Yhe hotel is well-located and everything has normal level of comfort except room #126, which is rather noisy (I think, this is because of Intermarche below))). I would like to thank all reception peersonnel, especially Cristina, for their hospitality and readiness to solve any problem

The location of the hotel, the friendliness and hospitality of the staff is amazing. They are always very helpful and kind. You will feel at home when you are there. Same hospitality in other Mercure hotels in other countries (Mercure Katowice, Mercure Shaw Parade, Kuala Lumpur). I feel like I am blessed when I am in those hotels. I would recommend this hotel to travellers to France. Nice is a wonderful city and you can have any food you like and the building, plants, trees..beautiful. I am looking forward to my next Christmas holiday there.

It was another stay we had in this hotel which is in excellent central location - yet rooms are quiet. Our family stayed in junior suite and privilege room. Special thanks to Gaetan who has fulfilled all our room preferences since we know hotel well and have favourite rooms. Housekeeping is consistent, sometimes you need to ask them to replenish the Nuxe bottles as they forget to check. It is really clean everywhere. Hotel does not have a restaurant but will provide water, glassess etc. See you in August!
