. The only negative would be the hair dryer didn’t particularly work but other than that a great stay!

Room was dirty, not in a good state of repair. Pillows without pillow cases and lack of towels on arrival. Asked for towels for the children but was told there was a shortage. I explained that wasn’t acceptable and towels were found. The room standard was 2* at best and needs a thorough deep clean and refresh including repairs. The standard fell way short of my other experiences of Accor hotels.

The carpet looked horrible, the curtains had white stains, and the bottom of the cabinet was coming off. The noise from the streets was coming into the room, especially at night. The towel in the bathroom was stained. There was no iron in the room; the air conditioner kept going off in the middle of the night, and to top it all off, we had to throw away the trash, and the towels were not changed. What is the point of being an aparthotel if you do not offer hotel-like services too? You might as well just say it's an Airbnb with a reception.

Very good location: supermarket and trade center across the street. We had a room looking at the backyard, so it was quiet. Back-in check-out was done smoothly. Storage service for suitcases was provided. The reception workers did a good job.

Comfortable stay. Ideally located for us as not our first trip. Handy for shops, restaurants and to walk to parks and port. We initially tried to book our second night through booking. Com but were eventually accommodated by the hotel and managed to sort out two separate bookings which saved us changing room. Particular thanks to gentleman on the late/night shift reception who assisted us. Professional and friendly interaction with reception staff and easy check out process. Room had small kitchen. Plenty utensils but no complimentary coffee or tea. Room comfortable but carpet a bit dirty looking.rest of room clean and in reasonable repair. Overall comfortable short stay for the money.

Service rather lacking and unfriendly. Illogical as longer you stay less you get , ie 2 pods for coffee if you stay 1 or 7 days . Charged us for new towels which were not delivered as informed. We finally had to get them . Then when we left chased us for 2 euro error made by them for the towels . Confused the whole situation as they told us was charge on our arrival When we had already fully paid at booking . Second time we used this place but for now rather bad experience.

Old kitchen. Staff not very friendly. Went to see the reception due to some water coming out from the above balcony appartment. Reception did nothing despite showing the video. Poor quality service. The appartments needs to tbe refurbirshed. Old fourniture. Kitchen is old and painting needs to be done. Swimming pool. No chair to sit or bed. Not confortable enough to enjoy the pool.
