They were kind enough to upgrade my room type, with my wife we appreciate them, but unfortunately in the hotel there is absolutely no amenities, the most bothering part is that not even upon request they provide slippers for you and it’s quite inconvenient to stay in a room with barefoot and you have to either all the time wear your shoes or walk with a barefoot everywhere even in the bathroom!!!
