This hotel is well located and convenient to public transport. It is also priced correctly for the condition of the hotel. It is in serious need of renovation! The carpets in the hallways and in our apartment were filthy. The couch needed a good cleaning also. We used the bed throw to cover its stains and wear. The wallpaper in the halls are torn with large sections peeled away. The layout of the apartment is really nice and the kitchen is utilitarian. Even included a fresh sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tables. Many apartments have the dual microwave and grill but without instructions or proper inserts for the grill/oven function it's useless. The laundry machines are home units that take a long time to run a cycle. One washer was the old drum style. We appreciated the water bottle fill machine in the lobby.

Great family room- clean and comfortable, supplied with things like washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, towels etc Location great for both the Republique Tram stop on way in from Nice or airport or 10 min walk to either Vauban bus station(used this for bus to Eze) or Gare Nice Riquier for trains to Cannes and Ventimiglia (but watch your things at this station as there are pickpockets). Opposite the hotel is a good shopping centre with a very good supermarket which was very handy for buying bread etc - much cheaper to do breakfast ourselves. Rooms were warm but it does state that rooms are set to 19° so pack appropriately

Investment s. be done i. this A. h. which is well located but n. well maintained nor renovated: Double bed n. existing (only two single small beds coupled), bed sheets, pillows, bed linens, towels…are all n. up to the basic standards and needs all to be removed and changed. Also, the staff is n. motivated to work and disappointed which reflect on the service

No tv I asked the reception to check it . They said yes and I never got any feedback. The tv still didn’t work. When I did the check out I mentioned it and I received no excuses, no compensation. They only said they have had a problem with the server. Isn’t it something I should have been informed of while I did the check in?
