Very well located. Booking took a long time to answer phone and then our choice was not recorded accurately. There was no warning that the hotel was beeping decorated. There was no warning that if there was mobility problems the hotel entrance and access to the upper floors would be impossible. Staff were charming and attentive

Very nice reception staff Young lady was very friendly and helpful Would have given 10 rating but renovation works in hotel foyer were not nice, dust everywhere our son has allergies we should have been informed about the jack hammering and dust when we booked

The staff was polite in general, nothing wrong there. But unfortunately, the room had a weird smell. The hair dryer didn't work and the wooden "do not disturb" door thing was broken, so I could not put it outside as it would not hold. On top of this, although it is sea front, there is 0 view. Finally, the car parking did not belong to the hotel, therefore it was full multiple times. This ended up making us lose a lot of time to find parking. When I booked the hotel, I specifically did so as they advertised parking on their All Accor page.
