Room is on the first floor with no A/C and smells really bad and when we open the window we listen to everyone in the street

The staff were great. The room was small, in need of refurbishment and lacked facilities. The door of the bathroom did not shut. That is not that it didn't lock, it didn't shut. I reported it but I guess the maintenance man was unable to fix it.

Great family vacation having been to Nice several times before. The location is unbeatable and comfortable and quiet yet near the beach and restaurants and train. Price was amazing.

I was looking for somewhere to stay in Nice now that Mercure Notre Dame unfortunately is no longer an Accor hotel. The Grimaldi is well-located, and the team is welcoming and professional, but the hotel rooms are not up to the standard of the Notre Dame hotel.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the main pedestrian street and also from the T2 tram line to the airport. The room was clean and cosy, there is a fridge and a safe box. The breakfast was good and the staff are friendly and forthcoming. A great place.
