The hotel was in a good location with clean rooms although the hotel could do with a few small improvements so as to make the stay better, such as a small fridge in the room and a cooked breakfast.

A well located hotel with a very good free breakfast. Standard twin room was clean and comfortable and was serviced every day. This is a 3 star hotel, so no outside space and room had small window and very small wardrobe space. It is perfect for visiting Nice if you want a good hotel without spending too much.

The staff were friendly and helpful in that they held our luggage for us before we departed for the airport. We were very pleased with the water cooler at reception, an eco friendly and cost friendly amenity for guests. In our room, we felt the pillows could have been better and we found that the aircon unit was weak. However, the room was very clean and well serviced by the staff.

Excellent. Room was quiet so very pleased especially as located next to a lift as I am a light sleeper. Bed was very comfortable which is not always the case with a lot of hotels so pleasantly surprised. Air con satisfactory and not too noisy. Good cleaning service for room, very efficient. Breakfast good but staff would need to keep an eye when food runs out instead of customers asking for it e.g. bread, jam. Happy to see waste awareness for food and drinking water. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay.

Ideally located for the old port, in a nice area with lots of restaurants and bars. Nice room with air conditioning, excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff. A special shout out to Meli (I think that’s her name) who helped me with parking in a disabled space and showed me how to get my free drink by being an Accor Gold member - there’s a voucher in the Accor app. Only one criticism that is probably impossible to fix - underground garage access is very narrow with tight corners. It was probably built when cars were much smaller than today. But overall, highly recommended

Great location for the port, trams, old town, restaurants and beach. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fine - don't need a hugely varied hotel breakfast when there is so much amazing food on offer in Nice to enjoy! The sofa bed wasn't hugely comfortable - that's my only reason for not giving 10 out of 10.

Not good service as consider No kettle at hotel room, no tea bags at hotel room, it is a minimum required and just a bit cost but convenient and considerable for guests need. How can you expect guest to come down to get a pot of hot water especially they come with children? How can you expect guest not going out for sight seething and waiting for your tea bags which is very limited quantity available at the bar area from 11am to 6pm!
