Please accept our sincere apologies for the noise disturbance from the elevator and the inconvenience caused by the shower in your room. We are glad to hear that Nabil at our front desk was kind and attentive — your recognition will be shared with him, as well as with Anatoly, who will be very grateful for your compliments. You are also right to mention the lively atmosphere: indeed, our hotel is family-friendly, and during August it may not always be the quiet haven couples without children are looking for. We fully understand that you might prefer a more peaceful setting, and we regret that this was not the case for you.
