Great location, probably the best of various places we have stayed around Nice. On the edge of the old town, but still a short stroll to the new town. Even a zebra crossing to the promenade right outside the door. Excellent shower, in a nice room which was perfect for a 4 night stay. Friendly staff, took our bags pre-checkin and had the key ready when we returned, always smiling and welcoming at the desk. Would certainly stay here again.

Our room was the smallest we have ever slept in, it was hard to get round the bed. However the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with a nice large walk in shower. The hotel is in a great location for old toun, flower market, place massena and promenade des anglais, with a car park next door.

In the perfect location for Vieux Nice. Clean, quiet, great shower, good wide bed and very efficient housekeepers. Always ask for a privilege room

As I said above we were here for four days from the 23rd to 27 October 2024 and for value for money and location this place cannot be beaten. If you're looking for a plush lounge and bar and a view from your room this is not the place for you but for the price it's difficult to beat.
