1.When we arrived the guy at the reception talked on the phone for half of hour while we were waiting at the reception to check in. 2.First thing to take into consideration is that the studios have inside a door to another room. Because of this you can hear everything that is going on in the other room, you can also smell if they are cooking something. In the first night the neighbors next door threw a party, in the hotel, the neighbors that had had a door in our room. The music was very loud, they were singing, dancing, the ladies were wearing hills and you could hear their every step. We called the reception, first time they called back thinking they called the neighbors and they said something like: "The lady next door is complaining". The neighbors stated being even more loud and laughing about our complaint - as previously mentioned you could hear everything. We called the second time. The neighbors lowered the noise for 10 minutes and then they started again. We called the third time and they offered to change the room. It was only the third time the guy at reception moved up until our floor to give us the key and talk with the neighbors. Up until that moment he didn't come to check the situation at all, he was just calling the phone. So at 12 pm in the night we packed our stuff and moved to another room, also with a door inside to another room. 3.They are not cleaning your room/ changing your towels, throwing the trash if you stay below 7 days. You have to take your trash when you leave, wash the dishes and if you want cleaning before 7 days, or towels, you have to pay extra. 4.They are asking for your credit card no. even if payed through Booking, they say they will erase it and it is just in case smth breaks. 5.The water machine was broken. 6.Staff doesn't speak English - you can barely understand what they say, nevertheless they don't understand you. 7.We checked 2 twin beds when booked and we got them only when they changed the room.

Overall the hotel is well located and decently clean. However, if you pay well above 200 EUR per night you expect a much better hotel. The hotel requires a major upgrade in the common areas, the breakfast is meagre, the pool is basically not existing as it is super small and overcrowded and noise is day and night a major problem.

Positive and greeting staff, especially the night Portier was so pleased. Good shopping facility next door The pool was nice, but it would be amazing if there had been some chairs. The apartment was nice and well equipped but looked a bit tired with marks and cracks. Overall a good experience that we needed and have missed.

We booked to be close to the hospital, unsure how long we would stay, was finally 8 days. Great room, great reception staff except for one who was very unhelpful and rude (all the others were extremely caring). Good to have parking, but very expensive. Covid measures satisfactory.

On the website it is advertised that parking is available. However customers are not informed that the parking is extremely limited and advanced booking is required. This is only told to the client when arriving the hotel. Alternative parking arrangements are not available & clients are left to resolve the challenge on their own. This resulted in significant parking fees for me across my stay. Please kindly correct this anomaly. Either parking is extended or the situation is clearly alerted on the Hotel webpage for all clients to be aware in advance.

Excellent stay, the only disappoint was that I had paid for an early check in and the apartment was not ready when we had arrived at 12.10pm. We had to wait 40 minutes for the apartments to be cleaned, the receptionist informed us that it wasn't on their records, however I produced a copy of my booking to verify that the early check had been requested and paid for.

Well-located Adagio with rooms a little bit above standard - kitchen equipment is as usual very basic. The overall atsmosphere is fine and the district is both close to central Nice abd has its own charm - and a veryt large Carefour around the corner. Staff and service below average

this stay was good, We liked the apt living and the TNL in front of the hotel as well as the fruit store, I cooked for Xmas and made it home for 5 days, It was close to the centre and trams Good stay!

Apart hotel in very good location, in front of a mall with a supermarket, lots of restaurants around. We asked for a room for 3 people and the room was very tighty, and there was a sofa bed, even when I wrote asking for a bed instead of a sofa bed. I had no welcome drink as an Accor Member - actually, staff didn´t even know what it is.

WLAN was not working. On the wall, TV mount insalled but no TV(ether no TV or correct installed), Invoicing wrong (2times payed for breakfast), breackfast room to small, no change to eat breakfast (overloaded and no staff available)

1fy Friends getaway - 07/10/2018 TripAdvisor review

We arrived at the hotel much earlier than expected, 7hrs before the check in time of 3pm so we had to sleep in the lobby for 5hrs because the front desk could not think of a better way to accommodate us even though they were not fully booked!Rooms were small, no tea/coffee provided, towels were not changed; you have to have stayed at least 8 days to get new ones or pay. Same with the toilet rolls and even the bins! I've stayed at plenty of aparthotels, which have all provided tea / coffee in rooms, rolls and a change of towels AND bin at least once during our stay - it's the basic. Apparently all their rooms are non-smoking but our room was scented with cigarettes which was coming through the vents. Breakfast was okay, though they do run out of hot food very quickly.Gym was about 2 machines repeated 5 times each - Didn't use.Sauna was OK no relaxation area..Was stuck on the roof for 20 minutes or so, keycard wasn't working and no emergency call to reception, finally someone showed up only to be a trainee that didn't have a clue. Eventually someone who appeared to be a manager of some sort opened the door claiming there was a button that needed to be pushed - looked very much like a fire alarm trigger but alright.
