The room it's perfect for a family!

The rooms assigned were good, but we arrived one night late and had to extend our stay by one night due to the strikes in France. However, we were charged a lot for the one night we extended our stay. When I asked about this cost at the front desk, I was told that it was the hotel rate but that I should ask Expedia for the reduction due to the one night we arrived later (we had booked our stay through HomeAway.com, which had got this property through Expedia.com).

Perfect place for the weekend on Riviera

The location of the hotel is very nice and also the rooms were fine. The fact that the internet was very unreliable was very annoying since I was there for a businesses trip and also needed to work when I was in the room. Also the gym was not awesome.

My stay was a success, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Having booked and paid for my stay through the British Airways site (flight & hotel) and having paid my taxes de séjour on arrival, I was very dissatisfied and annoyed to have my credit card debited without my knowledge for the cost of the room. I had only been asked to give my card details as a guarantee in case there was any damage to the room (which there was not) It took me over a week and six phone calls to eventually get reimbursed. Such errors are unacceptable and dishonest on the part of HiPark hotel

The heating in my room did not work and I was moved to another (and larger) room, Nice room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was very nice. The fitness center was there but several of the machines did not work.

Hipark is well located in Nice. It’s a good mix of the freedom of having an apartment and the helpfulness of 24 hour reception.

it was good, just missed having some kind of food option for dinner (even a sandwich).

Staff were friendly and the room was lovely

The group of 12 were all pleasantly surprised with the hotel, considering how cheap it was! It was clean, modern with everything easy to use! The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! Perhaps my only comment is our room hadn't been attended too, meaning we had to use dirty towels!

Spacious room with balcony. Ideally situated near tram and train stations. Shop and restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast.

Staff is helpful but properly needs renovation.

Paint falling of walls. Dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and tv remote very poor. Bathroom and toilets of good quality. Service fair. Fairly close to old town and center.

I was a bit apprehensive about the location, but was pleasantly surprised as it was a mere ten minutes stroll to the old town. The room was far more spacious than the much more expensive hotel I'd stayed at previously. However, as a business traveller needing to work, I cannot in good conscience recommend the hotel without a HUGE caveat that the wifi here is appalling. Not just slow, I'm talking the entire connection dropping out more often than not. If you're planning to work from the hotel, make alternative wifi arrangements because you won't be able to get what you need to get done on the wifi here.
