Our room was obviously not checked, heating was not working properly, at 11pm, the guy did not provide any solution even was not able to give us more covers Chaos in breakfast organization for releasing table, for having the riught quantity (crepes for instance) Reception is slow, does not understand quickly, waiting time, unecessary discussions with clients, Difficulty for just having a toilet paper roll more

Good location, good transport links From the airport via a bus or train! Shopping centre across the road and also a few other supermarkets close by!

First time staying at this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and informative. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was well located for access to shops and public transport, and the local area was easy to walk around.

Very short experience, just one night, I found the hotel clean and well located, the staff super friendly and helpful, especially the night receptionist Adrian. I'll be back
