Service was really good - very nice and helpful reception desk assistants. Rooms are a somewhat outdated and require some renovations (scratches and spots on the walls and furniture). The bathtub was not functional, but there was a shower that could be used. Otherwise, we found the hotel in general and the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Besides the shopping mall and close to rail station, tram station & bus terminal. Staff extremely helpful when we got problem on hot water issue.

Our room was obviously not checked, heating was not working properly, at 11pm, the guy did not provide any solution even was not able to give us more covers Chaos in breakfast organization for releasing table, for having the riught quantity (crepes for instance) Reception is slow, does not understand quickly, waiting time, unecessary discussions with clients, Difficulty for just having a toilet paper roll more
