Not clean, everywhere smells so bad. No room cleaning, basically no service. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Also, in our booking it mentioned free parking but on our arrival we've been told that we'll be charged for the parking and it was booked. So, we had to go though so much of hassle to park our car way far.

Weird. Not sure what kind of hotel makes you take out your own trash. We checked in late at night after an exhausting day of travel and the staff were unhelpful to the point of saying they couldn’t watch our luggage while we parked. Would not stay again.

I liked the facilities. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. It was well located about 20 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach. I also thought the staff were excellent: welcoming, kind and ready to help.

Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a great selection of games and books for children and adults to play in reception. You have all you need there. Shame the swimming pool wasn't open though.

Checkin was a very long process with many people waiting to avail their rooms at 3:00pm. Our studio room was clean but very basic. Mattress was oversized for bed base which provided us with safety concerns. The kitchenette was simply stocked with crockery etc for simple meals. Bathroom was very small, shower base was very slippery. Bonus to enjoy fresh air from balcony doors. As part of Accor group of hotels we thought this hotel was a lower level than we expected. It was located in easy walk to many city places of interest as well as the beach.

We were two people in the queen bed room. No phone in the room. Bad cleaning service, the lady only came once during our 10 night stay, and she came in 7 days after the start of our stay. Only 1 hand towel and body towel per person that’s only changed when the cleaning service comes, you can imagine the uncleanliness. Have to pay if you want new clean towels. If you want cleaning, also have to pay. AC was not working at all. Our safe also had many issues opening and closing, though the handyman they have fixed it and was a very nice man, only good thing I have to say. Lady at the reception was bitter with an attitude, unhelpful. You also only get one key to the room. Moreover, extremely slow wifi. It wasn’t working at all for my friend so she had to use data instead. Overall dissatisfied.

The aparthotel is within walking distance of several bus and metro stops and close to the old town part of Nice. The studio was well equipped, including a small balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh air in the evenings. The staff was really helpful.

We stayed in the Aparthotel Adagio Nice Garabaldi for 3 nights and we thought it was an excellent location. Whilst it’s not luxurious, it is comfortable. The bathroom was rather small but had everything you need and plenty of hot water. The bed was lovely and comfortable. We were rather disappointed that the swimming pool was not open, we were really looking my forward to use it whilst there. Staff were kind and helpful x

We booked and paid for apartment which in theory was for four people . A previous ( good) experience with Adagio lead us to believe that the apartment this year would be of a similar size with similar features. It was not , and as such was very disappointing. The kitchen area was tiny ,clearly originally part of a studio, and so was the balcony .We were in room 536 and apart from the additional bedroom, it was clearly designed for only two people . I have pictures of our kitchen and our balcony to show, should they be required, and I would not want to repeat the experience. I feel I was overcharged and that I did not get what I paid for. This is sad considering the previous year when we booked an apartment for four people and were very happy with its size.

Good location. Short walk to the centre, promenade and both Nice Ville & Nice Riquier stations. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel has a luggage space if room is not ready upon arrival or you have a late flight after check out. Rooms are spacious enough with little kitchenette.

The room we stayed at had an adequate kitchen that was practical when travelling with a small dog. The rest of the room was clean and functional. The public areas like the corridors and the stairwells need updating and redecorating (stains on the carpet and walls). The hotel parking is spacious.
