The hotel was well positioned for the old town and just a short walk from the Promenade. It was unfortunate that there was so much building work being done around the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay even though there is building work going on around the hotel that didn't bother us. The hotel needs a little bit work done as it's a little bit old, but otherwise good for location, price and amenities. Was not aware that if you are coming with the car and want a parking space you need to ring the hotel and book your space. Byt there is lots of parkings around where you can park your car.

Location was very good, easy to walk everywhere we needed to. 10 min walk to train/tram stations. Rooms/hotel were clean, check in was very easy. Safe place to store bags after check out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You receive a code to get in to hotel front doors after you check in so made it feel very safe. Only issue we had was there is construction out of the front, (right where our room was) we got woke up a few times by loud noises and shouting. We also got woken up by people running around the halls and slamming doors and shouting. Hotel could do with a massive refresh and paint job, also better doors to rooms as they weren’t very sound proof. All in all, cheap clean place to rest while you’re exploring the lovely town of Nice.

The hotel location is good. However, the building is old and needs renovation. There is a lot of noisy and dusty work going on in front of the hotel, related to the demolition of a city building. Luckily, our room overlooked the courtyard. I don't envy those who lived with an exit to the boulevard. In our room, the electric machine for heating the hot water turned off every night. The remote controls for the TV and air conditioner were broken. The towels were worn out and poorly washed. The handle on the bathroom door kept falling out. Also, unfortunately, the concept of staying at the hotel includes cleaning after 8 days. This is a bad idea. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon. Cependant, le bâtiment est vieux et a besoin d'être rénové. De nombreux travaux bruyants et poussiéreux sont en cours devant l'hôtel en raison de la démolition d'un immeuble de la ville. Heureusement, notre chambre donnait sur la cour. Je n’envie pas ceux qui vivaient avec accès au boulevard. Le chauffe-eau électrique de notre chambre était éteint tous les soirs. Les télécommandes de la télévision et de la climatisation étaient cassées. Les serviettes étaient usées et mal lavées. La poignée de la porte de la salle de bain ne cessait de tomber. De plus, malheureusement, le concept de séjour à l'hôtel inclut le ménage après 8 jours. C'est une mauvaise idée.
