We had a great stay at this hotel for a couple of days. We booked a terrace room with a city view, which was a lovely feature and would be absolutely perfect in warmer weather. The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport via the Line 2 tram, and it’s also within easy walking distance of all the main sights, including the beach and the old town. The welcome we received was incredibly warm, and every member of staff we encountered was genuinely pleasant and helpful. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready, so we were offered a welcome coffee while our bags were stored, allowing us to start exploring straight away. The following evening, we returned from being out feeling a little cold, and the staff member at reception kindly offered my wife a complimentary hot drink to warm up — a small gesture that really stood out. Our room was clean and fairly spacious, and the terrace was a nice added touch. A continental breakfast buffet was included and was very good, with plenty of choices. We also really appreciated the ability to cast streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ to the large TV, which was cleverly mounted on a pull-out bracket to maximise space. The only minor drawbacks were that the bathroom was a little small (though perfectly clean and functional), and the shower pressure was a bit weak, with the temperature that was sometimes difficult to keep stable. Overall, this is a great hotel in a fantastic location — clean, comfortable, and staffed by truly lovely and helpful people. We would happily stay here again.

Great hotel five minutes walk from the railway station, with easy access to shops, restaurants, beach and old town. Immaculately clean, spacious room. Good variety of continental breakfast items. Brilliant staff who could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms - smal, clean, covers basic needs really well Breakfast - good variety, fresh orange juice was a pleasant surprise, prepairing your own booked eggs can be very nice if people are disciplined or it can create havoc, if people are messy. No other type of eggs avalable. Location - 10 m from the promenade, 5 minutes drom the train station. Very convenient, if you want to visit by train.

The hotel staff is nice, water and popcorn is complimentary which is not very common. Kids have a foosball table to play. Room cleaning was prompt. Overall a good hotel.
