Great location for the old town, chateau walk and only 15 mins from the beach. The staff were so helpful and accommodating..

1) lost my hat there, and it was never to be found… 🤷🏻‍♀️ 2) At reception, the clerk explained in great length all the hotel features to a customer. I was waiting in line behind him and when my turn came to check in, she said “well, i don’t need to repeat; you heard ever i told him, right?” 😳😒 3) Thus, the same receptionist didn’t offer me the option of getting an optional safe in the room. I had to return to the front desk to request the block and the key. (deposit was 20€, fully refundable upon returning them) 3) At breakfast (alone) stood up to go grab another cup of coffee, when i returned to my table the waitress was clearing it all… :(
