I made a mistake with my booking which was clearly stated as a booking which was not able to be altered. Within 5 minutes of contacting the hotel staff had fully resolved the issue. During our stay we found the staff to e friendly and very helpful. The hotel is spotless in public ares and this was the case in our room. The room itself was spacious and excellent value. We didn’t intend to take the breakfast but were given an offer which made it cheaper than a continental breakfast outside. The breakfast was very good both in choice and quality. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from tram direct from airport and near a wide variety of restaurants and activities. Great value for a city break.

Frankly, this hotel is far below expectations. It is advertised as a four star but is not comparable to any other four star I've stayed in. The room smelled on entry and there was rubbish still in it. The room was dated and had paint falling off the wall. The shaving mirror and toliet seat was broken. There was rubbish from previous guests still in the bathroom.

Comfortable beds. Great selection for breakfast. Very clean up to some strange smell in the room at the beginning. Very friendly young ladies at the reception.
