Our stay at Adagio Nice was exceptionally good. The staff was very friendly. The room had been recently renovated, and the bathroom was also relatively new. The apartment was spacious, clean, and, since it faced the courtyard, very quiet. The bed was a king-size double, not the usual 140cm wide beds found in France. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. The kitchenette and bathroom were also clean and very easy to use. It´s not a 5 star luxus hotel, but much better than a 3 star. The quarter is very safe. Over the street is big Carrefour supermarket. The bus lines for Eze/Monaco/Menton, Villefranche/Cap Ferrat, Musee Matisse/Mont Borron as well as the tram L1 are in 5 min walking distance. The old city can be reached with a 15 min walk. We will definitely stay again.
