Well situated but a little old and some working sites. BUT The door can't be open without code even for new arrival in daytime. BE Cautious. The front desk try to register your credit card and expiration date which is not normal for prepayed stay.The action is risks and at least Very Rare for dozaines of Accor Hotels that I have stayed recently across France, Europe even the rest of World.

I had a great time at this Adagio. It’s not the first time that I stay at an Adagio. I like that it had a good location at 4 minutes walk from the tram (Republique Stop), near shops and restaurants. It was secure with code to enter and friendly staff at the reception. The continental breakfast was nice. Only down side was out of their control, construction across the street. I appreciated that I was given an apart looking on the other side of the building.

Perfect location, kitchen and balcony. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean, and the key to our room was opening also… another door to another room. So didn’t feel safe at all.

Hot water for 3 mins or so in the morning, then gone , came and went throughout the day. Cold room, no heat from the air con inverter or the ventilator functions. Ugly, outdated room, cold uncomfortable tiled floor, tiny bathroom had mold in shower, at Too expensive , super basic. Construction outside starting before 8am , all day. Charged 25 euro for early check in despite accor all gold member. Some good : had mini kitchen with utensils, bed is comfortable, quiet at night.
