Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked this location as attending an event in the exhibition centre next door, so location was idea for us, but perhaps a bit out if you prefer being in the heart of the city. Lots of places to visit within a short walk and tram and bus stops on doorstep. The rooftop pool was a great feature, but the sun loungers were very uncomfortable. Overall a decent, clean and friendly hotel.

Mainly poor parking experience, better to be avoided when you got a car

The experience was so bad The website does not give clear information about parking which is very complicated procedure The room was not clean with old stained carpet and stained wall The room as well as the whole hotel has odd odour The pool was very cold despite the temp on the day was 23c Overall the experience was not good at all and I would not recommend

Was there for hyrox event. Hotel was right next door. Surrounding area was great for accessing restaurants, bars and beech. Not to far from anything. Toilet separate from bathroom and sink a bit strange but fine. Would happily use again!

I stayed at this hotel to take part in an event in the Palais des Expositions and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Every staff member was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The room was large with great amenities and extremely clean. The breakfast options were fresh, tasty and well laid out. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit the city, thank you for such a great stay!

check in was positive, beds were of poor quality, but most disappointing was that we had jewelry and watches stolen from our bedroom
