All round good. Very helpful staff

Room comfortable. Breakfast excellent except for the piped music, which we could have done without. Reception very helpful.

Staff was really very kind and always prompt in supporting any request. I'm a celiac and when I asked for gluten-free meal immediately they assured me about it: "No issue at all. Just ask to the colleague at breakfast time". Breakfast has been good and much appreciated. Room was nice and clean with a warm atmosphere that pleasanty brought me home.

Wonderful place, good location, nice breakfast, large room

The room was not spacious but o.k. We would like to have a coffee maker in the room (or at least a ketlle to boil water for cofee). We checked in late at night, and the receptionist was not service oriented as expected. It was convenient to use the hotel parking, as there is no parking in the street.

Again not disappointed with a hotel that is perfectly positioned to easily visit all interesting parts of the city.This is made more accessable by the new tram 2 line now running and providing airport direct service.Train travel and bus travel great with 7 day pass .The hotel was a welcome and confortable place to return to after a full day.Staff are great and most helpful, bedrooms spotless breakfast would last you all day, much variety,in all a wonderful stay. Have recommended to all family

The hotel is well placed - close to the old town, public transport and restaurants/bars. The rooms are clean and quite specious.

Great location to walk to exhibition and local restaurants. Very comfortable room and good size beds. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Great location to get around Nice old town and beach front.

Stayed one night in this hotel with good location in Nice. We spent over 1 hour driving to the hotel and park the car since we arrived Nice because of road constructions / blocks but parking the car at this hotel is another challenge here. Parking sign is not clear but both sides of the narrow street are fully occupied by different cars. Parking space is small and very limited but other visitor can park his/her car across two parking lots such that we spent quite some time to settle the problem. The young lady was helpful in assisting us to park the car finally but she miscalculated our price. After the frustration from the traffic and parking, we still have to verify the bill carefully. This gave us a poor first impression to Nice.

Good value for money and location near the old town and place garibaldi. As long time Le Club Accor member I always make reservations online and my profile is on file. Reservation did not take into account any of my remarks linked to the reservation or preferences the chain has on file. Why a section to note your remarks linked to your online reservation when they disappear on the final confirmation used by the hotel. Very disappointing.

I've stayed at several hotels in Nice over the past 10 years, this one is nicely located close to the Old Town, but has a small parking lot, the closest Public one (Indigo) is closed on Sundays. There is another one (Port), but is really expensive and some road works make it abit difficult to reach. The Hotel is in the average as an Ibis Styles. We had some issues with invoicing, but we managed to sort this out. All in all, I would reccomend it for a short stay without a car, in which case its close proximity to the Old Town and Port are really a plus.
