Great location, but service needs improvement. We stayed for three nights and requested room service twice. On one occasion, our room was completely missed, and since housekeeping had already left, nothing was offered to make up for it. Considering that room service is included in the daily rate (otherwise we would have chosen an Airbnb), this really should have been refunded—but it wasn’t. We truly enjoyed the location, but the overall service fell short of expectations.
