From the moment we checked in until we left, we felt very welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the water machine and the glass bottles provided for taking cold water to our room. The complimentary popcorn in the afternoon was also a lovely touch. The mattresses were a little on the firm side for our taste, and the room was a little short on space for two suitcases. But otherwise, we were very happy with the room. We had a room with a terrace, equipped with two sun loungers, two chairs and a table, which was wonderful to have in the warm weather.

We are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location, particularly the proximity to public transportation. Regarding the rate mentioned in your review, unless we are mistaken, the total rate for your stay was €216 per night for two people, including breakfast and the local tourist tax, rather than €260. Hotel rates can naturally vary depending on the offers available, the booking conditions and the level of demand at the time of booking. The €175 rate you heard may therefore have corresponded to a different offer or different booking conditions. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry that our offering did not fully meet your expectations. Our breakfast follows the ibis Styles standard and offers a varied selection of products. We are also pleased to offer our guests a machine providing freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The hotel was very well located, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. I also really appreciated the popcorn offered in the afternoon — it was a lovely touch. Despite receiving an upgrade, we found the room to be quite small, particularly for a longer stay. There was limited storage space and not enough coat hangers, which made it difficult to unpack and keep things organised. I also noticed that there was a selection of drinks available in reception, but I would have appreciated having a kettle in the room so that we could make hot drinks more easily throughout the day. The breakfast was probably the main area where I felt there was room for improvement. Having recently stayed at another Ibis Styles in France, I noticed they offered a wider selection, including scrambled eggs and sausages, as well as a greater variety of breads, cakes and drinks. I think a little more choice at breakfast would really enhance the experience. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, particularly for its location, comfortable bed and thoughtful touches such as the afternoon popcorn. However, based on our experience, I would be more likely to recommend it for a shorter stay rather than an extended one, mainly because of the limited storage and room size.
