Only having two elevators for so many rooms is poor enough, but with one out of service during my stay, the wait times were incredibly long. The hotel seriously needs to upgrade its capacity.

On arrival toilet leaking from the downpipe leaking what appeared urine. Was resolved with a room change but should nit have happened. Breakfast service was poor with non laid tables ready on arrival, food and drink not replenished, had to get own cutlery. Often needed to wait long times for the lift.
