There were road constructions (day and night!), which I understand the hotel can't do anything about. But I stayed there for 2 weeks, and they appointed me a room on the side of the hotel that bordered those constructions. They only notified me of these construction through a paper in the elevator - not at my check-in or before my stay started, which I think is terrible service. Throughout the night, the construction site was extremely loud, and it was terrible to sleep there. When complaining, the hotel refused to compensate me in any way and didn't take it seriously. It was terrible. The pool was also closed during my stay - of which they only notified me through email after booking. While I understand that the hotel can't control constructions, they can do much more to compensate for any disruptions during a stay, and they didn't take it seriously at all. Apart from that, the rooms were quite old and small. OK to stay at, but not worth this money.

This room was for my son who came out to visit us for a few days. He absolutely fell in love with Nice. The room was very convenient and provided all he needed for a short stay.

The location was good, but in all serousness you should remodel! Carpets were dirty as hell, the lobby need a paint, specially by. the elavators. You also need a professional cleaning crew to get to the back area balconies etc. there is a lot to improve!!
