Gute Lage, schöner Balkon, sehr kleines Badezimmer, kein Fön, Kein Zahnputzglas, Trinkbecher nur aus Plastik, keine Schublade und keine Regale im Zimmer, aber ein gutes Bett!

we booked a room for 7 nights in our anniversary i asked before for a nice room and we got a terrible small room and terrible smell . the phone did not work and we hardly had a place to open our suitcases no place for storage no shampoo we asked for an upgrade room or cancelation and it took 4 nights after falls promises till they changed our room . in the publication of the hotel its written that the price includs breakfast but we were charged extra 20 euro each terrible hotel destroyed our enjoyment and we will never come there again .

We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy with the hotel and service in general, but would have expected more of the Privileged Room. It was really worn out and old fashioned compared to the public areas. The 6th floor and the perfect location of the property however saved a lot. We also enjoyed our afternoon coffee at the roof terrace.

Le personnel est très attentif, très professionnel et très sympas. La chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo, les murs étaient sale, cassé et avec des infiltrations de la sale de bain. Sentait très mauvais et la première nuit je passais très mal avec une manque d’air à cause de mon allergie. J’ai signalé à la dame de l’accueil et ils ont essayer de résoudre. C’est dommage que cet hôtel soit si sale et sans entretiens pour un 4 étoiles.
