Just completed to my full satisfaction another repeat visit to this hotel. As always, I much appreciate its perfect location, size (not too big nor too small), extremely well maintained guest rooms and public spaces, and - of course - efficient and friendly associates This time around, I'd like to praise Alicia, Gaetan and housekeeping staff. It is to be emphasized that the hotel management provides consistent stability and high level of guest satisfaction. I will be back again when the opportunity comes along. Merci!

Loved the location, helpful staff and great check in and check out times. Room cleaned every day, towels changed daily and clean bed linen part way through our 5 night stay. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good.

The location was great and so was the staff. Everyone was very helpful and I could see that there is also good communication and help between the departments! Housekeeping was always sublime and breakfast was very good.

Older, Totally Renovated City Center Hotel

I liked this place. Stayed here for 3 additional days after leaving a land-based bus tour. Small comfy room with shutter type windows. Has a bath/shower combo. Even a real closet. Not just hooks on the wall. Mini fridge and coffee maker, too. Housekeeping came daily and was efficient with replacement towels. Though you might want to bring your favorite bar soap and shampoo. Buffet breakfast is extra to the room. Nice lobby area and top floor views. Many restaurants just a street down toward the Promenade. Also near Tram 1 and not far from Tram 2 to airport and boat harbor.
